We had a great dental experience. The staff was cheerful and informative and Dr. Bolden was amazing with the children!

Poor Customer Service! Was on hold for a good half hour & then they hung up on me. Called again & was placed on hold for another half hour when finally someone picked up, she asked if I was a patient & I said i was before & before i could say anything else she said we are not taking any new patients at this time & Hung up!

Some rude receptionist, was giving me attitude and other patients. Very unprofessional more when Im paying out of pocket

Not only does this clinic decide on who’s allowed to have people allowed to come with them based on how they feel, not what they claim their COVID policy is. But they have no idea the difference between actually having had sicknesses (ex: chicken pox or measles) or the vaccinations. You tell them you do not want to pursue an issue, repeatedly, and they push you into it. Now, after only three horrible visits, I decided to go find a doctors office where your needs are most important & the doctors actually have a brain; ask for a copy of my medical records. Should’ve only been 5-10 business days (2 weeks), it took three. When I finally called to get them, only then did they inform me that I had to pay a fee to get a copy of my reports, which should’ve been told to me when signing the release forms. Then, when I finally receive them, send them off to other doctors, I get rejected. No reason told until I finally look at my medical records & see that they listed that I smoked marijuana. Which is not true. Causing me to not be able to find a doctor as time goes on in my pregnancy. So, when I finally find a doctor, I look at my medical records to find the date of a procedure done & that’s when I see they listed that I smoked marijuana. I call the clinic to ask them to correct their mistake, and they inform me that if I wanted it corrected, I would have to go see a doctor to have it corrected. This clinic is a joke. They may be accepting to all patients, but the saying is true “you get what you pay for”. That saying could not be more true at this clinic.

My daughter has been going here for over a year. I love it but when I called in for myself as a new patient, someone told me to call back on a certain date for new openings. I feel like they should of provided me EVERY piece of detail I needed to know. I wasn’t aware that you should call at 7am and that they only do new patients the last Thursday of every month. I could of probably asked but they should still inform you. I called around 10am and now have to wait until next month to try again. Just some feedback for the team who’s taking these calls providing the info.

I live in Berwyn, IL. Im on Social Security Disability because I suffer from severe spinal stenosis on multiple levels, On 2.26.2020, I painfully walked to take 2 buses for my 10 A.M. appt. to have a tooth extraction, (1 of 3 that I desperately need.) Only to find out that Im $75.00 in arrears. According to my records, I was paid in full. Their Statements Of Services Rendered is not printed out in laypersons terms. l always have to ask for my S.O.S.R. LCHC claims I owe them $75.00 for a filling from my prior visit on 8.21.2019. At that time, I was quoted $65.00 for an extraction. I had to cancel my initial Jan 8, 2020 appt. due to my pain & bad weather. When I arrived on 2.26.2020 (1 day before my 61st birthday), I was told that they couldnt treat me until I paid my $75.00. I took a total of 4 bus rides & 3 hours to & from LCHC for nothing. The attendant said the office mgr. wasnt in to discuss my billing & she didnt know when the mgr. would return. I was told LCHC would get back to me regarding this issue & as of May 5, 2020, I still havent recd. a reply. I know about COVID-19 & Im praying our good Lord will show me a better way before I contract another infection from 3 teeth that need extracting. AMEN.

I was nervous to take my 2 year old for his first time at the dentist. I came across Lawndale Christian Health center. I saw that they had good ratings and reviews. I will Definitely recommend it. The Place was clean, the workers are awesome, I felt welcomed.
