Disgustingly Long Wait Times. I checked in at 11:40pm and left at 3:40am unattended as the line was not moving. I asked for an update in regards to estimation to be admitted and I was told I had five patients ahead of me around 1:30am. I asked for another update at 3:20am and was told there were now 8 patients in front me with no ETA. It was saddening because I spoke with another patient who waited 6 hours and has yet to be called. Another patient in the lobby who arrived before I did was also not attended. I called Illinois Masonic and they informed the wait time would be

We had our first baby boy at Swedish hospital… their labor, delivery and maternity units are filled with amazing compassionate professional nurses midwives residents and physicians. The nursing care specially is superb…thanks so much for making the process much less stressful. Rooms were a bit cramped and old, can use some repairs especially the bathrooms.

At a time when family is concerned about a patient the last thing they need is poor bedside manner from physicians or nurses in the ER let alone the admitting floor.My husband has covid others in family recently recovered. One person tells my daughter she can stay with my husband, the other says no, then another says no visitors where as another says yes till 3pm. Physician asks vaccine status and then goes on to become snarked with a patient who is afraid. Told his kidneys are bad and he has to have dialysis and this doctor is going to be snarky about a vaccine status?

I would give no stars if I could. I went to this hospital and had terrible cramps due menstrual and wanted to get check out cause the cramps were killing me. Those working at front desk needs to be trained or fired cause literally they kept repeating questions after I ALREADY GAVE THEM THE ANSWERS THE FIRST TIME. My mom and I got really upset and left. That’s when they chased us back in. After the whole process with paper work… finally got to see the doctor. The doctor was super rude and judgement. Like just because I’m tan and you aren’t doesn’t mean anything. She had the never to say you are going to have this pain for the rest of your life so deal with it. Like great work ethic ma’am.Will never go here again.

We just conveyed our child kid there and we had an incredible involvement in the specialists and attendants. We might want to give our Thank You to Dr. Stacy Brown ( MD who upheld me completely through my pregnancy and conveyance), Dr. Randa Hassan (MD who conveyed our child securely and for which I am exceptionally thankful to her), Nurses (both in conveyance room also in the mother-child unit from whom weve gotten a particularly incredible help and care. I might want to extraordinarily make reference to RN Katherine Moreno who took such incredible consideration of me during the work. You are a particularly delightful soul and accommodating and I feel so fortunate for you being there.

They do provide medical services, to be fair. Some doctors are good and some nurses are really caring. Overall, though, AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!Examples: Upon discharge, access port was not cleaned, serious bruises after taking blood sample. While my wife was waiting in the room to be discharged, cleaning crew changed the bedding without changing pillow cover - this is during COVID! Etc., etc.

I understand MDs work hard to earn their position however they can lose their entitled attitude especially towards their nursing staff. They seem to forget they would not be MDs without their patients and staff. Learn to humble yourselves a little. Ive seen better attitudes and behavior from children. The lack of respectful doctors they have in this hospital is truly embarrassing and shameful.

Has drastically changed, was in ER a few times. Everyone was more attentive, professional and kind. Its a very busy, hectic place because of crazy amount of people rushing to ER. Its insane!! Chicago hospitals are too few and too many people rushing there for non emergency reasons, at least 50% if not more xan go to walk in clinic from what I saw. Then people complain they had to wait, we duh.. how do you assess 50 patients in 8 hours???? Glad Im not doctor there...

Been waiting for 8 hours in their tiny ER waiting area with 30 other people, all of us in varying degrees of visible pain/distress. No one has been called to see a doctor for 3 hours, nurses are chit chatting and very casual as if they cant see the madness in front of them. Do not recommend and will not come back.

Incredibly long waits to see PCP, OB doctor, and Physical Therapy appointments--typically 1.5 months to 2.5 months. Very slow in processing referral requests. No issues with doctors. Look elsewhere if you are looking for timely care.

