So I have to give my daughters visit today 5 stars. Molly was absolutely amazing! I seriously can not thank her enough for how fast she was when she heard my daughters breathing! She explained so much and actually showed she cared and enjoyed her job! I highly recommend express and molly and her nurses! Thank you molly for all you did today!

I normally have the best experience at this facility, have been there several times between my entire family. Today, however, I was extremely disappointed with the care I received from the P.A. I saw. She had the worst bedside manner and spent less than 5 minutes evaluating me. I was rushed out of the clinic with no answers or even recommendations on how to find some relief from my symptoms. It was very apparent she did not want to be there or help. I will second guess returning to this facility now that I know there’s a chance I’d have to see her again.

Terrible place and customer service. Went there to update my cdl physical. Everything went fine. I dont have insurance so I am self pay. Paid my bill and now I am getting bills in the mail threatening further action even though I have my receipt and bank statement. Called and talked to the front desk lady and she just said I can not help you and it is not her problem and hangs up on me. My parents have been going there for years and will no longer support this place that do no have there stuff together.

Dr. Molly Means was the best, she gave me the care that I needed, although I had to go to the hospital for what I found out to help me. she did everything and more! I didn’t have to wait in the ER and Cheyenne medical center was able to tend to me throughout my time there with her directions for me. She had me checked in ready to go be seen and made sure she was alerted of the findings of my diagnosis to help go further if need be. I will always recommend her and if I could, she would be my primary care doctor and the staff at urgent was friendly, nice, the wait was not long and they took care of me. I am forever thankful!!!!

I have been there numerous times and they are all very efficient and organized. Wait times are minimal and the providers listen to your concerns. Molly is awesome and we highly recommend her.

I drive from the east side of Cheyenne just to go to this clinic. They have always been friendly and really care about me as a patient. I never feel like they are rushed and trying to push me out the door. They have provided fantastic care the numerous times I have gone in. Best clinic in town.

Best express care facility in town! Ive visited their office for a multitude of reasons and have always been greeted and cared for by a professional and friendly staff. Facility is clean and well-maintained and I simply cannot recommend them enough!

Traveling through Cheyenne and needing a COVID antibody test. Received personalized quick service, and almost instant results. Truly felt as though I was treated by family.

We took our child in for a COVID-19 test. We had to wait over an hour to get in a room then had to wait more time to be seen. I asked the front desk lady why they are not administering tests from peoples vehicles and she didn’t know why. She tried to blame my insurance but then said they are under staffed. So their response doesn’t make sense as they could have taken vitals, performed the test and sent us on our way in as little as five-ten minutes. We found out why we were waiting is because of other people’s appointments. Is this Express Urgent care or a doctors office? The wait you put us through doesn’t make sense logically and goes against the name of your company. If your company doesn’t change for the better it should be called “Make an Appointment Eventually you’ll be seen.”

Not impressed with any phase of my visit. I would recommend you go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Dont go if you have stomach pain they send you to there ER any jus more money you have to pay and they Dont tell you when you call they say ya they treat you

Went in for a TB test only to sit here for over an hour and watch numerous walk ins be called back before me! if I’d have known it would be like this I would have gone somewhere else!

I have been 3 times. For a urgent care wight time was short. The front desk is very helpful. And the doctor are amazing. Most urgent care you fill like your just a nother number coming through. Not this one though. The doctor even remember me from the first time I was in. And Im sure she see many people daily. She was very plesent, helpful and personable. I also really like that they have these lovely pre printed papers they can easily mark for the over the counter things you need so you dont forget. Highly recommend this place. Hope they open one closer to sun valley though.

I went for a COVID test, I did the state test. I was informed three times I would have my results the next day if I got my test done before 1. I went it on Wednesday between 12-12:30, got the test done, and was HOME by 1pm. It is now Sunday and I still don’t have my results. I understand my results did go out on Wednesday and that the delay is on the lad. I am upset because I was not informed the lab was having such a huge delay. If they had called me on Thursday informing me of the delay I would have attempted to get retested as I needed my results back by today. The staff was friendly but from a lab stand point, do not go here.

