I cannot speak highly enough of Alexandra. She embodied compassion; listening to me when I needed to talk and comforting me when I needed it. But, more than anything, she guided me and walked with me as I took practical steps in healing and starting over again. I always left feeling, both deeply cared for, and inspired and equipped to be better than I was before!

Alex has been a huge help to me as I navigate life. She is a great listener and more importantly, she wants to see me succeed and be the best that I can be. She does a wonderful job of balancing when to challenge me and when to show compassion and kindness. With insurance and therapy sessions, it can be tricky knowing where the overlap is in coverage. Not only does Alex respond quickly, but she handled the process of contacting insurance herself, (which took a huge hesitation out of the process). Im lucky to have found this practice.