If I could give this hospital a zero I would. The entire staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve called to speak to a nurse and they transferred me either to have me wait 30 plus minutes then they pick up and hang up. This is like the 4th time. And when I ask to talk to a social worker they transfer me to a completely different person. I can’t even get a hold of crisis management because they seem to be hiding them. Unfortunately I can’t convince the ambulance to go to a different hospital from my location. My brother was discharged twice and was picked up the same day by another ambulance twice now. First time he was put on life support and almost died thanks to their negligence and once again they did it. I tried speaking to the doctors and they all just give me the run around saying they’ll call back and they never do and when I show up there I see them all sitting on their phones talking to each other doing nothing. Then when you call over the phone they claim everyone is busy. Yeah busy talking and on their cellphones. Having personal conversations cussing in front of visitors. Yeah busy much. I asked to get my brother transferred tonight and all I got was ok hold on and hung up on. If the staff is tired of their job maybe they should change careers I bet if their lives ones were hospitalized they wouldn’t treat them the same.

Went here on Monday was at the hospital for 10 hrs and did not see anyone. It is not normal to wait in the waiting room for 10 hrs. Plenty of open rooms in the back. Trying to act like they are all booked up. At least I have the video.. to prove other wise.. stand up enuff is enuff all ready.

They don’t even deserve this one star. I had my son delivered there. At first it went smoothly. When I tell them that I have smoked they treated me very differently. When my Contractions started they wouldn’t give me more pain killers. They’re extremely judge mental. There was only one nurse that actually cared for the Patient. When I get home from the hospital I am supposed to get my sons Social Security number in the mail and I still haven’t gotten it.

I had such a horrible experience with the hospitals staff. Im expecting a baby and so was ordered quite a few lab tests. During my initial visit they completely ignored the paperwork I showed them and did 1 test out of 10. They had me come back, I had to wait 1 hour just to get registered and then when I came to the testing department again I asked to make sure I was getting ALL the bloodwork done so I dont have to come back. No-one gave me a clear answer, they refused to look at the request or to contact my doctor to clarify some information. In addition to that the staff was so rude that I couldnt believe. They caused me a huge stress and they couldnt care less about it. I think they forgot that people come to the hospital in need of a medical help and they are already under stress and definitely dont need any more stress. And of course the hospital is not free so Im not sure why Im being treated like that when I pay not so little money to get help.I had to switch to a different hospital just because of that. I will never use Swedish medical services again. Huge disappointment.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for a COVID test today. I almost threw up on the lady because she gagged me with the q-tip. On top of that, they had all my information wrong (phone number, no email address on file, wrong social info) and I had to call two times just to set up their patient portal because my information was incorrect and my social couldnt be verified. I do not count on even getting my test results back. Horrible care and horrible patient portal. Just go to Northwestern.

I personally do not like Swedish hospital. There are only just a very few fair knowledgeable doctors and very few good nurses. They DO NOT listen to family members who are the ones that mainly know what is going on with their loved ones, sadly taken on an Emergency to the nearest hospital that most of the time wouldnt be on the best interest of the patient.This irresponsible SC Hospital medical staff was guessing on what was really my sons health condition when I have told them the main causes of what was going on with him. I beg them to transfer him to his home hospital Northwestern. They gave him a medication that made him worse. He was rushed to the ER due to two-seizures(my son doesnt have seizure disorder , but has a condition running now that causes it if his liver levels are high or he is dehydrated. He was discharged unannounced last Sunday without much information and with a prescribed medication for seizures that its cost is over $1,500,00 for only 3 pills, that his insurance doesnt cover for it. They didnt run the tests they were supposed to do it before his DISCHARGE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT HOSPITAL AS MUCH ASVYOU CAN.

Swedish has incredible physicians, doctors, and a fast-paced yet highly functional emergency department. I have one of my primary physicians at Swedish, and have stayed in 2 of their units a combined total of 3 times over a night-3 nights, and also mostly go there for my ER needs, and where I take my friends who need medical attention.Swedish is very very compatible with Medicare and Medicaid, which is why I see one of their doctors. Their nurses are also 100 percent fantastic, and even their med students and new interns are better at their jobs than many experienced doctors. I’ll keep coming there for my medical needs for as long as I can!

