Lindsey has completely changed the way I think about nutrition and my eating habits for the better. Going into this I did not know what to expect but I just knew I wanted to come out better than I was before. So far this has definitely been the case and I continuously make forward progress toward my goals with the expertise and support Lindsey offers. Not only that, but she is so easy to talk to! As an introvert I was definitely nervous to talk about something so personal with a stranger but this worry quickly faded after the first meeting with Lindsey left me smiling ear to ear.

Lindsey did an amazing job helping our athletic son structure and manage his food. He has health issues and has a limited diet. She helped him learn how food can help his body. Hes gaining weight and doing well. I highly recommend her!!
