I was suffering from neck pain for over a year before I started going to Advanced Health. During my consultative visit, Dr. Luke provided a clear plan to diminish my pain and improve my posture. I started rehab and after about 6 or so sessions (I signed up for 24), I already felt a huge improvement. The facility is very clean, the staff is super professional and overall, after a few months, my neck pain is gone!Also, the staff goes out of their way to get to know you on a personal level. From day one, Alyssa welcomed me by name when I walked through the door. And Dr. Luke, Dr. Brian and all the staff cared enough to ask how my family is doing, plans for the weekend, etc. This level of service goes a long way in my book.

I suffered from terrible headaches until I came to Advanced Health Chiropractic! I initially started when I was 5 months pregnant and the doctors were very knowledgeable about pregnancy and adjustments. I continued going for adjustments until the week before I was due. Now, I go and they are very welcoming towards my baby if I have to bring her along (which is every visit). All staff members have been friendly!

Perfect! Perfectly professional and knowledgeable. Perfectly friendly. Careful about Covid protocols. I came with significant lower back pain and planter fasciitis. After the treatment plan, both are gone! Dr Luke and Dr. Vear both took time to educate me about alignment and strengthening important muscles to prevent recurrence. Exercises were simple and effective, and personalized fir my need. I am impressed by the regular check ins on my progress and the careful attention to my improvement. Not my first chiropractor but by far the best. I’m choosing to stay on for maintenance visits, but did not feel any pressure to do so. The best.

Went here because I had chronic lower back pain to the extent of having numbness in my leg. Got on a corrective treatment plan that fixed the spinal curvature issues and numbness!! Wonderful experience! I was first introduced to the advanced health chiropractic south loop three months ago through a referral from a friend. Before my first visit, I had been suffering from very frequent headaches for years. After a few months of treatment the headache is 99.9% gone. The people here are very nice as well. I’m leaving Chicago so have to end my sessions here, but to anyone who’s is suffering from cervicogenic headache I do recommend you to come here.

I’ve been seeing the team at Advanced Health Chiropractic for a few months. When I initially came in I was experiencing intense nerve pain in my neck to the point of my arm going numb. My quality of life had greatly diminished. I was in constant pain and unable to find relief. Dr. Luke was incredibly thoughtful during my initial visits. He asked a lot of questions to understand my pain holistically and spent the time reviewing and explaining everything with me. I’ve been treated by both Dr. Luke and Dr. Brian and the mix of their treatment approaches has been wonderful. Dr. Brian has helped immensely with my overall soft tissue and nerve pain. The therapy team is helpful and Amber the receptionist is so kind and always willing to assist with scheduling. Not to mention the entire team knows every patients name and always greets us with hellos. They are very friendly and thoughtful office in general.I can now say I’m nerve pain free and continuing for treatment for soft issue damage. If there was an option to leave 10 stars I would. Came in with intolerable pain from a slip disc and with a 3 times a week custom recovery program WE were able to get pain to a very low level and most times not even there anymore. The doctors have a high level of knowledge and experience and always willing to listen. The entire staff is super friendly and always there to assist. Very Happy.

Dr Luke and the team are absolutely fantastic! Each time I had an appointment everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned about how I was doing. I went into their office unable to sit and in constant pain. Dr Luke thoroughly reviewed my treatment plan with me as ensured my recovery was his main concern. Even as my recovery went up and down, Dr Luke and the entire team made sure I was comfortable, and met with me multiple times to discuss my progress. I can happily say I’m pain free and very happy to be back to my regular activity!!

