It was my first time going to see a Chiropractor, so I was a bit nervous and wasnt sure what to expect but Dr. Taylor, and his staff (Kim, Jasmine, etc) are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Before seeing Taylor Rehab and Disc Injury Center, I had been feeling some stiffness on my neck and back but after I had a few sessions/adjustments, I started feeling less and less of that stiffness. After my first progress exam we saw significant improvements compared to my initial exam. The team is so friendly and kind. Best decision I made was booking my first appointment with Dr. Taylor! I suffered a couple of injuries during my training before my first professional boxing fight and had to postpone it. Dr. Taylor worked his magic on me and got me all healed up and ready for my fight in no time! I feel great now. No more pain and my performance was excellent thanks to Dr. Taylor. I was consisten with my appointments and it was all an overall great experience. The staff there are all great people! I started seeing Dr. Taylor after a severe lower back injury. All I can say is Dr. Taylor and his staff were life savers. They do amazing work and very quickly were able to get me on the road to recovery.To make things even better, they expanded their practice and are now in an amazing new office in Skokie.

This is my 2nd visit to Taylor Rehab, my 1st visit was in 2016, I was struck by a taxicab,unable to walk and my back was severely damaged. Dr. Taylor worked one on one with me and stayed on me during the entire 1 year~4 days a week recovery time. Dr. Taylor helped me understand this is a step by step process to be able to walk again. I went to Dr. Taylor for his preventive program. Instead of helping me I had worse problems then when I went in. His machine attachments kept falling off and his cleaning lady had to keep putting them on and operating his machine. If you want his cleaning lady to help you this is the place.

I received treatment here 3 times a week, for over 3 months for multiple herniated discs in my lower back. On top of that I started treatment during the start of the 2020 quarantine. That being said, Dr. Taylor and his staff were nothing less than amazing at providing treatment, and a hassle free experience during all the beginning of all the covid19 craziness. Everyone was friendly and the treatment I received helped to greatly reduce the constant pain I was in, from a 6 down to a 1.

I have been under care of various chiropractors for 15 years and Dr. Taylor has proven to be the best.He is rooted in a combination of current medical science and chiropractic, offering many types of treatment options tailored to the specific needs of his patients.He also has an uncannily intuitive understanding of the human body and is able to pinpoint the area causing issues in seconds. Finally - he will not give up, and he will do what it takes to get the patient better. As someone with a complex case, that is hard to find in a physician.

I suffer from chronic back pain, I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction, Lumbar facet arthropathy, lumbar degenerative disc, and currently really bad sciatica. I’ve gotten steroid injections, pain Meds, medial branch block, etc., & nothing has worked to ease my pain. I started seeing Dr. Taylor & immediately got some relief!!!!! Because of him, I know can sleep, move around, walk & sit. I’ve gotten some sense of normalcy!!! I recommend anyone with chronic back pain to go see him!!!!

Dr. Taylor and his personnel are great. Two weeks ago I came to Dr. Taylor with spinal stenosis and a disk bulge. My pain level was about a 7. I couldnt not walk a block without lower back and leg pain. Now Im able to walk more than a block and able to walk straight up and no more leg pain. I feel like Im getting my life back. . In two weeks my pain level went from a 7 to a 1. Best decision I ever made.

I came to Dr Taylor’s office with 2 severely herniated discs in my neck and was looking to an alternative option when being told surgery, surgery… I had tried a cortisone shot and 2 neck epidurals. I had numbness and tingling all down my arm. I am 3 weeks into my treatment and feel cautiously optimistic. There is no tingling in my fingers and it is lessening in my arm.Very nice on the phone and in consultation. No high pressure tactics. The office is very accommodating to my changing work and kid schedule. Be prepared to be committed, therapy a few times a week can be tricky with scheduling but very worth it!

This treatment is amazing!! Dr Taylor is very professional, informative, and kind. His team is equally as professional and friendly. I was skeptical at first because they promised up to 90% recovery, I didnt believe it but its true, I feel great...pain free!! The treatment includes neuromed therapy that shocks you but it feels wonderful to me, its so relaxing I try not to fall asleep because I will start snoring. It really worked for me. A 100% better option than surgery and Im pain free after a few of sessions. Unlike the long recovery after surgery. I definitely would recommend this treatment to anyone with chronic back pain.

