Ive been going to Holly intermittently to trim my hair for few years now, but recently she absolutely NAILED my balayage! I explained with a picture of what I wanted, and after her expert suggestions about how to most safety recreate it for my hair, she spent the next few hours going above and beyond for me, my mother AND my auntie all at the same time! I would give Holly 6/5 stars if I could!! Thank you so much again!!

They took great care of me today! I walked in without an appointment and they treated me with care and were very precise with their work! They made everything look so easy and they did an amazing job!

The staff and Holly are very polite and professional. The location is within half a block of the red line train. For Holly’s beautician skills, it is a bargain for any hair styling and cutting. I am a regular customer.

The salon is just wonderful they really blew me away! The service here they provide as friendly and theyre out of this world giving such a welcoming experience. My eyebrows was very nicely shaped and it did it quickly and painless. And my nails is just a Flawless design!

It might not be the fanciest place, but owner Holly is wonderful - she cuts hair well, i love the threading and waxing here, they are very honest. Mani/pedi - depends on who you get. I had a mixed experience so far. Ready to keep on coming as they make you feel at home.

I have never ever gone out of my way to write a bad review, people make mistakes and have bad days but this was like a horror story.as someone who has had her hair done by all of her friends while they were in hair school, this salon should be downright embarrassed with the quality of cut and color. I asked for ombré and the lady said exactly what ombré is, which is that your hair fades from dark to light in a natural transition, keep in mind that even after my hair was dry she kept repeating that my hair faded so naturally and it was so pretty.After I expressed my dissatisfaction, she told me that it was my fault for not communicating exactly what I wanted (she offered to dye the bottom half of my head blonde to make it right but once you see the haircut youll understand why I declined) and then charged me $65 for my haircut and the dye and I left

I got a haircut here and the lady who cut my hair is like confused she keep saying yes she understant me but completely did a wrong job! Bad service !!!
