Chelsea was my counselor during one of the worst points of my life. I was dealing with crippling anxiety, depression and an eating disorder. I saw her weekly for almost a year. She taught me techniques to minimize my anxiety and how to be more mindful. She also made it a top priority for me to see a nutritionist to get back to my normal weight and healthy again. She truly cares about what is going on with you and your life and is the best counselor I have ever seen. I cannot recommend her enough.
