Everything was great from start to finish! The tech was great and Dr. Moore was amazing. She took the time to listen which is extremely important and answered all my questions and went over everything thoroughly. Even better was that I was able to pick up my new prescription glasses in less than an hour. Dr. Moore comes highly recommended by me.

My eye exam went well starting with checking in. The staffers were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable about their jobs. The doctor explained my eye exam to me, he was friendly and answered all questions.

Had a pleasant experience. It was fast. Didn’t have to wait long like other times ( before Covid). Dr. Kling is a pleasure. He explains, has patience, and answers questions. He will be my go to doctor from now on.They also clean all the display eyewear often. They disinfected the touched eyewear several times while I was there.Loved the fact that they also didn’t pressure you to buying their eyewear, even though it is probably just easier buying it from there.

The exam was great, but getting the glasses that I ordered was a joke, I ordered 4 pairs, out of the 4, I only received 2 and cancelled the other two, because all the misinformation I was given about the delivery time.It is a very safe to say, I will never, I mean never, return to a LensCrafters for anything.

This place is constantly messing up. The staff is nice, but for the last three years in a row I have not gone without some type of mistake happing with my order. Last year, somewhere between the maker and the store, my glasses got lost and I had to call and ask after two weeks to find this out, then the replacement pair had a defective lenses, so after 6 weeks I finally had my glasses. This year I ordered three pairs. Two were great, but the third pair was nowhere near the glasses I ordered. Same brand, but wrong shape and color. I am not sure how mistakes like this happen. It was corrected and the right glasses we ready quickly, but this is still very upsetting. Once? Fine. But this place continues to fail over and over. Again, nice staff. But ridiculous mistakes.

Always a pleasant experience visiting this location. Dr. Tabernachi saw me right away and handled me with care.

I went in for the exam and the Dr. didn’t even ask me what row of letters I could see. He didn’t even ask me to read out the letters. All he would ask was “can you see the letters” I would respond yes but never did he ask what row I could see. Also I mentioned multiple times to him that I see super blurry from my left eye when I close my right eye. He goes on telling me that’s normal. I go to checkout and tell them I never got fit for my contacts. They then tell me the Dr. was on lunch so they send me with a woman dr. She does the fitting and gives me the contacts based on the prescription that previous dr gave me. We go to the exam room where she tells me to read out the letters with the contacts in. Then I tell her I still can’t see from my left when I close my right. She seems confused because I should have 20/20 vision with the contacts. She tells me to wait for the dr that did my prior exam. He finally comes and gives me attitude. He asked me a question and I answered him but I think he didn’t hear me. He looks at me and tells me “when I ask a question, you answer it” I say “I did answer it. You just didn’t hear me. Then he laughs in a very sarcastic manner. Worst experience ever. I left there feeling like I didn’t even get the correct prescription.

Everyone was absolutely great, especially our doctor. Very easy to talk to.

I do think the number of people allowed inside Lens Crafters should be limited and monitored and walk-ins should not be allowed at this time. I was in the store over 10 minutes then my temperature was taken. Someone should be stationed at the door to monitor and take temperatures. The individuals working were professional and sanitized all spaces.

This was my first time at Lens Crafters because I was originally a Sears Optical customer. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming during my visit. Mohammed was very thorough and efficient with the final check out and order details. Thanks to all!

My husband and I went to get our first eye exam. It really helped that we filled out our new patient forms beforehand; we were taken almost immediately. My exams went well, the woman who took care of me was very knowledgeable and explained my insurance benefits and what my eyes looked like before I even met Dr. Kling. I was able to take my time and look around.When it came to my husbands exam, however, I was very disappointed that the insurance information wasnt explained to him in as much detail. He was not offered the exams and same services as I was. I know I overreacted and was upset that he didnt receive as much help as myself, but we were mostly there for him since he really needed the eye exam more. The person who took care of him assumed he didnt have the same insurance as myself ( even though I wrote it down) and wanted to charge him extra for the exam. I had hoped this experience wouldnt be as stressful as others had warned me, not with this location, but with the process in general. Overall, we had a good experience and everything was corrected. I am very excited to get my first pair of glasses.

Great Place. Had to come back the day after getting test done because of contact discomfort and double vision. The doctor re-examined my eyes then put the contact in my eye himself after doing some more test. WOW!!! IKR,lol. I wish they had a larger selection for men as far as frames but everything else was perfect.

The optician and ophthalmologist were great. I had a very nice experience.

Although this was a long distance from my home, I was happy to track Dr. Kling and be able to have my appt with him. It has been (2) years since my last appt, but it was like we picked up from where we were before. He welcomed us and we spoke.The office was rather busier then what I expected, but I the team work and communication that I saw was phenomenal, no one showed signs of being stressed or overwhelmed, everyone knew their role and made the process flow very nicely for everyone that was either waiting, looking for glasses or getting fitted.I was lucky enough to have Laura assist me from beginning to end and she was very courteous, informative and just listened to my needs in picking out my glasses, even taking pics with the tablet and sending them to my husband so he could provide his opinion - I appreciated that a lot! I witnessed an irate customer giving the examiner a hard time but the examiner was so calm, polite and positive that the situation was quickly resolved.
