I always come here for my haircuts. They do exactly what you ask for or when you show them a picture. Prices are also affordable and lower than most places.

Classic Touch is my favorite salon here in Gage Park. Its run by some dynamic, talented women. The prices are very reasonable and the hours are convenient. You dont usually need an appointment and if you have to wait for a few minutes you can sit back and relax. Theres lots of magazines and they have a great sound system for music which is usually in Spanish. The music is both relaxing and romantico. I love it. And 59th and California where its located is kind of a good spot for people watching. And the most important part is that my stylist Angelica really knows how to cut my hair. Shes got the touch!

I give it 1 star for final product. Although they are nice and suggested not to perm my hair because I had highlights and warned me it would of damage my hair, I decided to just dye my hair. I showed them a picture of the tone I wanted with minimal copper highlights but overall the color of the hair had to be a dark burgundy or dark copper color. They proceeded with highlights which I thought they were to thick and wide. Second the lady started mixing the color for the toner. I noticed it was very bright red and had a feeling that it was not the tone I wanted and i let her know that it seemed to bright but she answered that it just looked bright red but will not eventually end up that bright. I let her finished because I didnt want to seem picky and thought she knew what shes doing. At last when she blow dried my hair my nightmare became to a reality, the highlights were bright red. I ended up with bright red highlights and had nothing to do with the tone I wanted. I knew she noticed what she had done and just said that it looked pretty which she was sugar coating the situation. I hate bright red. No copper tones, no deep burgundy tones on my hair, Im just so dissatisfied with the service and the amount I paid for 95.00 is still hurting me. I wish I could post the picture of the color tone I wanted vs. The red highlights I ended up with.

Have been going here for YEARS! The ladies at the salon do a great job. Great cut and color at affordable prices. I drive out 4 to 5 times a year and it is a good 3 if not 4 hour drive round trip...but well worth journey. I would 100% recommend their services :)

Great customer service, staff are amazing confident and fantastic skill, prices are reasonable, if not perfect for all the work cut/dry/style. Ive been coming here for about 21 years. As Ive moved away from the city try different salons at times but none compare, I always come back!

I went to go dye my hair blonde and they suggested highlights instead so I went along with it thinking they were the experts and knew what was best for my hair. But as soon as the finished and the stylist was washing my hair a lot of hair was coming off!!!And it continued to fall off to the point you can’t really see I had highlights!

Very friendly, but the thing that I didn’t like was that they don’t know how to cut men’s hair. They where only to cut my hair with one number. It’s okay but it seemed like they were rushing me out of there.

They accept credit card. I love that! Reasonable prices. Im very pleased every time I go.

Love this place. People are very nice as I walk through the doors.If they said they dont do black hair its bcuz they dont! They are only telling the truth because they wouldnt want to mess up your hair...never known for them to be racist n thats very wrong for someone to say that without knowing it to be true...again very nice n friendly with staff...affordable n clean place.

Muy ENCANTADA!! lol i LOVE IT HERE :) I had a lady mess up my hair last summer (while back in some other salon) & She left it extremely crooked so i decided to go to this salon & omgosh they helped me cope with my new haircut. ( even tho i added extensions ) they tried their best not to leave it tOo short so they definitively did their best to fix what another person has damaged. my hair is long ( enough) , healthy & beautiful now. Theyve definitely won me over :) theyre so warm & welcoming & they love what they do ! I will definitely be coming back here soon :) THANK YOU ! :))
