Great service and care. I was impressed with the amount of staff working on a Sunday afternoon. They were timely and professional. The doctor was lovely and took her time answering my questions. If I need urgent care again, I will definitely be coming back to this facility.

Went with my son because he had a high fever and cough. They could not have been kinder or more thorough. The chest X-ray showed pneumonia and when his fever kept going up (105) they were so attentive and did not let us leave until it had broken. Every single person we encountered was kind, compassionate, thoughtful and attentive.

Taken my children here a few times for swollen tonsils, ear aches, ect.... Extremely fast service. Friendly staff. I only go if their primary doctors office is closed. It gives me a piece of mind to know I dont have to go to the ER and make unnecessary bills.

Need to update, I was prescribed a dangerous anti biotic. I went to my Dr the next day. I was examined by the nurse practioner who told me there was fluid in my ear canal, and she prescribed special ear drops, and said as I thought no inflammation in my other ear. I am glad I went to my Dr. I will not go back to this urgent care, I do Not recommend them

I found the experience to be that of total professionalism and care. This facility is an asset in patient care as well as to the community in general.

I took my daughter there for a fever that lingered 3 days. I knew she would need antibiotics because the Tylenol and Ibu alternatives were not working. I arrived the same time as the doctor who I walker in behind(didnt know this at the time). There were 2 other patients in the waiting room. There was only 1 patient service rep/registrar checking people in who moved and typed slower than a snail. I wasnt supposed to give Ibu after being non-effective for 2 days but my baby was Sooo hot I had to. It was over an hour before the doctor saw us, again only 2 other patients were in waiting room, there were 5 plus more staff all sitting around from behind the desk watching the waiting room tv. Im thinking to myself why arent any of them helping check patients in. When we were called back the doctor said because my baby had no documented fever when vitals were taken she cannot prescribe anything. She checked my daughter ears for infection, stated they both looked good, then said the nurse would be in to flush them. Wait a minute, they both look good yet u want to put in an extra charge to flush them. Becausecause of the long wait my daughters temp went away and u wont prescribe antibiotics!! Extremely disappointed. There are signs in the waiting room that state alert staff if fever, etc. Registration was alerted upon registration but still over an hour. Signs in the waiting room state where masks if youre coughing, my daughter 3 years old sitting their coughing but theres no child masks available. I asked registration and all she said was, Ive been telling them to get Kids masks for some time now. Are you kidding me! this is an express care you have no masks for kids just adults which makes me wonder do you even have an AED kit which include adult and kid supplies if ever needed? Its advertised to alert staff if fever, etc, yet the wait is over an hour, the doctor wants to add in a charge for cleaning ears she already stated looks good, and never treated the problem at hand. My only fault was giving medicine before the visit not knowing it would be over an hour to be seen thus preventing antibiotics from being prescribed. Total waist of time and money!

Ridiculously long wait times. Doctor eventually came in, saw me, left out to check labs and she never even came back. Three hours in immediate care.
