Met with me prior to surgery to clearly communicate everything that was going to happen, answered my questions, and most importantly made me feel comfortable when I was very nervous. I wish I could remember the name of the Dr. That assisted with my procedure. She was amazing, stayed in the room the whole time. What ment the most to me though, was as I was coming in and out, I realized she was holding my hand through it. It might sound silly, but that simple act made me feel so at ease. I knew I didnt have to worry, she had my back. Thank you!

Dr. Mon (sp?) was so nice and took time to explain each step of the process for my procedure. I was cold when I got into the room for the procedure so a nurse got a blanket. Dr. Mon noticed that it wasn’t covering my feet so she tucked them under the blanket. It was such a sweet gesture. Afterward she checked in with me and asked me several questions to ensure I was recovering properly from the anesthesia. I felt like she would have spent as much time with me as I wanted. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. My nurse even stood behind me while I made my next appointment to make sure I was stable! She was with me until she passed me over to my daughter. I am still impressed.

The team was very professional and caring! I had a procedure at the University of Chicago River East location (355 East Grand Ave.) and was initially a bit anxious about the experience. But the mobile anesthesiology team sent me at ease. I was very comfortable throughout the whole procedure and recovered well.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. They run a tight ship! I arrived at my appointed time of 10:00; by 10:15, I was brought back and was speaking to the nurse.The anesthesiologist & my gastroenterologist both came in to talk with me before the procedure, as did several nurses. I really had the feeling they were extremely well organized, professional and professional extremely pleasant.Very, very pleased!

The Medical team was very professional. During the process before the procedure started at different times at least three members of the team asked me questions. Going over important things that may interfere with the procedure. I felt safe, the team was confident and worked well together. The Anesthesiologist was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. I went home afterwards took a nap and was fine afterwards. I have had many procedures that involve anesthesia, this was one of the best experience in service and recovery. Thank you

Everyone was upbeat and professionally friendly from the nurses to the anesthesia doctor despite being very busy. They made me feel like their only priority. The anesthesia doctor was great - she assured me that she would monitor my progress while under anesthesia and she answered any questions I had and calmed any anxiety that I was feeling. I was given just the right amount of anesthesia so I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure yet I was not overly groggy nor did I experience any side effects afterwards.

I give one star for the following:THe procedure went well and they were very nice, so nothing against their personnel. But they are billing me for a 100% covered procedure. They refuse to adjust the code used (as they put in a secondary code). Even my insurer says it is 100% covered. So keep in mind you may get a separate bill from this group and they dont seem to want to adjust (even though they still get paid).

I recently had a procedure done in at my doctors office that required general anesthesia. My nerves were immediately calmed meeting the anesthesiologist RN and MD. The RN was funny, engaging and efficient. The MD was kind, explained throughly and easy to talk to. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Dupage Medical Group-Hassell Rd at Hoffman Estates the center is quiet and very clean.Dr. Brian Muska and his staff were very helpful, friendly and theyll give you a thorough explanation how the procedure goes.

I was a little worried about the word “Mobile” but then realized most anesthesiologists technically are. Was provided helpful reminder re prep. Asked how I was doing afterwards. The nurse and anesthesiologist were both great - professional and personable! No bruising or swelling from IV, which was amazing. Quickly drifted to sleep and easily woke up. The experience truly couldn’t have been any better!

I was so nervous, but the anesthesiologist put my nerves at ease. He was very calm and explained everything that was going to happen. I have had some bad past experiences with anesthesia. Honestly, this was my first experience that went well. I am so thankful!

The anesthesia services provided to me by the Mobile Anesthesia was wonderful. I apologize that I do not remember the gentlemans name but he was very professional and had a very peaceful and reassuring demeanor about him. He came in and introduced himself and told me about the anesthesia that would be used during my procedure and gave me a chance to ask any questions I might have regarding the anesthesia. After the procedure he came over to ask how I was feeling and the day after the procedure I got a text asking if I was nauseous and such. I was very pleased that while the procedure took place I was out/asleep but afterwards I was alert quite fast and able to stand and walk...my balance was fine and I felt clear of thought....not groggy at all. If I had anything to say that could improve is maybe they could verify insurance coverage for you prior to the procedure and simply text the patient that coverage has been verified at 100%, 80/20, or whatever it may be. THAT would allow the patient to feel much more comfortable with the process of having an outside anesthesia provider.

Much easier to have medical procedures completed under anesthesia. Very professional, courteous, and caring staff.

Everyone with whom I came in contact with at Mobile Anesthesiologists was wonderful!!! Beginning with Kirsten who I spoke to on the phone the Friday before my procedure-she was very helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. Cassandra and Adrienne were the two nurses who helped me on the day of my procedure and they were both fantastic! They were both very warm and friendly and extremely efficient. They helped to make an unpleasant experience much more tolerable! They both took extra time to help me and listened to me before and after my procedure. They were both very caring! The doctor herself was also very reassuring. She detailed the medicines she would be using and explained the entire process which helped to put my mind at ease. The entire staff was fantastic!

