FRAUD WARNING!!I went in to request a copy of my medical records from a specific visit for work documentation. They had no record that I was even there. They billed my insurance $265 for an injection that was NEVER charted, and wrote the prescription from that visit in another doctors name! This is extremely illegal and I successfully disputed my medical claim with my insurance, and reported them for insurance fraud. Not to mention employees were removing their masks to cough and sneeze in the office... And no head doctor was available on site at the time of my visit, which is also illegal. Doctors AND management are required in an office during clinic times for both safety and legal reasons. This place clearly does not care to follow the rules and I certainly hope others investigate the medical bills they receive after visiting to ensure they arent scammed!

We visited the office to see someone for my daughters ankle. Upon arrival we weren’t even greeted nor asked the reason for our visit. I was immediately asked what kind of insurance do I have? (And I’m Federal employee with great insurance but that’s besides the point) No one should be made to feel like they are less valuable based on the type of insurance they have. Anyway, the classless , trashy uneducated receptionist, who seems to basically run the entire office put us in a room took “X-rays” of my daughters foot and left us in the room for almost 2 hours. The NP seemed like she was just a “shell” posing as someone who’s there to act as if they actually have medical staff in the office, when in fact she’s just waiting to get a text from the actual doctors to diagnose my daughter. Bedside manner was terrible. No one checked on us in the room while we waited. And keep in mind we were the only patients in the office the entire time there. They were NOT busy. The receptionist could be heard from my room just gabbing on her phone making a personal calls. And the NP was on social media . Absolutely the worst experience. We never saw a X-ray. Never received a diagnosis. Walked out and went somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money.

I took my kids here twice and good experience both times. They took us in right away. Thank you for the quick service and being so accommodating. Very pleased with the PA I saw today. Explained everything in detail. It’s also very clean and they have good hours!

Very pleased with the PA I saw today. She was working front desk and saw me as patient alone. I was quickly seen by her and she took good care of me. She was very extremely friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. I will be coming here for immediate care services from now on.

Great staff, brand new office, xray at site, lab work and they also complete STAT results for lab. You have to park inside close to the back entrance and can enter through there. You will now see the sign as it is up and previously was not. Short wait time, very friendly staff.

An empty urgent care!? Walked in during business hours earlier this week, the office was open but no one was around, totally empty and no sign or anything on the door or the phone machine about their whereabouts. No receptionist and we couldn’t wait around any longer.

I took my son here for suturing and they took us in right away. She was a very nice lady who took of my son and provided excellent care. Truly appreciative of the care I received at this urgent care!!!

The experience was great. I brought my 15 year old for physical and the PA was fantastic and had great bedside manners. We didn’t have to wait at all and overall great experience.

Great facility! this place is very clean and quiet. No wait time at all. I took my son because he had a fever and the young lady whose a PA there took him in quickly. She made my son feel very comfortable and welcoming. Also very laid back and informative. Overall, very impressed.

This is a wonderful place for care. It is by far the nicest and cleanest urgent care I have been to. Best thing about this place how quickly I was seen and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My experience with the lady doctor was fantastic. She was kind, considerate and answered all of my questions. I definitely be going here from now on.

If you are looking for an urgent care center - this is the place ! Hands down- the best medical care facility that you can go to if you want to pay only fraction of the cost of emergency room and be taken care of on a whole another level than all Hospitals around in the neighborhood.I had an infection on my elbow for about 3 days and it was not getting better.....in fact it was probably the size of a golf ball at the time when i thought i need to see a doctor. I did a search on Google maps and found that facility which was very close by where i was at the time. I called and Jennifer answer the phone. She was so nice and courteous during our brief conversation and i was on my way. When i arrived there they were more than ready to take care of my problematic condition.The attending physician that night was Anum and Jennifer was assisting her. They put me on a room immediately and after checking my arm, Anum told me that i have an infection and she will have to make an incision to try to drain some fluid in order to relief the pressure. The procedure was so smooth and i hardly felt anything but relief. Also i was very impressed by the way they worked as a team, by how caring and knowledgeable they were. Those 2 ladies are SUPERSTARS and i strongly recommend Express Urgent Care for anyone who have any condition or need from the photos Im posting. Anum and Jennifer- thank you for treating me that night. I really appreciate what you did and the way you did it !!!