So lets see...I came to Advanced Health with heel numbness, toe weakness, numbness/tingling in hamstring area due to sciatica, lower back pain, and tightness. (Think I got it all) To date the only thing remains is slight toe weakness and will see how the L4/L5 is doing!! Wish I would have located Dr. Luke long before but guess this was meant to be...I cant stress enough or speak loud enough the level of care, assertiveness, and direct approach that you get from the ENTIRE STAFF!! My mom went here for her neck pain and told me her pain has been gone For 7 years and never came back. So she recommended Dr. Luke to me because I went to Rush orthopedics and Physical therapy wasn’t working. The pain was consistent. When I first came here my back kept going out on me to the point I couldn’t walk or stand up. Excruciating pain. Within the first 3 visits my pain was gone. Till this day my pain never ever came back. Dr. Luke is such a sweet heart. Even though he has a lot of clients he Remembers your name, why you’re there, and every little detail you tell him. I sought out a chiropractor when I was in the most desperate of circumstances. I was not sleeping for around 4 months straight, waking up every hour sobbing because of the pain I was in and my inability to sleep. I was in such agonizing pain that it was not only affecting my work but also every part of my life. I was driving for about 3 hours everyday to and from work. I do a lot of research before going to any kind of doctor, and more so this time due to never having been to a chiropractor and my unfamiliarity with them. I took a chance on these guys after reading all of the positive reviews. This was one of the best decisions for my health and well-being I’ve ever made. I was worried about the cost, but if you’re unaware, most insurances include some sort of chiropractic coverage. The entire team is amazing! I preferred to go to Dr. Luke because of the severity of my pain, but Dr. Veer is absolutely amazing and really gets you good with his soft tissue work! The girls who do the traction and help with your therapy, Bimi and Jaslyn, are fantastic and super friendly also. My neck was in really bad shape, so a lot of my traction was painful and they always made adjustments for my comfort. And let’s not forget super cheery and bubbly Amber at the front desk! She is so accommodating and will really make you feel welcomed and important to them! Am I 100% cured? No. But I’m in better shape than I may have ever been and am sleeping and doing everything way better than before. I moved to the suburbs and still choose to drive 30+ minutes to see these guys because I fully trust them. And the ability to see the improvements in my X-rays was total proof of how much they were really doing for me. I completed my therapy and adjustment regimen, and Dr Luke assisted with getting me the tools to continue to improve on my own at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing relief.

Dr. Stringer is a life saver!! Before seeing Dr. Stringer, I had very painful sciatic issues for months from sitting at a desk all day long. I have been looking for a reliable chiropractor in Chicago every since I graduated. I started seeing Dr. Luke since 2016 when they first open. Dr Luke and staff have corrected my leg cramp issue that Ive suffered with for years! Prior to seeking his care and expertise I had seen a Doctor who specialized in vein disease. This practice advertised vein problems as being the direct cause of leg cramping and claimed their treatments would cure all. They put me through a series of tests and procedures including vein removal, injections and leaky valve repair. After four months of treatments I was still experiencing leg cramps. While I am somewhat pleased with the condition of my legs I have literally felt at my wits end with my leg cramping. They were extreme and every night, in my thighs pulling around to my hips and I also experienced calf and foot cramping. The vein doctor then recommended I see a professional about my back. I did some research and decided to get a few different opinions. I started and ended with Dr. Luke and mostly because of his in depth examination and recommended plan for treatment. Ive seen many chiropractors over the years but not one that actually took x-rays of my spine and showed me the road to recovery that seemed doable and reasonable. Ive been seeing Dr. Luke and staff for 4 weeks now, 3 treatments per week and NOT ONE LEG CRAMP SINCE I STARTED!!! I cant tell you what a relief this has been for me not to mention uninterrupted sleep every single night. I was referred to Advanced Health by a friend who informed me I would receive great treatment. I was able to schedule a consultation quickly. The consultation with Dr. Luke hit all my problems and I completed x-rays on my problem areas. About a day later I was back in the office reviewing my c-rays and developed a treatment plan. I like the quick process of doctors getting to the point and addressing the problem. I dread going back and forth to appointments and hearing nothing from doctors. You will not get that here. Going to the Advanced Health Chiropractic has quite literally changed my life. I had severe tailbone pain whenever I sat for a period of longer than 20-30 minutes when I first started. After 12 treatments, I feel significantly less discomfort while sitting and also healthier because of the therapeutic exercises.Because I am attending college this fall, I had to do the 12 treatments before school started. They were incredibly accommodating in terms of scheduling, and making patients feel happier and healthier is their priority. I walked into Advanced Health Care with a HORRIBLE back ache. I had ran the Chicago Marathon in October 2017, and a month later while running a recovery 3 mile run my back ached so bad I could hardly walk or stand. For two weeks I was in pain and finally decided to seek help. Not knowing anything about Advance Health Care, I decided to make an appointment (based on all the reviews) and that same day Dr. Luke, was able to see me. I thought the pain was going to go away immediately after two or three visits, but it took more visits then that. Dr. Luke, explained thoroughly why my back went out the way it did, and he and his team worked with me each visit. After my first full session was complete, I kept going for another session. Thanks’ to Dr. Luke, and his team I ran a total of 5 races in 2018 and I got another shot at the Chicago Bank Of America Marathon, which I PR’d (Personal Record) by 17 minutes WITH NO BACK PAIN!!! Dr. Luke is amazing! After months of messed up adjustments from another cbp chiropractic office and years of problems from multiple injuries, I decided to start looking for another chiropractor. After the first visit I was able to sleep well for three days and actually felt rested for once. I am also starting to be able to rotate my low back to the left after being unable to do so for almost 8 years. I have noticed a huge decrease in pain and weakness with an increase in function. At times my back feels better then it has in almost 30 years. I had a lot of anxiety about trying a new chiropractor since I often times do not respond well however I am glad that I did not let fear stop me from giving Dr. Luke a chance. Since I am a new patient only time will tell whether or not this office will be the best fit with chiro and traction however I am very happy with my response to his adjustments so far. I tell everyone that Dr. Luke is a gift from god because I have had some pretty serious injuries/accidents and I find it almost impossible to find a chiropractor that I respond this well too. Out of 24 chiropractors, I think Dr. Luke could be my best chance for a return to a normal life.