Our kids got sick over the weekend, we called to our primary dr and could not get them in, they suggested to come here so we came in and got us checked in waited a few min before being called back too the room, Dr. Molly came in she was very nice and treated the kids very well and treated us with respect and covered all the bases to figure out what is going on with our kids. We will be coming back to this Urgent Care.

Very expensive and felt like value was not there. Long wait times as well, which I dont mind waiting but staff made me feel like I was a problem.

I live on the opposite side of town and I will always come to Express Urgent Care. I’ve tried other urgent care clinics in town and wasn’t as impressed. I love that Express has a short wait time, especially when bringing my kids. Highly recommend!

I went in for treatment for sickness. All they did was test me for 3 things. I waited 3 days for the results, which would have been fine had I not had to call to get them. The lady on the phone explained that they don’t usually call with negative results. Since I was still suffering from the same symptoms, I asked where I go from there/how I should treat my condition. She was very rude and said she couldn’t tell me that, just that the test results were negative. I asked if there was a doctor or nurse I could talk to for advice. She said there wasn’t and that I would have to come in and be seen again if I wanted more information. It was ridiculous! I went in for TREATMENT, not just TESTING!Still gave it 1 star because the 2 different nurses who swabbed for the 3 tests were nice enough and seemed experienced/knowledgeable in their tasks.

We just went in for Covid tests. Everyone was so kind and had great attitudes in the midst of this outbreak in Cheyenne! Our results came back quickly and when they called, they were kind and fun to talk to! We appreciate their service and humor in the midst of a pandemic. We will always go there for any medical needs!

I have gone to Express urgent care since shortly after they opened. Every person there is wonderful! They listen to their patients, normally shorter wait times! They are wonderful with kids!! Today I went in so afraid of tearing me fore Covid when I knew it was my asthma! They went above and beyond to help me breath better!! I will go there always!!! Trust them and go here!!!

I was seen for a horrific ear infection I was in and out with in 25 minutes and Dr. Steven Martin was so kind and helpful. The office staff was extremely thoughtful and kind .

Went in for covid testing and they had the most accurate machine in town. The service was also the best. I had no wait time and was done in less than an hour even with waiting for my results back.

Hours before I went in, I gave this place a call just to see if I can treat my specific issue there. To my great surprise, a doctor that worked at this urgent care center picked up instead of a receptionist and was very helpful and understanding when I told him about my problem, convincing me fairly speedily and professionally that I should come in as soon as I could.Well, I did! And things really couldnt have gone any better. Everything was *just* right. The place was clean with ample seating, the receptionist and nurses were quick and friendly, the very same doctor that took my call saw me within a very short amount of time and after confirming some suspicions they promptly treated me with some much needed medicine. The kind doctor then gave me advice, answered all of my questions and concerns, told me what I should and shouldnt expect going forward and wished me well. 10/10 thank you so much!

Went in with a sore throat and felt terrible but the service was amazing! The staff was so nice and considerate and I was taken care of extremely quickly especially considering the pandemic! I would absolutely go back!

I went there with my girlfriend to get a COVID test on Saturday. We traveled from Laramie to here because the results were supposed to be returned within 48 hours, and we had a trip planned 7 days later so we wanted to get results as soon as we could. Two other people from Laramie did the same thing and were tested about 30 minutes prior to my girlfriend and I getting tested. They got their results back within 48 hours and my girlfriend did within 72 hours. I, on the other hand, have yet to receive mine. I’m not sure if they were lost at the lab or their was a mishap in the exchange, but I have not gotten mine. I’ve called the place multiple times and they keep telling me they’ll speak with their lab rep, but that was two days ago so I’m assuming they’ve lost my results. Their voicemail is also full so it does no good to call and express concern when no body is going to answer. I’m not sure if the problem with my results is on their hands or the lab’s, but it’s super frustrating that no one has been honest with me or given me any information.