Fast, friendly, and professional. The PA who assisted me explained everything clearly and with great competence. I will let my family members know to go there whenever they need urgent care. I felt so much better when I walked out the door.

Came here after seeing great reviews online and was extremely disappointed when the front desk girl wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t wear her mask over her mouth or nose. She also is the PA who looked me over and wasn’t able to help me. Also now I’m gonna have to pay urgent care rate when I wasn’t even given anything to treat my problem.

I was experiencing back and neck pain. I get turned away by the doctor because she didn’t think my case was serious to treat due to the fact that I told her my pain was on and off for a month. I was taking over the counter medicines for ease but my pain didn’t COMPLETELY go away. Decided to get myself looked at but I couldn’t get in to my primary doc right away so I thought I’d check this place out because it has so many good reviews and an emergency room wasn’t serious for my issue! She was VERY rude to me. She didn’t think I needed an X-ray which is fine but she didn’t even wanna examine me at least. “You’re 20 years old” “You drove here” “you’re walking around” “What do you think you can get out of an X-ray”?? “You waited a month!”. She made me feel very uncomfortable so I walked out. I went to another urgent care right after and explained to them the same exact issues that I had explained to the doc that turned me down, and they helped me with no problem, examined me and found a solution to my problem and I was very thankful. I forgot the name of the doc that turned me down but she was a skinny Chinese lady with real short dark hair. I believe if I would have seen a different doc, then maybe my experience would have been better because everyone under these reviews are reviewing the other docs with 5 stars. I think I just ended up getting the bad apple out of the bunch.

This facility is the best! Short wait time, Very friendly and welcoming staff! Super clean and provides outstanding service. You have to park all the way in the back of the parking lot and buzz the urgent care button. Definitely a 5 star urgent care. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very caring and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Express Urgent care yesterday. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. They were quick and efficient yet caring and thorough in their examination and proficiency. Anum, the Physician Assistant on duty, did a tremendous job was concerned, nurturing and caring. The support staff was efficient and friendly. I give them my unconditional recommendation. Five stars and two thumbs up !!!

Literally the fastest urgent care Ive ever been to! My visit here saved me so much time and money. I was able to avoid the high ER Copay and was promptly admitted. The staff is so friendly and compassionate towards providing the best care. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend!!!

I took my mom here because she was experiencing pain in her shoulder and Anum was AWESOME! This young lady was so patient with my mom and took her time to explain everything to my mom. She has great bedside manners and there should be more folks in the field like her. Plus there was no wait time at all and it was a great experience.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is an absolute mess. Considering this is a medical facility, there are zero precautions put in place for Covid-19. No social distancing markings, no temperature readings, no masks, no symptom questions.Not sure what kind of training this place has but the physicians assistant walked into the small exam room my mother was waiting in and closed the door behind herself with no mask on. When asked to wear one she repeatedly told my mother that “covid season is over” whatever that is supposed to mean. Also she got aggressive and extremely unprofessional when my mother decided to take her business elsewhere due to her feeling unsafe. I expect better from medical professionals during a health pandemic.

The only urgent I would go to! Staff was very welcoming and professional. There was no wait time! They check you right in and get you in and out. The PA-C I saw today was very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommended.

I went there on October 24th and I still haven’t got 1 blood test results back, today which is November 12. I keep calling and leaving messages and nobody is returning my call. Terrible service, would never go there again

I took my son there for abdominal pain and the young lady doctor that saw him awesome. She took her time explaining everything and is very informative. We didn’t have a wait time time at all and it was overall a great experience.

Took my 98 year old mom to this facility because it was closest to her home. We could not have had a better experience. The facility was clean and easily accessible. The staff was incredibly kind and considerate of her age and fragility. Extremely professional and thourough. I felt very confident in the doctor who took the time to ask questions and listen closely to my mom. The doctor promptly called once she recieved the radiologists report and patiently answered my questions, as well. I was told I could pick up the x-rays and report the next day, where I met yet another wonderful staff member that that was helpful and so friendly! So great to have such support in an unpleasant situation.

