Extremely over priced . My original nail shop no chip last 3 plus weeks, after coming here my no chip starts to chip within 3 days after getting my nails done. They will overcharge you purposely pay attention to the prices please . Do not recommend

Received a full set of coffin Acrylic nails .After two days a nail already had broken.I should have looked closer to the quality of service given. Poor shaping . Not even a week Nails already look like I need another fill.(Side note )They asked customers to withdraw from onsite ATM .Credit Card Machine Not working in salon.

I have been going to Classy Nails for a few years now and I love getting their Signature Pedicures. They are completely professional, make me feel comfortable, and they do great work. I trust them and have been having my spouse, who is diabetic, go and get pedicures, too. Hes also been impressed.

0 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely over priced. Paid $90 for a no chip pedi and eyebrow wax.1 week later my nails are literally chipping off! Not the polish...MY NAILS. I left a $10 tip and they eyebrow tech TOLD ME to tell the nail tech she had to spilt it with her. She then proceeds to call this woman all kinds of mfs in my ear while doing my eyebrows! My mother went once and questioned the price they charged her. Their answer was “well our rent in high.” Stay far away from this salon.

Ive been coming here on and off for years. Ive tried a few other places, but too often I have had other places make my nails too thin to where they are cracking and falling off after a week. Not this place! I can go a full two weeks before I need a fill in. I always just get Acrylic nails, so I have no comment on gel or no chip.If you have an issue with your nails, speak up! They will fix it while you are there! Im even left, went to other stores in the mall... noticed I jacked up the polish, went back and they fixed it no problem!

I like 1 nail tech...the owner. But they get too crowded and their clientele is ghetto now. No longer interested.

I would not recommend. This place is way over priced. The nail tech drilled the hell out of my cuticles. Two days later my no chip is chipping. I would give no stars if I could. So I went back in hoping they would make things better. I had 3 nails total that were chipped. I of course couldnt remember the number for the color. Instead of repainting all of my nails she said she would only redo the three for free. I would have to pay an additional $25 if I wanted all of them repainted. So I wasnt able to speak with a manager who was conveniently not there. So now I have to go to my interview tomorrow with three pink and 7 peach nails. Thanks No Classy nails!

DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. They overcharged me for a take off the little man first said 10 for a soak off and then he CHOSE to pop off my nails when I asked him why he didn’t soak my nails off he said it would take over an hour for them to come off, so then I asked How much he would charge for them to be popped off he said 20!!!!! I am furious my first time coming and DEFINITELY MY LAST! The man had an attitude and was SOOOOOO RUDE!!!!!!!!!

The dude had a horrible attitude when I got in the chair. My pedicure was fast and poorly done. So not come here! They are too expensive to be so rude

Literally the worst set of acrylics i’ve ever received; they fell off after less than a week and one literally snapped in half today. i will NEVER come back and would not recommend going here. also the “no chip” pedicure chipped the very next day.

They charge way to much for nails that don’t even come out nice. Definitely way to over priced! Will never go again. Also they told my friend “you complain to much do your own nails” and gave her the driller. Do recommend going.

Very reasonable cost for manicure and pedicure. Not much of a wait and a great experience.

They close at 9. I got there at 7:50. I waited 10 mins. Then a lady asked what was I getting I told her a full set w/No chip. The lady then says,” WE CLOSE, come back another day.” I then asked her about closing time. She didn’t reply and finished what she was doing.

I went to get my nails filled and it’s was 4:45pm and the mall that they r in closes @ 6 they had time do my nails. But they said they were closed I will not be returning

Love this nail salon... Its always so clean. Danny is my nail tech. Hes so nice and sweet, always does an amazing job on my nails & toes!❤❤ little pricey because of the Covid-19, didnt like that😏 but over all. Great place and service!

At first everything was fine until the guy I had started filling and drilling my nails. He was so rough that he was almost yanking my nails off and kept going over my finger with it to the point it split open and now my finger stings. It wasn’t even the design I had originally wanted and the shape for some of the nails is wrong and looks too different. And it’s way over priced. And they were just kinda rude. My nails weren’t even finished and they just got shaped before he asked me to pay upfront at that moment. Wouldn’t really recommend honestly

2nd time coming here. First time, a girl name Julie did my nails and was great - basic gel manicure with round acrylic tips. This time today (Nov 2020) had another girl with red-ish brown hair. Asked for a french mani with black instead of white and acrylic tips. She was quick to put the tips on and left my index finger tip hanging more than the others. She messed up my left middle nail with the acrylic seal and polish and could not fix it after 3x applying the seal so she left it alone. I now have a chunk of missing color and it is VERY noticeable. Then, proceed to mess up the french mani and had to request her to do more than one coat on each tip. Ended up having air bubbles in the nail polish and tips are missing black and have indents on the tips. I also have smeared black nail polish on my skin and on the nails. I had to pay 57$ for a job that looks like a beginner painted them. I will never go there again. If think about going here for connivence, dont.

