My name is Joann got here at 115 pm for appointment at 130 all my paperwork was fill in advance the nurse called me at 2pm to take vital and ask why I am here it’s 244pm I haven’t seen no doctor I ask at 227 they say I am next this is ridiculous it’s 245pm I am still sitting in this room FREEZING STILL HAVE NOT SEEN ANYONE I HOPE TO GOD I NEVER EVER HAVE TO COME HERE AGAIN I NEED MY 25 dollars backedSo the doctor came in at 251pm very pleasant he examine me and now he is looking at my pet scan he seem very knowledgeable it’s just the wait I gave the doctor a 5 star but the waiting time 0Oh the staff is very pleasant and friendly

I highly recommend this office!! All workers are so kind and helpful. Very organized and clean. :)

They are the worst customer care they don’t answer the phone I took a sleep apnea test and it’s been 3 months haven’t received any equipment ..I called the Hyatt medical equipment place ,and they told me they never received the order and I am not in their system .my advice don’t go to this office

I was very happy to come to this this Pulmonary group. Very nice staff and Doctors. They are very clean and organized . I definitely recommend any one to come here

Doctors there are very professional and helpful.As most of physicians office, waiting time is the problem most of us are facing, as some patients take more then regular time to see and the new system for documentation.Staff are friendly but at the end of the day maybe they become overwhelmed.At the end you will be been take care of and will be satisfied 😌.

I came in as a new patient end of July. Started new rounds of meds. One of the meds gave me terrible side effects so I called the office. It rang and would send me to voicemail but the voicemail was full. I called for 2 days. Finally got a hold of reception and she said she would forward the message to the nurse. Never got a call. Called back a week later. Again, I was reassured I would get a call back that same day. Never did. Finally another week went by and they said Dr Nahhas was on vacation. I understand but a nurse should have followed up.On my second visit, Dr Nahhas stated Im allergic to my dog. I was visibly upset because I had my dog for 6 years (since he was a puppy) He then says I should get another dog and that there are some that are hypoallergenic. The insensitivity of his comment made me very upset.

Asked staff to fax my paperwork for my Fmla. After driving to the location twice and trying to get papers in before deadline I was assured it was faxed in. I called my medical group and of course it wasn’t. When I called the staff person that assured me it was faxed was very apologetic. After her call the doctors assistant or nurse practitioner Nelly or Holly called from her cell phone, left a voicemail and blamed me for the misplaced paperwork!!! I called her right back and of course she didn’t answer. I refuse to go back here. I’m also lodging a complaint with the medical board. Unbelievable how she made me so upset! Oh and Fmla was denied and lost pay for it. Thanks folks!

This was our first visit to this office. I was accompanying my mother for her first visit too. Dr. Sunboli was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The staff was incredible. No answering machines when you call this office. Upon leaving I was told that I would receive a call that very day for a procedure appointment to be scheduled and guess what? They did! I was very impressed.

Dr. Hamadeh was not helpful. Told me my breathing issues were anxiety when he couldnt be bothered looking for actual physical problem. Gender bias? See someine else if you can.

Dr Sunboli-excellent and compassionate.

Dr Judita Slusnys is amazing: i can always count on her to tell me the truth about my COPD. I feel her bedside manner is one of the best : finally found a doctor that truely cares

Dr. Sunbuli is one of the greatest doctors there is. He really cares about his patients. The staff are great and very helpful.

Absolutely no consideration for patients time. Moms appointment was at 11:30. Still waiting an hour later. Ive been in the medical insurance field for 25+ years. Maybe time to look at your scheduling procedures to avoid these long waits. So inconsiderate

I have been coming here for 3-4 years now and aside from a few long waits everything else has been great. Staff is very nice and the doctors are as well.

I dont like this place , one the front desk receptionist was ignoring me.and the dr was not very informative , not pleasant .very dry attitude .and the first visit cost me more than 500.dollars .ridiculous.