After getting hit by a car crossing the street, my neck and back were in constant pain and I had difficulty doing day to day things, and had lost much of my function in my neck. Although it was a long process, I’m thrilled to say Dr.Luke and his team got my neck and back to fully functional and almost normal and I can finally start to strengthen and push past my pre-accident physical condition.

I went to Advanced Health because I suffered from wrist pain more than 2 months. Dr. Drew took some X-rays for me and discovered that it caused by my neck. My neck lack of curvature due to my bad posture while playing cellphones and computers. They created a 36-weeks treatment plan for me to adjust my neck and back. The staff and doctors are great. I felt so comfortable and welcomed every time when I visit. Today was my third visits and I am looking forward to seeing improvement after 3 months. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and their specialized plan for my issue has helped me tremendously. 10/10 would recommend.Full story:I was diagnosed with DDD a few years ago and was told I would just have to live with it; just manage the pain until I ultimately needed surgery. Just a lifetime of painful back problems and high medical bills.After recently slipping a disk because of this issue, I was in more sustained, consistent, pain than Ive ever been in in my life. Desperate for help and feeling hopeless, I turned to Advanced Health.10 minutes with Dr. Stringer (having looked at my x-rays) and turns out, nope! No need to resign to the pain. (Would have loved that knowledge years ago, but this was huge). He told me confidently, my accelerated degeneration could absolutely be slowed to a normal rate without drugs or surgery. He said he sees this issue a lot and patients have had a lot of success with traction, PT, and chiropractic adjustments. He outlined the plan, and we got to work.Ive been going 3 days a week for the past 2 months and I feel better with every visit. I dont get updated x-rays for another few weeks but I dont need them to know the treatment plan they set up for me has had a tremendous impact. I feel stronger and more stable than I have in years.On top of it all, the entire staff with zero exceptions are incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just plain great. Best doctor treatment I’ve ever had! The Advanced Health team consistently checked up on me, knew me by name, and knew my injuries and treatments by heart. Dr. Luke was a fantastic listener and really made sure I was feeling my best.

I have had acute pain in my mid back to the right of my spine under my shoulder. It goes till it reaches my nick. The pain was always there for the past 3 years shifting from the right side to the left.After visiting Advanced Health Institute and doing the x-rays along with the necessary assessments, Dr. Luke suggested 36 sessions for the complete recovery. After the first 12 visits the pain from my nick and under the left shoulder almost gone and my day to day activities back to normal. The visits included physical exercises, adjustments, and nick and back tractions.I have completed all the sessions. Im feeling much better now. The back pain has completely gone. I can walk and stand for a long period of time without any pain or discomfort.I highly recommend Advanced Health Institute for those who are having the same or similar health issues. You will be surrounded by supportive doctors and professional staff all the time at very comfortable environment.

