There are large numbers of children and seniors in and out of the facility. The van drivers park literally anywhere; most frequently blocking the crosswalk and stop sign but sometimes randomly in the middle of the road as if it were owed by CASL. The vans have little space because the parking lot is filled with employee cars. This creates an extremely dangerous situation for pedestrians accessing the building expecting cars to stop at an obstructed sign and unnecessary traffic congestion. Pedestrians walking from their cars parked in a tow zone, otherwise known as the middle of the road. Responsible facilities have orderly pickup/drop-off procedures with monitors...please check with any school. They are horrible neighbors. The arrogance is palpable. The people who work there are the rudest group I have ever had witness to...this overall mood is usually inadvertently fed from the top management. Please dont send your loved ones here!!! Immigrants deserve the same quality of service, safety and respect as everyone else!!!

The female receptionist who was in her 50s was the worse person I have ever met in my whole life. CASL pays you to help other people. If you are not, you should be FIRED NO MATTER WHAT! GO BACK TO SCHOOL LEARN HOW TO BE A HUMAN FIRST! SHAME ON YOU!

The receptionists are so rude. They treat Cantonese speakers and Mandarin speakers totally opposite. They dont care about Mandarin speakers at all. Treat people the way you want to be treated. The receptionists should be fired because they dont know how to respect people. The government pays CASL money is to help people not giving other people a hard time and attitude.

CASAL can be a helpful place for immigrants but their own staff needs better training on how to read, translate, and interpret letters these immigrants receive from their health insurance companies. They need to understand the financial impact it can have for the immigrant if insurance paperwork (especially when it comes to appeal letters) is filled out incorrectly, handled improperly and not in a timely fashion. .

The complaint upstairs is correct. Some staff members are of poor character. The so-called merchant responded that please send me an email, let us investigate the matter, and then deal with it. All of them are fake. It is just a deliberate online response. These staff speak bitterly and sarcastically. They are very professional. They are not to help the Chinese to solve problems with government funding, but to insult their own compatriots. If all of us Chinese are proficient in English, we will send them to you. Insult? ? :? ? Compared with the same community department, your service attitude is really inferior

The poor service attitude that has remained unchanged for 20 years, the attitude and quality of being a person and doing things are not at all, cynic. And impatient, afraid of trouble, it is really a shame to Chinatown.

This is a place for helping the Chinese people who don’t know English . But the staff is really rude and not helpful . almost all the questions you will get the answers are “ I don’t know “ from the staff .This is an institution that helps Chinese people as their main purpose, but no one employee really wants to help you. Because of all your questions, they give you the same answer. I dont know, I dont know, this is not my responsibility. I am very disappointed that the Chinese are no longer helping the Chinese. I don’t know what kind of garbage leadership is going to make the Chinese consultation office worse and worse.

If you are a new immigrant who wants to get help from this institution, the psychological quality is not too bad. Some staff in this place can only give you cynicism. Of course, they also have good people, look at luck.I only want to let more people see the truth. Of course, managers can also argue with dissatisfaction. The front desk on the first floor is the most annoying person you can have seen in Chinatown. No one knows what they are proud of. They can talk softly with his/her colleagues. Turning your head can be the most disgusting to you. attitude. Some of them have no spirit of helping others, so what is the enthusiasm for this job? It can be said that some people are really unhealthy.I am thank you for setting up the sponsor of this organization! But some of them are employees who are helping others, and I feel chilling about your attitude and behavior. Maybe some of them are not suitable for the current position, and the truth is not worth it.

The staff is completely impatient, they cant do most of the things, and then they will let you go back and make a phone call or make an appointment for the next time. After a long appointment, go to the meal. If you do halfway, you cant do it again. These things are just the tip of the iceberg. In general, they are not used.