Kim seems to be a very unhappy individual who lacks a sense of self awareness, responsibility for her actions and professional motivation. I had my first and last appointment with Dr. Taylor. I went in from back pain and the consultation was 40+ minutes of telling me im fat repeatedly and without examination said this was the true reason for my back pain. When he saw I about had enough he said it could be caused be a sprained back. In a hour and half he did not mention a treatment plan or solutions. He did usher me into a room without explaining anything I had to ask questions about the room, procedure, equipment etc. I read good reviews so I dealt with this unprofessional behavior of cussing and bad bedside manor despite my instincts. It was over when I saw a huge bug cockroach or beetle crawling in room. With his saying that Chicago for ya. I left. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I expect a doctor to give a clear plan of treatment and to explain it and have a clean office.Response: I was not upset at you saying it was my weight, but for 45 minutes repeating it is annoying. During that time, YOU DID NOT DO A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION!! You did not see or touch my back at all to get an idea of whats going on. It was weight weight weight.You did not give a plan of treatment.You did not explain anything about care or treatment.I did not say cussed at me. I said you used foul language during our appointment.For these reasons, I feel what you were rude, unprofessional and incompetent. You have great reviews but you dropped the ball with me.UPDATE: Went to another doctor. Had an ACTUAL EXAMINATION & IMAGING DONE. I have a disc that is hitting a nerve. We have a well explained treatment plan and I didnt see roaches on there floor.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are terrific. My criticism is regarding my experience with the Care Card. The information I was given by Dr. Taylors staff about the minimal payments required for the Care Card, was less than what the Care Card customer service said I owed per month. I had even called their customer service before signing up for the card to confirm that the information quoted by Dr. Taylors staff was accurate, and they said it was. I was not happy to find that what I was initially told by Dr. Taylors staff, and shown on Care Cards brochure, was not true, so my minimal monthly payments were significantly higher. I was told by Dr. Taylors staff to contact the Care Card customer service to try to get it resolved, but I dont have the time to do this. Dr. Taylors office should have taken the responsibility to resolve this, rather than push it off on me, since my decision to sign up for the card was based on what they had told me.

I meet Dr. Taylor back in 2013 for the first time after being involved in a really bad automobile accident. He worked with me for almost 9 months until i was 100% back to normal. Unfortunately i was involved in another really bad accident and needed similar work done that i had before. What makes Dr. Taylor great is that he cares about what he does. I walked into his office almost 5 years later and he remembered who i was. I wasnt just a patient to him. He really cares about getting people back to feeling the way they were before wherever happened to them happened. I would recommend him to anyone who needs rehabilitation services. I had a ton of tension built up in my neck, shoulders, back - had bothered me for probably the last 10 years. Business travel, schlepping the bag, endless hours at the computer, becoming a mommy to 2 - life - it all added up. But since going to Dr. Taylor starting in the Fall of 2012, he and his entire staff have helped me feel so much better! He really listens and treats the whole person. Very personable and flexible with their scheduling. Cant say enough about them - and the therapeutic massage is incredible!

Shout out to dr. Taylor and his lovely staff!!! Thank you guys for everything so far. I came here back in September 2019, had excruciating back pain, could barely walk. I went to other chiropractors, massage therapist and my pain would not go away. Then after I saw a tv commercial, I decided to make an appointment with dr. Taylor. He sent me to get an MRI to better diagnosed my back problem and confirmed 2 herniated disc. Then explained to me of this treatment that I never heard of, spinal decrompession. I decided to give it a try because my other resort would be surgery. I had back pain for 6+ years. So far after 1 month and half of doing spinal decrompession treatment. I been feeling way better. My pain so far has dropped to a 1 out of 10. I am half way on my treatment and already feeling great. I highly recommend dr. Taylor to everybody that suffers with back and neck pain!!!

Great place! The staff is friendly and welcoming and Dr. Taylor is amazing. Everyone does their best to make sure patients are comfortable and all questions and concerns are answered.

I couldnt handle the back pain any longer. Painkillers and rest on my back were not alleviating my symptoms. Dr. Taylor saw me same day and immediately knew what my issue was. 45 minutes of treatment + rest and I was significantly improved the next day. By day 3, I was 100% improved and back to work and normal activity. Im now able to more proactively manage my back pain with Dr. Taylor and will refer friends and family to him with similar symptoms.

I felt so much better after coming here. The staff is friendly and they know you by your first name. Dr. Taylor is wonderful. If you need any chiropractic treatment this is the place you want to come visit.

Its been a joy rehabbing at Dr. Taylors facility. Im 42 yrs old who still thinks like a 20 yr. old, so I obviously felt that physical therapy for my back wasnt for me. I wanted to ride it out. Im so glad I didnt and Im so glad I chose them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Trust me.

I was severely overcharged for the services I received. I was quoted $75 and charged $300 without receiving any real services or professional advice. I wouldn’t go back and would advise others to consider seeing an orthopedic specialist.