Ill begin by saying that prior to going to Advanced Health I was pretty skeptical about Chiropractic care in general because I had no luck in the past. I decided to give Advanced Health in the South Loop a try because of their positive reviews and I am so glad that I did. I came in mostly for persistent lower back pain and some neck discomfort. I sat with Dr. Luke during my consultation and he walked me through in great detail what the issue was with my spine and how we were going to treat it and eventually get me to being pain free. Fast forward about a year and not only do I feel better than I have in quite a few years but even other minor issues of discomfort that had popped up over my time coming here have been addressed and treated. I highly recommend that anyone looking for Chiropractic care go to Advanced Health in the South Loop!Dr. Luke, Dr. Cassie, Amber and Suzanne are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and they actually make your visit something to look forward to. I pretty much had to see a chiropractor as I was experiencing strong lower back pain that made it difficult to sit, stand or walk. I have never been to a chiropractor before and didn’t really know what to expect, but I was in for a treat. Dr. Luke at Advanced Health explained the problems with my back and the steps needed to stop further damage and to improve my condition. I’m happy to report that after approximately 3-month worth of regular visits my back feels much better and the pain is gone. Dr. Luke, Dr. Cassie and their staff are all very helpful, accommodating, and actually care about your well-being. I highly recommend this place.

I had a spasm in that long vertical muscle below my shoulder blade. It was extremely painful, for 10 days I couldn’t sleep, it cost me lost days of work. I tried acupuncture, massage, hot baths and ibuprofen. Finally a colleague recommended Dr. Luke. My first visit I got X-rayed and on returning a couple of days later the good doctor created a program that made sense. It was not a quick fix yet with every treatment I experienced new benefits -- the pain diminished then finally left, my sleep improved as did my general outlook on life. Dr. Luke Stringer and Dr. Cassie have assembled a first rate team. Everyone is really pleasant, professional, upbeat and always a pleasure to encounter. I went to Advanced Health because I was having lower back pain that made it difficult to even put on socks and also because I had had neck stiffness for about 6 years that I had been ignoring. I was a little wary at first because I had gone to a chiropractor before who just pushed on my neck once and told me everything would fix itself, but that quickly went away when I came back for the follow up on my initial X-rays. Dr. Walker walked me through each of the pictures and what they could tell me about my spine and explained the methods that could fix them.After going to regular visits for 3 months, I had no lower back pain anymore and had full range of motion in my neck without any pain or stiffness. All of the staff at Advanced Health is very knowledgeable and you can tell they really want to help you get better.

Best there is. Stop living with pain and talk to people who listen and design a plan for you without the pills and surgery. They should have another name than Chiropractor because they are much more. I walk and move because of them.

I came in because my hip had been bothering me and I was walking in pain, which is inconvenient because I love to run, and within a few visits my back and my hip have been feeling a lot better which is making running and work much more enjoyable. Highly recommend

It amazes me when people still argue that chiropractic care doesnt do anything. How can people still believe that when patients each and every day are healing and are able to measure results and improvement from chiropractic alone? I am walking proof that chiropractic care is more valuable than going to a primary care physician. Almost everything is linked to your central nervous system and the alignment of your spine. I started going to see Dr.Luke and Dr. Cassie when I was 4 months pregnant. I was very hesitant about chiropractic care during pregnancy, being a first time mom who wouldnt be. Dr. Luke and Dr. Cassie reassured me that chiropractic care would be safe and beneficial for both the baby and myself. I read every baby book out there and was dreading all the symptoms that comes along with being pregnant. Nausea, vomiting, back and neck pain, swelling, insomnia and pressure on your nerves , lets say I was not thrilled. I got adjusted 2-3 times a week and my symptoms were very minimal, besides the nausea part. I hear having a girl will do that to you .Dr. Cassie talked to me about pelvic balance and alignment and how that was another reason to obtain chiropractic care during pregnancy. Having a misaligned pelvis may reduce the amount of room for the developing baby, not allow the baby to get in the best position for delivery, have a natural birth and interfere with the nervous system . 40 weeks later I have a beautiful baby girl ! I was able to have hernaturally, with no complications.Thank you Advanced Health for helping me achieve a healthier pregnancy, controlling symptoms and Reducing the time of labor and delivery!

I have now had over 24 visits to the Advanced Health Institute and have only good things to say about how I feel now compared to how I did before. I no longer wake up in pain. For anyone who engages in some type of physical activity but is in pain, there is always the worry that you will see a doctor who will tell you to stop doing it. Dr. Walker and Dr. Rachel and the other staff have a completely different approach, and that is to put your body in the very best place so you can continue to participate in those activities. Attending these appointments has been a time commitment, Ive been going three days a week, but it has been worth it. And everyone is just so nice! If anyone else has considered getting set up with a chiropractor, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Walker and his team!

Since iv been coming here my back pain has been to the minimum yes it does take time but i have not been in so much pain since i started now im actually glad i can do more movements then i could before and could sleep better too.
