One of the best facial treatments I ever had. They have very professional and knowledgeable staff. The price is really reasonable and the amount of services and attention that you get is wonderful. Nobody in Chicago does, what this guys do!!! I did the Geisha facial treatment, which consists of 2 laser treatments and a light chemical peel and it really changed my skin!!! My skin looks much more even right now and has a beautiful glow. It puts me in a different mood when I look at myself in the mirror every day. It is a little painful but it is worth the pain and every penny. I actually came back for Botox injections a few weeks later.I also had a bikini laser hair removal. I must admit I was scared after reading the reviews that it will be very painful. But it was not!!! And now when I am seeing the results I am super happy. I am going on vacation in a few weeks and I am very happy that I will be able to relax and not worry about my bikini line. If I would know that it so easy I would have done it a long time ago!

Bad office management, especially the girl with the tattoo on her breast. That should be covered with a scrub type of uniform. We made the app one month ago and also called twice to confirm they take our insurance. We took the day off, paid for street parking and now they do not have our app nor they take this insurance. What a waste, the office staff did not offer any options or would not accept the mistake. The woman with the tattoo said we did not call, later when dr was near by said she did not say that but that no app was made. Oh yeah, we just decide we were going to come in without an app or verification on our insurance. Dont bother, wish the dr got involved to see how his office staff manages his office.

Most unprofessional office Ive ever had the horror of knowing. You call repeatedly with no answer and some how their voicemail box is always full. If you need pain medication you better hope you have a pharmacist friend or know another doctor to help you because you will not be able to get in contact with this office when you need it. If by chance you do get a hold of the doctor for pain medication he simply calls in tramadol (which I cannot take! Not that he would have he sense to ask or have any real communication with me) The doctor gave me a sample of medicine without explaining a single thing about it. I asked if it was a narcotic, if I needed to worry about any interactions, if I needed to watch out for any symptoms and all he would tell me after repeatedly asking those questions was that it may give me an upset stomach. Still have no idea what that pill was. And if all that isnt enough YOU LEAVE EARLY FROM WORK AND COMMUTE OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET THERE and the sweet girls at the front desk will tell you that the doctor is not in and apologize that no one had the decency to call you to let you know before you made he trip in. Cannot understand how this office is in business.
