Consistently outstanding sitters and super helpful last minute bookings through the app. Weve used CNST services for years and no complaints at all. Theyre just terrific. A big bonus for us is that CNST handles all of the admin and tax issues, and, as parents, we only focus on the sitter and obviously the price. But we never need to worry about any of the financial hassles of off the books care. Huge time saver and one less thing to worry about! I cant say enough as well about how helpful CNST has been with last minute issues and emergency needs for a sitter. They have always come through, even on holidays. You really cant go wrong with them. You reserve on the app, a great sitter arrives, you pay one price, done. Easy, no drama. Highly recommend them!!!

Once I found out about College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors, I was immediately impressed! Finding someone to care for your child can be a stressful, overwhelming experience. CNST makes it a smooth process for the families and employees. As a student in graduate school, it allows for a flexible schedule which is perfect for me. They help find sitters for families who need last minute services, short term, or long term. The staff and sitters are patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly have the children’s best interest at heart. I love that they provide materials to help engage the children and give nanny reports at the end of the day to inform the families of important aspects of the day. Ive worked for college nannies sitters for almost a year and i enjoy it. Ive met some awesome families with wonderful kids. As a sitter & college student, i get to pick my availability based on my college schedule which is amazing. Ive had some ups and downs but over all it has been amazing. I even have an amazing main family that Ive worked with continuously throughout the year.

College Sitters was a great resource for us when we lived in the city. Their staff was professional, on-time and gave us the confidence to go out on date nights.

My wife and I have been looking for inexpensive child care for our two daughters. Unfortunately reading these reviews have us both a little weary. Two of the reviews are obviously and in no doubt employees but it’s not from the heart sounds like they had their boss over the shoulders telling them what to say, and the last reviews are just sad, no parents or actual employees have anything good to say? Or are they just not relevant? We will not be looking into this company but I wish them a really rejuvenated facelift.

I know everyone always says if I could give zero stars I would, but in this situation it would be -5. I recently applied here through indeed, i had all the needed experience they asked for, completed surveys played phone tag really put my all into trying to make a good impression. When I finally get in contact with Julie, the very first thing she says is how her and her coworker called me twice yesterday, as if I hadn’t called back and no one answered. So things are already Rocky, but I put a good face on and go forward. She tells me to inform her about myself, and I do. Granted I am a little nervous so I fumble through the first few sentences. As I get to my recent experience with children and disabled children, as I am so proud of and finally start to relax, she reluctantly cuts me off as if I have been Wasting her time this whole phone call. She begins to inform me that I do not have the correct experience that they’re looking for, as if she let me finish. At this point in the conversation I am caught off guard, because if she had just let me finish she would know that I in fact do have experience, and I DO have three references. And that unfortunately she just let go one of her best future employees of all time. I also let her know for a future reference the next time she interviews anyone else she shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. So sad, a place that is supposed to be taking care of children should not act like this, she was so ready to jump off the phone, literally talking over me, if I can’t stand the way she was talking to me then I can’t imagine how her actual employees feel.Please do not comment back with excuses plain and simple if I would’ve recorded the conversation things would be different.