April 25 2017 I gave birth to my pretty baby girl. The nurses was so rude to me and my husband saying that I came from Africa just to have an American baby. I was so upset. How can you just say what you dont know. I am a radiology technologist and American citizen. I was so mad. The 3rd day she wanted to discharge me earlier than my time,when I told her that I have to call my husband to check if he can come that day she said what are you waiting for. Horrible experience 😪. My mother was rushed to the ER with a bad UTI. Her blood pressure was very high, yet they were not to concerned about it. The nurse handed my 86 yr old mother a high blood pressure pill and dropped one of the pills on the floor. The nurse RON picked up the pill, wiped it on his shirt, and blew on it and told her to take it. I said Are you kidding me? He said it is no big deal, he does it all the time. COVID!! COVID!! I would not of believed it, if I did not see it with my own eyes. I should turn them over to the health department. Physical Therapist called and said she would call the next day, I still have not heard anything back, its been 5 days. The incompetence reeks at Swedish Covenant. From all the bad reviews I been reeding, my mom will not be going back.

Worst Experience with Covid Testing. Do not go there! The Covid Test was a throat PCR Test. That was ok and I was able to get an appointment in about a day. However, test results never came back. They said they would call me and let me know my result in 2-3 days. I never heard or got a call back from them. I called 3 days later and they didnt know my info and said that if I didnt not hear back, means I was negative. Incredible. Plus, they do not work in the weekend for testing or results.

Mixed experiences at Swedish. Some of the specialty staff is highly competent and provide good service (like Elyse Lambiase in Oncology, Marc Sheinman in Gastroenterology). The ER staff is pretty abysmal, as are some of the medical group primary care doctors. Ive had to bring my mom to the ER several times over the last few months. Its like pulling teeth to get information and updates, no one knows whats going on, no ones talking to each other, long wait times to get a room if they decide to admit you, surprise procedures. Last time, they discharged her when she still had severe symptoms and we had to bring her back the next day. Her primary care Dr, Chaimaa Matar, completely dropped the ball with her care and turned defensive when she learned that my mom had been diagnosed with cancer (well I told her to get a colonoscopy a few years ago but she didnt want to.) Benjamin Johnson, who performed a minor surgery on her, was rude, arrogant and completely disappeared after her surgery, no follow up or checking on her (the nurses couldnt even get a hold of him!) Very little accountability. My sister also had a horrible experience here giving birth to her first child, being unnecessarily hospitalized for days. Things seem to have gotten worse since North Shore took over.That said, there are some staff who are super friendly, competent and seem to care a lot about their patients. It really depends on the luck of the draw. Overall, I would recommend oncology services here, but if youre looking for primary or emergency care, look elsewhere.

Where do I begin! I have been a patient at SH for many years. The call center staff and main operators are very rude. It seems as though they do not know how to be courteous and polite which should basic. They have no compassion for sick people.Messages are never given to doctors and requests for services, orders or referrals are never followed through. I constantly have to call to track someone down. Its very frustrating as I am the patient with health problems and no one cares or has the proper skills. I am working on leaving that hospital for a staff that shows professionalism.

*DO NOT GO HERE*I was misdiagnosed, I actually have blood clots in my head and they treated me for a migraine and refused to do a CT scan of my head. I then later went to Masonics ER and was properly diagnosed with blood clots within 30 mins of my arrival.

Joseph Raviv is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DOCTOR that performs UNNECESSARY SURGERIES on patients just to collect the additional insurance money. I visited Dr Raviv in 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to promote better drainage). However, when I was sedated, he threw in an unnecessary septoplasty that severely narrowed the right side of my nasal airway.For people reading this, I have included x-ray images of my sinuses, BEFORE and AFTER my surgery with him (THE IMAGES CAN BE SEEN ON HIS YELP PROFILE, I cannot post them here). As you can see from these images, my nasal airway equal on both sides, before surgery, and the septoplasty didn’t need to be done. By performing it, he severely narrowed the right side of my nasal airway.Dr. Raviv performed this unnecessary surgery just to collect that additional insurance money. There is no other explanation for this. Furthermore, when I later contacted him, and told him that my breathing was worse, and I suspected it was a problem with my septum, he told me that he wouldnt be able to perform the revision Septoplasty (make it the way it was before). Therefore, not only is GREEDY, by performing unnecessary surgeries, but he is INCOMPETENT, for not being able to fix his mistakes.This unnecessary surgery has caused me to suffer greatly over the past six years. Since I cant really breathe out of my nose, I dont sleep well at night. I am then exhausted all day, not able to function well, and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. I have lost friends, and jobs over the years, and I am not able to pursue some of the career goals that I wanted to when I was younger. The only reason I cant sue Raviv is because my statute of limitations for medical malpractice has expired.In addition, Raviv also a GIANT COWARD. As soon as I started talking about my negative experience online, instead of apologizing or trying to remedy the situation, Raviv hired a fat, disgusting lawyer named Luisa Trujillo (who now, ironically, works as the head of North Shore Legal affairs). This lawyer sent me a cookie cooker “Cease and Desist, informing me I would be “sued” if I didn’t stop talking about my experience. That was 3 years ago, and I haven’t stopped anything.When that didn’t work, Raviv went in tears to the Northbrook Police Department, hoping they would scare me into not sharing my story. That was now a year ago. Well guess what, I am not going to stop talking. I am going to keep spreading the word until everyone connected to Northshore knows about this. This doctor absolutely devastated my life, and the hospital did nothing about it. Please share this information with other people in the Chicagoland area.

