I like how the administration rubber stamps there response to complaints and yet nothing changes this place is truly a place that dont care staff are there just to collect a check so sad that the patients are there and no one cares not happy about my friends treatment

I worked here as a PRSC for eleven months and absolutely loved my work and helping my residents everyday. I put in my two week notice due to family circumstance, but I hands down recommend this as a good and fulfilling job experience.

This place was a total joke. I went to drop a loved one off today due to not being able to walk and needing therapy on his leg, they had psychiatric patients trying to touch my child and the nurses were either under staffed or didnt care. Mind you I had to carry him into the place we waited 45 minutes on a nurse to come with a wheel chair. It was dirty I would never leave a loved one there. 3 people to one tiny confined room with no television no proper care in that place.

This place is absolutely horrible!!!. Please stay away!! Do NOT place your loved ones in this dump!!! The staff is insensitive to the patients. Loved ones can go days without being showered. Rooms are cleaned only when staff is reminded. The manager of this facility obviously does not care for the site, his/her salary should be based on the care for the patients and or how well kept this place is, then maybe more.attention would be placed on the building and care for the patients. Remodeling is needed in all floors,security of the facility needs to be taken a bit more serious. Nurses are rude to patients and half the time patients are ignored when they speak. I hope someone.doesnt reply to this message saying they apologize we had a bad experience because if they were sorry they would advocate for the patients and invest more into remodeling and caring for their patients!!!!

Worked here for 4 years and I absolutely loved the staff the only reason I had to quit was due to relocating. It was very hard to leave the staff that I considered family and of course the residents are dearly missed!

This is a horrible place, the patients are all walking around without supervision, their cloths are dirty and so are the rooms. The lower level dialysis room is in need of remodeling there are holes in the wall and its a filthy room to perform medical care inside of. I am getting my dad out of there as soon as possible!!

I dont know what these other customers are complaining about because I have had a loved one there for about 4 years and I have been very happy with the service and care my family receives. The managers are nice and friendly and very caring and I have seen where they have to deal with some very rude patients and family members at times..some people you can never satisfy..but the staff and the nurses, activities, therapy,etc, really nice people. The building is old but they certainly have done improvements over the last several years especially on the unit my family is on and sure a place gets dirty but so does your home and you clean it I can honestly say I have never walked in there and thought my gosh this place is filthy never, not once!!! I have become friendly with othger families there too and whenever any of us have a concern it is addressed quickly..these are hardworking people taking care of ourloved ones...Just so everyone who reads this knows the gentleman known as STAR MAN who posted a horrid review recently is actually a resident who had his privileges revoked because he brought in dangerous contraband into the facility endangering the lives of others I know this because I was visiting my family member and the nurses were quite upset that this gentleman seemed to be under the influence of some unknown substance and as he passed by me I had distinctly smelled ETOH. Do not believe everything he has posted..I would not have kept 2 of my family members now for so long if any of this were true

This is a resource only for the most desperate and only if you know your loved one will never get better.
