My hair stylist Paulette is awesome! She helped me with my situation of a last minute need and came through for me. Shes more than a stylist, shes a comforting woman who encourages me to live my life. Ive seen her several times this year since the passing of my husband and she has inspired me in so many ways that I am grateful.

Great service by the staff. Angie and Paulette are very good at what they do. If you want to leave there looking your best this is the place to go. Friendly environment, clean and professional. I will continue to go here I love the service provided

Im glad the shop is no longer open in the South Shore location,she moved to a smaller shop. The place is overpriced, I gave this place 2 opportunities. I walked into this shop maybe 3yrs ago,I had literally 2inches of hair,I asked how much would it cost for a relaxer and a trim,I was told $120,i was shocked,I walked right out. I tried a second opportunity this year. I wanted my hair dyed blonde,I have natural hair and my hair had never been dyed. The stylist said it would take about 5 tries to lift my color and that would cost over $200 ,I was like,for what? Will it stay dyed for the next 6 months? My hair was 3inches long. I went to a different salon,where I was charged $70 and my color lifted in 1 application and it was beautiful. I doubt I spoke to the owner on both occasions but these stylists are Money hungry at best. It be your own people.

One if not the coolest salons in Chicago, IL. A super clean and stylish area makes every experience a good one. For a cool mens haircut see Caprice and for a very solid womens cut color and style ask for Vania. A must go.

This salon is one of the best kept secrets in Chicagoland areas. The stylist are professional and make sure you feel and look like a billion dollars when you leave. Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and although Ive moved away Angie is the only stylist that has touched my hair. Every trip home means a trip to Angies Hair Salon Chicago.

Horrible! I went there as I had a groupon... I had paid $28 for groupon and when I went there they said I have long hair and they will charge me extra $10 ...what the heck!!! I just had short to medium length hair and I reiterated that to them so the hairstylist said shell charge me $5!I dont mind paying more money but I dont like people cheating/being dishonest!My hairstylist was cold and didnt even bother to converse for the whole one hour except a few words!!!The salon is very mediocre and they dont even have AC in this hot florida weather!!! They have all cheap hair styling products!Finally when my haircut was done, Wendy, my hairstylist scanned my groupon and I paid the remaining $5 by cash... I gave her $20 for which she gave me back only $10! How cheap!!!!!!!!!!If she didnt have the money, she could have asked someone else in the Parlour and given me back my $15....Cheap, money hungry hairstylist and groupon deal is just an eyewash!! They just want to attract customers through groupon and then charge the extra $10 by saying you have long hair!!!!Plus the haircut she did to me was awful!!!!!On the groupon they have the name as GW hair salon but the real name is Angies hair salon ... I had a tough time finding this place!!Please dont go to this Cheap Parlour!!!!

This salon experience was horrible .all they do is sit around and talk I refuse to go back there .Even the lady who came in to get her hair re done was disappointed because the lady didnt take the stiffness out her hair and her hair was long .Angies salon deserves to be closed down .Instead of there being a A on the wall it should be a F yall be careful or be ready to have ur head look a hotmess
