If I couldve given her 0 stars I wouldve. I worked for Ms Day for almost 2 yrs.....she is not a good person. I was there during the time when the state wasnt paying....we worked for months without pay, and when she did get it she tried to pay us half of what she owed us. I enjoyed working with the clients but not with her.....We had to cook for these people, and we didnt have our Food Handling License....pick them up and drop them off, doing more that what we were hired to do.....She is a HOT MESS.

ZERO STARSHarriet Day is very controlling and talks to you in a disrespectful mean way. She does not deal with banks for direct deposit payments for her employees. My cousin said when she worked for her in the past, it was difficult to find places that would cash her paychecks and on one occasion the check bounced. I dodged a bullet by not fully signing up with her company because her better than you attitude and the incompetent way she had me working before I completed the required training and fingerprinting. I only worked for her one day and didnt even go back for that one day payment. Work for her at your own risk!

I should have known something when they where to eager to hire me. Never train me was lieing to the clients family. And did not ever come out and so a proper assessment of the client and now doesnt want to pay me for my 3wks of work i quit called about my check was told i cant prove u work with out the paper work which i tryed to give her assistant on the 15th and she refuse to take them mind u i clock in and out from the clients home will be reportimg her

I lied about 5 Stars. Its acually 0 Stars. The owner harriet days is very rude, she hangs the phone up on you, she have no compassion, she dont know how to treat or talk to people. She have you work and dont want to Pay you. Please dont send your fsmily there cause i wouldnt trust her with my dog. She verbably abuses them. I just called the State on her.

The picture does not show the facility its actually located on 75th St.They are suppose to provide pickup/drop off but if you miss the owners call by even a minute she will ignore your calls back and will not pick up your loved one. One particular time when she did answer the phone (6mins later) she told me I was too late I told her I called right back 4mins later and it takes 10mins for them to arrive after she calls so how is it too late, she proceeded to yell at me and tell me shes not dealing with it today and hung up.Theyve thrown clothes away without permission weve been asked to bring depends after they already told us in the beginning they were always provided and to not worry about depends. When I asked why are they needing them now they explained that our loved one goes through too many. When our loved one is with us she never goes through as many as they claim she does.I would NOT recommend this facility for your loved one!Please excuse any grammar errors.