Absolute best urgent care!!!! Very clean and beautiful on the inside. Dr. Anum makes you feel as if your her only patient by addressing your concerns and answering questions. She gives you direct eye contact. Her staff, the nurse and Lavorro very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making the visit enjoyable and will be making this as my primary care.

Jason (RN) and Anum (PA) were very kind and helpful. I got into a car accident and came in for an evaluation, and they were so friendly and did a thorough examination. Express Urgent Care made a trip to the doctor surprisingly painless! I absolutely recommend that patients visit this location.

I was extremely impressed with the care Anum our PA-C and Jennifer our nurse provided, very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. My husband was accessed and treated in a timely fashion. I didn’t know an urgent care center could be a five star experience until this evening. They were fast, supportive, informative, and showed caring attention to detail while I was there. Lavarro’s skills and concern were superb in every aspect and I cannot say enough good things about him! Yesha was an excellent Nurse Practitioner and between the two of them my visit was incredibly high quality. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need!

Took our son here this morning. This place is a hidden gem! Fast service, no wait, friendly, caring staff and only a doctor office copay. Cleanest facility I have ever been in. If you have a choice between here and the walk-in for kids also off of SW Highway, I would choose here a 100 times over. If you are looking for urgent care now, this is the place to go before word gets out that it exists.

After searching unsuccessfully for an urgent care center that accepts my health insurance, I finally called Express Urgent Care. They accept a variety of health plans including my familys HMO. I am so grateful to have found this gem of an urgent care center! I took in my five year-old for a sick visit late at night. Anum the P.A and Jennifer the RN were so pleasant and professional. We were in and out in within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this facility. Unfortunately, I didnt know about Express Urgent Care two weeks ago when I took my other son to a nearby urgent care and had to pay $200+ out of pocket for his visit. Call Express Urgent Care before going anywhere else. Their entrance is located in the back of the building so it cant be seen from Southwest Highway. They provide quality care you can trust.

I went into this establishment not knowing how long I was going to wait or if they would except my insurance I was in and out in less than an hour! Very clean professional and nice kind doctors nurses and front desk. Attentive and concerned honestly unlike any other doctor offices or emergency rooms I’ve been to! Nurse Lavarro was so nice he even stood at the door and waited till I got in my car because it was dark and late I Highly recommend you go here if you are looking for an immediate care that treats you like your the only patient ever walked in. I felt better before even taking my meds. I am glad I found them.

The most fast and efficient medical care I have received. I’ve been there twice and each time it’s been no more than a 20-30 minute visit. It’s the same copay as a regular doctor visit.

I had to go there after a small incident with my leg. I didnt even know this place existed! I went in and meet lovely staff. So warm and welcoming. The PA Anum is great! Loved how easy and time saving this was!

The staff was friendly and kind. The PA, Anum ordered an x-ray ; which was taken at the urgent care and Anum called me that evening to provide the results of my x-ray. The other two staff members were thoughtful by asking me how I was feeling and wishing me well as I left the facility. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I am so glad this facility showed up on my search for urgent care with my insurance. I took my son a few weeks ago because he had an ear ache and Anum was SO thorough. My blood pressure was running high and I was concerned. my doctors office was closed on Friday at 5:30pm.the thought of going to an emergency room for hours and a high deductible and cost for my insurance had me In a difficult spot.thankfully I found about urgent Express care online. I was seen quickly. the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly at assessed me quickly with an ekg. urgent care helped me to put my mind at ease whether or not to to hospital.urgent care assessed my status, on whether or not to go hospital. gave me information on what symptoms to be aware of to seek a hospital.instead of still sitting in an emergency room, I am home and know im ok. also I have piece of mind that I didnt unnecessarily spend thousands of dollars with insurance.I highly recommend

Our visit there was quick, thorough, and I was 100% pleased. Also, they are tier 1 BCBS so it is an office visit copay! We saw Anum and she was fantastic! They have x-ray and lab onsite! I hate Concentra, so wanted to give you all a great resource!