This institution is completely incompetent. Not only once but TWICE they have tried to send me a bill with my wrong name. Meaning 2 separate services. Totally misspelled. I’ve called a dozen times. Spoke to “management”, that apparently can’t manage their way out of a paper bag, who assured me they would “personally” correct it and send me a bill in MY NAME. Instead.. what do I receive... a delinquency notice from Harris and Harris of Illinois. They are treating a patient as delinquent when they can’t even fix a super simple thing like a name. It’s clear they don’t give the slightest care about patients. We are just a source of income for them and will track you down with a law firm to get their money.. even though they can’t even spell your name. Looks like I’ll need to contact my own lawyer to resolve this

Watch out for Dr. Joseph Raviv. He is a fraud that does unnecessary surgeries patients. All I consented to was the endoscopic sinus surgery (widening of the nasal drainage passages), but he performed an unnecessary septoplasty that cut off airflow on the right side of my nose. Please look at the X-ray images of my nose before and after surgery with him. Notice how after, airflow is cut off on right side.

I have been in ER today for over 6 hours and the nurses do not care about the patients i asked when will i get a room there answers are they dont know and than blow you off. The more you complain the longer you have to wait. The ER front desk staff needs to trained or shouldnt be working with people they have no sympathy for the patients as far as they are concerned its whatever, if tou wanna leave just leave they state. Emily Obrien was my physician. Her and her staff was absolutely great. They were the nicest people Ive ever met in a hospital setting. Emily is very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in great detail. Before coming here, I went to Community first (down the street from my house) and Rush. It dont live near Swedish but my mother loves this place and told me to come here. Im so glad that I did! Thank you all who helped me yesterday. I truly appreciate people like you.

My son had a sugery scheduled here on the 2nd floor and the workers were all so nice to him and also me. They treated him very well and also in recovery. I cant say about the emergency department , but the sugery center did a good job. I took alot of stress off me seeing them treat him well. Thank you

Last night I went to see a doctor to the emergency room for some slight symptoms I been having , since the movement I got there I felt welcome from registration , when the nurse takes your vitals and the best part was doctor Emily O’Brien she listen and checked me , did blood test and x rays she made me feel like she really cares about her patients there is a bit of a wait but it’s understandable given the fact that the doctors take their time with each patient .

My dad was in a diabetic coma and had to be rushed to the ER at Swedish. On arrival, I heard one of the residents or doctors make a joke saying Oh, I thought he was already dead, not knowing I was standing right there with his shoes in my hand. When I responded thats my dad, the two doctors (some white, bald one and a Hispanic looking woman) just walked away with their clipboards. This happened almost 2 summers ago and it still haunts me. I know that POCs are at risk when receiving care but I had hoped I would never experience it firsthand. My dad usually goes to Northwestern but due to proximity, Swedish was closer. . If possible, I recommend you find a better and safer place to find care.

