Dr. Jain is a rarity in today’s medicine. He takes time to explain things to you. He shows his concern and care for his patients by the time he spends with them. You never feel rushed out of the office when you see him. He does have a witty sense of humor and a gentle disposition, which make visits a pleasant experience. His office staff (Lisa) is very kind and attentive. Glad to have been referred to his practice. Hope not to have to see him too often- but, when/if I do- he’s the man.

Dr. Jain has a meticulous way of diagnosing and suggesting remediation, he does not hop you on to pills just because there is a slight deviation in your reports. As applicable he resorts to natural ways (without medication/expensive procedures) for treating a patient.I have been seeing him for over a few years now and would strongly recommend him for the best available care and treatment related to cardiology.

Dr.Jain has been my cardiologist for over twenty years. I started with him when I lived in Chicago and continued seeing him when I moved to the suburbs with my family. He is very kind, compassionate, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything thouroughly and takes his time with you. Having him as my Dr. makes me feel safe and confident that I have the best person taking care of me. I consider myself very fortunate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mukesh C.Jain for over 20 years. I have found him to be considerate and knowledgeable of your problems and takes time to explain how to fix them. If you have any questions you can call him any time and he will always call you back. Out of five stars Dr. Jain gets five.

I am thankful to have met Dr. Mukesh C. Jain, MD and his medical team for treating me first like a human being rather than just another patient. Dr. Jain took the time to answered all of my questions, explain the stress echocardiography conducted upon me, and give me peace of mind my heart is still healthy.

I heard Dr. Jains voice before I actually met him. I had had a heart attack and he was placing a stent. Although I couldnt really focus on what he was saying, his voice was reassuring. Afterwards, he came to see me in the CCU and walked me through the details of what had happened. I was impressed that he wasnt rushed and wanted to make sure that I understood everything about the heart attack, the stent and the plan for going forward.I have used him ever since and appreciate his genuine concern in my heart health. He uses a blend of humor and stern admonition if my tests are not reflecting what he would like to see and always explains the ongoing consequences. He is responsive to my concerns and quick to answer any emails I send.My heart and my life, are in good hands with Dr.Jain.

I saw Cardiologist Dr. Mukesh Jain in his Loop office again today, probably for about the 25th time since we first met. That meeting was just before midnight on a night in October, 2009, but I have no memory of it.Id been playing basketball in St Andrews gym on the North Side when suddenly I felt smothered under a blanket of pressure and dizziness. Luckily a Chicago Fire Department paramedic was playing with us (his first time there) and insisted I go to the hospital. Twenty minutes later I was the reason people on North Halsted Street heard that piercing siren from Ambulance 56 enroute to Illinois Masonic Hospital. My last memory of that night was a vision of a half dozen medical staff in the Emergency Room, all looking at me with pessimistic expresssions as I passed out in a massive heart attack.Next morning I awakend to the voice of Dr. Jain beside my bed showing a group of interns and residents the video taken 8 hours earlier of my completely blocked “widowmaker” artery at the moment when his catheter passed through and allowed the blood to flow. With a stent placed where the blockage had been, I felt weak but pain-free.The men of Ambulance 56 told me later theyd hauled hundreds of men into emergency rooms over the years and I looked worse than 95 percent of them. But three days later I was home and 3 months later I was back on the basketball court.I played again last night – as I have hundreds of times over the years since 2009 -- and that is, in large measure, owing to the care of Dr. Jain whom I have seen every 3 months and who repaired another of my arteries in 2011.I heartily recommend Dr. Jain, most certainly for saving my life seven years ago, but also for his continuing attention to the details of my condition, his thoughtful prescriptions and scrupulous care which have given me many more years of healthy life.