Nails are bad quality, really expensive for what they do. I asked for the price and they wouldn’t give it to me till they finished and they told me it was $50. For REALLYY SMALLLL acrylic nails 🤦‍♀️. Never again

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in asked for a no-chip filling, at the end when i asked how much it was she said it was $40?? She said i said i wanted a Gel fill when i did not!!! Thats not even the worst part. She gave me a regular acrylic filling (not gel) and all the techs said no when I told them!! I confirmed with my regular nail tech & it was a regular fill!!! Learned my lesson but do not make my mistake!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTEDThis place has changed. They try to talk you into something that you dont want. One of the women in here tried, to talk me into coffin nails. I have never worn square,nails and never will. When I asked for rounded shape she tried to charge me 5.00 extra. I SIMPLY TOLD HER TO REMOVE THE TIPS!THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER GIRL WHO WORKS HERE HER HAIR DYED BLOND AND NASTY ATTITUDE TO BOOT. I have been going here for years. They get a string of young people doing the services. The turnover seems kind of high. When I find a good nail tech, I stick with her.

I wasn’t going to leave a review however after a week and a half two of my nails have fallen off I will never go into this salon again as a matter of fact I might be done going into these shops wasting my money. I really need to learn how to do my own nails so I’m going to watch a YouTube video on how to apply acrylic nails because I am sick and tired of wasting my money in these “people”nail shops!

I have only been here one time and that was enough for me. I told them what I wanted and it was as if I hadnt said anything. I asked for coffin nails medium length and they gave me squared short nails. I told them thats not what I wanted, and again I was ignored. Paid $55 for something I didnt want. Disappointed.

The lady who I think is the owner is really good. I come about every two weeks and Ive had everyone that works here. She does everything that is meant to cone with a pedicure and is repetitive. I love it. Now if everyone could all be trained the same. ☺

Very rude. The manager has no respect when she talks to customers. They painted my toes and ran out of polish so they acted like it was my fault. I could not get a matching color on my nails and toes. Not happy with this place or there customer service!

Vernice is the best. She does my lashes and I get compliments all the time. I also get mani/pedis there and they are amazing. I used to try different places but wasnt happy. Finally found them and Ive been going here ever since wont go anywhere else. Very fair prices and top quality

I have frequented this shop many times over the years and always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating to my disability. There may be a wait especially on the weekends but thats to be expected when theyre busy

Ive been visiting this place for over two years now, I have gotten multiple services; Wax, manis, pedis, gel fullest etc... The best nail tech in there and wax person is NATASHA, she provides great customer service and goes out of her way to please customers. I would not trade her for any other nail tech. If you decide to stop by as for her (Natasha), you wont regret it, I seriously love her way of treating her customers, to the point that she will give you a water bottle while she is helping you out! I am glad Classy Nails has someone like Natasha, I have been to several places and none provide with excellent customer service like Natasha does!

What a joke... called in the am and made appts for 615 that evening we were there a bit early...they sat us down like we were about to be serviced yet we waited for 45 mins, my friends pedi water was ice cold we asked when someone would be helping us... they just kept talking to each other like it was someone else to blame... there was a customer in there shouting that she had been there over two hours and how they’d screwed up her nails and they weren’t dry... they took a walk in and started doing her fill in... I asked what was the point of me scheduling appts it they didn’t have slots Ava for us... I got no response so we just left and went to nail tek which took as as walk ins and started right away even stayed past closing for us and they did a great job... mad we wasted so much time at classy nails but feel like we dodged a bullet by not getting anything done that we would most likely be unhappy with anyways!! Do yourself a favor and skip over this place!

My friend and I received a pedicure- I wish I didnt have to even select a star because the finishing results was horrible. My toe nail polish literally came off the next day. I also received a manicure, that was another horrible service. I had to keep telling Trish - the lady who did my toes and nails polish the entire nail but she wanted to have my nails && toes look like I needed a fill-in. My cuticles are already bad but when I left after the manicure- my cuticles really started peeling uncontrollably. I do not normally write reviews but I think everyone should know about the quality of their work. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Went today for a no chip and just hours later my nails chipped. The guy put two thin coats of polish on so my nails are flimsy and weak. I do no chip for the sturdiness since my nails break easily. I honestly will never go back to this place! What a waste of money!!

Had a regular manicure. My nails look ok. I would have had the same outcome if Id have done them myself. The staff is not friendly. They seem annoyed they are being paid to work.

I brought my 14 year old 3 weeks ago and she got an infection on all her fingers specially on 1 that she had pus coming out of and all her fingers were swollen and tender to the touch .You’d think they would do a good job after being charged $50.00 and she got an infection.