The worst hospital in Chicago, I went to the hospital because Im having a hard breathing and I was coughing so badly with hard breathing and there was a girls who work in the infront of the emergency, no one of them came to help me, and there was a blonde girl who was just pretending like shes not looking at me and my mother, but she looked at us and I was in a point that Im having a hard breathing and no one helped me, they told me to stay and sit in the other seats and when I came to them again, the girl asked me if Im having a hard breath and I was actually having a bad breathing and both of them they saw me and they didnt care, one of them told me to sit in the other seats far from them and me and my mother I was waiting for too long and no one came to ask me if I am fine or not, everybody was able to hear me but no one helped even that I gave them my ID card and my insurance but they didnt do anything about it, they just took my temperature and blood pressure, my mum she told one of the girls that I am having a bad headache from the cough and I need help and that Im still waiting for too long, and my mother told her what she gonna do now, do you want her to go home? And Im really shocked about what the girl answered, she said you can go home if you want and she was not even looking at my mother, she just like dont care, this is was the worst thing that happened with me today. Why do they have to be like that with the patients? Thats really disappointing.

I come here with my referrals to have my blood work and my mammograms done, colonoscopy done here in this large hospital. The staff are cool to chat with I only had one complaint and I got that handled quickly. I love coming here, been here since I moved to Chicago. And that speaks volumes. Not that far from my apartment.

I’ve only done ultrasounds at the hospital so far. It really depends on the radiologist you get. My first time experience was awesome but my second experience was horrible. The radiologist initial was JG and she was not friendly, helpful nor was she attentive. More customer service training could be done.Overall the experience highly depends on the people, not consistent.

My grandma went to this hospital due to Covid related symptoms. She was there for 2 days and sent home because according to Dr. Patel their hospital wasn’t a “hotel”. We ended up having to take her to another hospital and she was there for 3 weeks due to needing oxygen. Terrible that a doctor would deny more medical attention to an elderly patient. I literally have to suffer in my labour, with swedish medical group, I was.admitted 7days in hospital and thy say only male doctors are available for labour department.. its not about one time, everyday same story, and the hospital is linked wd university so on floor u will have students to treat you no specialist.Thy did covid test, morning it ws negative and by evening it became positive. The last straw was this weekend when they sent me to collection while I was currently on a payment plan. My last payment was October 25th. And I received this letter in November. I am in the middle of purchasing a house and this could have really ruined my credit score and jeopardized getting my new home. Of course I have tried calling Swedish financial services multiple times with no answer and only the option to leave a voicemail. I regret wasting my time at this hospital. I will just go to Northwestern instead. You would think that with this NorthShoreConnect merger things would have improved but it seems things are only getting worse. I will also be calling the better business bureau to complain about this illegal thing they have done to me.

Most efficient healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Went here today for a scheduled Covid test. They have tents set up in their parking lot for this purpose and when we got there, there were several cars waiting for testing ahead of us. I thought for sure we’d be waiting about an hour, but no, we got right in and out. The doctors know what they’re doing, worked very quickly, and made this as good of an experience as it could’ve been. Also, Sue did my phone screen beforehand and was so sweet and reassuring. Would absolutely recommend them.

I had my 1st baby here 2 weeks ago. ALLLLL of the nurses and doctors were AMAZING throughout my labor & during my whole stay!!! Even during recovery every nurse was extremely helpful with me n my baby. Even the lab person who came to draw blood from my baby and I was super friendly. Im very glad I chose swedish to deliver !!! And will gladly chose 2 deliver there again. Only 2 things that could have been better were cleanliness in the 1st room they take u in 2 check how dilated u are. The bathroom was a lil dry blood stained and so was the cover underneath the new cover I was on. So I know it wasnt from me and one of the lactation consultants I saw made me feel a lil overwhelmed n emotional but its ok the other consultant I saw was great!Overall thank you swedish doctors and nurses for your care!!! I really appreciate all your help as a first time mom I didnt know what to expect but u guys got me thru it!

I wish I could leave a positive rating for the physicians. The customer service here is horrible. You leave a message with the staff, they never get the messages right, they also never call you back, the hold times are insane, it just seems like no one ever knows what they’re doing here. On top of that, they always have an attitude. Been in the medical field over 6 years so I understand that it gets bad. But this is just terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get a referral if they don’t give it to you when you’re there.

I called their COVID hotline to schedule a test, being that it’s my neighborhood hospital and closest to my home. No way to reach a living person. The recorded message offers options to receive a call-back from a nurse, which leads to another recorded message, saying that they are busy and to call back during business hours. Which part of call-back doesn’t your staff understand? Your website states that you are open to the community, yet you avoid people in need. I will make the drive to another hospital from now on!