I usually dont share but I had to shareI had two procedure done on April 19th 2021 it was an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy and I was so nervous.My appointment was at 8 o clock in the morning on Monday.I was so nervous and when I walked in I was greeted by Becky and she was going to be my nurse.. she made me feel so calm something about her..shes amazing from the time I walked in to the time I left .. And not only was she amazing to me she was amazing to everybody that walked into the office .I was listening to how she was greeting the other patients amazing she was the same to all of us..Her kindness and caring character is one of a kind...Totally the whole staff was amazing I wish I would had remembered all their names..I definitely recommend this place to anyone super super amazing people working there🥰🙏♥️😇

I was nervous about my procedure, but the Mobile team made me feel at ease. They were kind, friendly, professional, and throughly explained everything very clearly. They did what they needed to do with confidence while making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

My experience during a colonoscopy was assuring, insightful and trusting. Deep sedation disclosed a potential medical issue that needs to evaluated and a diagnosis for treatment to be prescribed. With managing my sedation, i couldnt have prayed for a better caregiver. Thanks foe bei g a part of the medical team.

I was in for a colonoscopy screening and had never had anesthesia. I was nervous, and my blood pressure was really sky high-dont know if it was the rigors of the prep& being up all night. The anesthesiologist really explained the procedure well and kept light conversation to calm me. I can say I did not feel anything, or wake up-until I was in recovery. My at home recovery was just a long nap-and I was feeling no side effects! I am truly grateful for the awesome care I received! Thank You!

I was nervous about going into the office, and we I got greeted at the counter I knew this was going to be okay.The nurse Katie came to get me from the waiting room and again a warm welcome, as we walked to talked to me and I felt like the caring coming from her heart.I got to see Dr. Morgan when I meet him for the 1st time at him the office he explained to me the procedure and answered all my questions and didnt even rush me I knew he was a GREAT Dr.I meat the anesthesiologist and she was great she explained everything and assures me she will be right there she knew my medical history just like the Dr. and Nurse did when I tell you that made me feel AWESOME!I got Into the procedure room and I wasnt nervous they treated me so like I would treat myself that with love.I was wakened up by the same GREAT NURSE! asking how do I feel and I was like I feel really good.She let me sleep a little more and then I got to go home.I know I have told the story from beginning to end but I had to let the staff know they did an awesome job.People always write a long list of bad so Im writing a LONG LIST OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT MY VISIT!Thank you all so much I appreciate it!

I used mobile anesthesiologists for an in-office procedure. They were attentive, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I received messages in advance to confirm my instructions. Just prior to the procedure, the anesthesiologist personally explained the procedure and what to expect. The day afterwards I received messages to inquire about my well-being. The anesthesia itself worked quickly and afterwards the effects disappeared quickly. I was wide awake on the ride home and didnt even need a nap before my regular bedtime. Thank you!

Ive work with the same doctor and nurse twice now. Each time I had complications, due personal health conditions, and these doctors and nurses were on top of everything. Both times there were concerns about my breathing; they adjusted as needed and I came out fine both times. I was very impressed how they gave me a detailed explanation after I came to and how they provided great follow up the next day. They are very personable, very well educated, and extremely competent professionals. I want to work with them for EVERY procedure. Bless you all!

I followed directions and was ready for my procedure. It took me a long time to finish paperwork and they helped me complete the forms. I also took extra time to get undressed and put my gown on. The staff was checking on me to make sure I was ok. I was happy the staff helped me. I needed it. I am glad I went for the colonoscopy. I will get the final results of the procedure shortly. I recently had surgery and was very impressed by the Mobile Anesthesiologists of Chicago. They were comprehensive in what to expect, had excellent bedside manner and really made an effort to make me feel at ease.

They had to come to Grove Dental for my dental surgery as i was getting all of my decayed / infected teeth removed so i could get dentures & also get my health back. i was EXTREMELY scared & i was visibly very anxious, i won’t even lie i even shed some tears! but the mobile anesthesiologists made me feel so safe & they reassured me i was in good hands. Ms. Machke was my anesthesiologist and she told me she would take care of me like i was one of her own kids & right before putting me to sleep the last thing i remember is being asked where the best chocolate shake was from & one of the nurses and i both said portillo’s of course!! i was able to go into my procedure knowing i was in the best possible hands i could be in and with the right mindset i needed to get through this. i cant thank them enough for their kindness and for handling my health with such ease & reassurance. truly the best experience i’ve ever had before / during / after my procedure.

I was very scared to have a colonoscopy at the hospital due to covid so I asked for it to be done at the doctors office. I was still hesitant, but very happy I did. I was in the care of Mobile Anesthesiologists undergoing a colonoscopy. I can actually say that my experience with the team comforted me greatly going into the procedure. They were knowledgeable, patient, reassuring, and kind. From a medical perspective, The procedure was perfect.