Seriously though, what is wrong with the staff? Unprofessional, rude, can’t even ask a question without them rolling their eyes at me. They even seem agitated over the phone. I ended up hanging up on the operator, whoever SHE is. She gave me such an attitude and I couldn’t handle anymore of it. These people cannot get themselves together. Nobody knows how to communicate when it comes to faxing out referrals. So it’s up to the patient to call back and forth from their doctors office to the hospital to make sure they received your referral. Which I think it’s ridiculous. It’s YOUR job. How can everything be so difficult when we have everything electronic? C’mon now.. lol What a joke

To make an appointment with anyone in their office, you need to call their main number which is useless. It takes more than 20 minutes to get someone to answer that line or somehow the line gets disconnected. I am very upset with their customer line and the system in place to connect with your doctor is terrible.

Last time I went to this emergency room was about a year and a half ago the nurse who was assigned to me came in and shut the door on me left me in there for a few hours and the doctor finally came in asked me a couple of questions and told me I don’t come to the emergency room when I have a cough that doctor has no integrity or dignity she should not be in the medical field neither should some of the nurses they took an oath to take care of people shame on you Swedish Covenant Hospital your management should be ashamed of themselves I must add not just a cough but a shortness of breath. Newly (within last 5 years or so) remodeled ER. Very kind and caring staff. Excellent medical care.The ER waiting room is small and smelled like urine. Fortunately, we had a short wait before being taken to a room. The exam room had plenty of space and was clean. I found the temperature to be uncomfortably warm/hot in both the waiting and exam room you may want to dress in layers and adjust as needed when you get there.Im a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Ive seen the good, the bad and the ugly in my time and there are only a few hospitals that I would go to if I needed care. Swedish Covenant is one of them.I highly recommend Swedish Covenant Hospital

Wonderful hospital that let my grandpa die from sepsis because they didn’t want to deal with his uti from catheters, missed my uncles stroke, ignored my mastoiditis and said “it’ll clear up” and I almost ended up with permanent hearing loss, dropped and left a surgical clip in my mom, ignored all my symptoms which led me to getting no treatment for a genetic disorder that one of their doctors insisted “isn’t painful at all, it’s not a big deal”. I will never be going back to this hospital.

You are going to wait forever, even if you are in so much pain that you cant handle it, I had pyelonephritis, the kidney infection, and I waited in waiting area 8 hours!!!! 8 HOURS!!! and they didnt admit me, despite that this is such a serious infection + I have underlying condition.But thats not even what I want people to know. THE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER DEAL WITH. They do not communicate with their employees and in between each other, if you will go to HR to complain - nothing is going to happen. People like this just cannot be managing other ppl, especially TERRI CUNNINGHAM - nobody can stand her, I dont know even 1 person in entire medical group who would say that she is a good leader, she will make you cry, she has zero humanity, and if she doesnt like you - she will find a million reasons to make your day go bad. I had my son here May 2018 and I’m extremely frustrated with how these con-artists are haunting me down for payment of services I didn’t receive and the ones I did, recieved badly. What the hell wrong with you? My son was sitting ON OUR STROLLER not your freakin Hospital bed. Thanks for you although I live close to you , I will be definitely going somewhere else. My advice for others: if you can, better find different place. In addition, I just got better on my own. When I went to my general doctor, he told me that Hospital prescribed me wrong medications. I am a student nurse and have my clinical at Swedish. Yesterday, I had a preventable exposure from a patient and had to head to the ER to have my eye irrigated. The staff was incredible. They advocated for me during my entire visit and I cant thank them enough.

Took almost 6 months, 20 calls and 10 emails to get through financial assistance department.If you qualify for financial assistance and get a bill from them I recommend to fill out all required documents and hand deliver to them, otherwise you are guaranteed to have few more white hairs on your head.Swedish Hospital must create a new system for submitting applications online and start accepting scanned files. This way they could improve collections and revenues from the unpaid bills.We would never ask for financial assistance if we were able to pay that bill in full.

I called on Monday to schedule a covid test and was told that I would receive a call back to schedule within 12-48 hours, which seemed like a very long time, considering I told the person on the phone that I may have been exposed to someone with covid and had symptoms. I repeated my phone number back and have checked my calls religiously. I never received a call. Its now Saturday.