Ive been once and this was recently. The Dr who seen me was Jeffcoat... I think. She was not very nice. Her bed side manner is unpleasant, she talks so fast I didnt even hear her name. I was uncomfortable half of my visit. The Xray tech was Awesome and the other lady who splinted my foot was very nice too. I cant remember their names but they were very Similar sounding and started with an S. The wait was not long and Im thankful they were able to see me right away.

This is a very clean, nice facility. We love the online check in system so we dont have to wait for hours in the waiting room to be seen. The hours are helpful too because they are available when my kids primary doctors are not.

Always get solid service here!I’ve been bringing my family here for years now and have had consistently professional and friendly service for minor issues. Further, the staff has taken time to know us and develop relationships.Although I’m aware of some of the bad reviews on here, I also know the person who they dealt with has moved on (although she was a solid Dr.).Would recommend to anyone!

The fastest and most respectful team I’ve met by far.Took care of my kids and myself multiple times and I have never received an ill manner.The wait time is the shortest I’ve encountered in a very long time.They take their time with patients, Listen to the symptoms and and run tests to make sure they know what’s going on.If they can’t do something. They will let you know who you can go to that will.

The entire staff was awesome and friendly! The receptionist was so nice and welcoming that I knew it was the place I would visit anytime I was in need of urgent care! The doctors and MAs and the receptionist were very knowledgeable and polite! I will recommend to everyone I know!

Im impressed! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the nurse practitioner were great! They took the time to listen to me, provide treatment and I feel like I have a solid plan moving forward. The wait time was no problem and I will not hesitate to visit again the next time Im under the weather!

Friendly staff. Unfortunately they were so concerned with Covid testing (which came back negative) they missed that my son had pneumonia. His fever continued for a week, after negative Covid result took him somewhere else where they actually took time to properly examine him.

We have been to this urgent care several times for multiple reasons. They are always friendly and take great care of my whole family. When my 14 year old got a hard to treat case of pneumonia, Molly had us go back a couple of times until his lungs were clear. They are very thorough and really care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Great care. The entire staff was attentive to my needs, listened, and responded. I have seen both Robin and Molly. They have addressed several cares of the years for me, my husband, and our two smaller children, from colds to X-rays. We have been going to them for 5 years and will continue to. They are quick and able to squeeze us in during our busiest days.

When my back went out I went to this urgent Care and they took great care of me. The doctor that saw me, I think her name was Jefcoat was nice, friendly and straight to the point. She made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. The X-ray tech... In fact the whole staff was super nice and friendly. I will be coming back to this place any time I need medical help.

Amazing service. I’ve never had a problem here! Everyone is nice, fast and careful. Today I got stitches; the lady that stitched me up was very sweet and made sure I felt no pain.

Had to go get tested for covid before I could go back to work because I knew people around me were exposed. I asked them to bill me for a COVID 19 test which is a global pandemic, the provider said she refused to write me a doctors note until I paid the balance. She legit basically said you will get your note when I get $100. Which I’m not even sure is legal. Dr Fischer may be a good dr but not sure she actually cares a out people

I went to this urgent care last weekend when my son was under the weather. Very kind staff and great with kids. Molly the provider was patient and has a really good bedside manner. She reassured us that it was just a virus and needed to run its course. Shaina and Cody were the staff and they were great with the little kiddos!

I went to this location after I suffered from a large facial laceration. Molly Means was my provider on the case, and at first I thought she was a doctor because of the excellent care and attitude that she showed me. I was absolutely shocked when I found out that she was a physician assistant, and she sewed my face so well that I do not think that a plastic surgeon could do any better. This place is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who needs quick, great, medical care.

Dr. Molly Means is so great! Down to earth, yet still very personable. And she gave the type of care you would expect from your family doctor, not the standard in-and-out, follow up with someone if you don’t feel better lines. My wait was less than three minutes both times I’ve seen her.

I always make the drive across town to this urgent care because it is by far the best in town. Friendly staff and helpful providers. I drive 15 minutes when I could drive less than 5. One evening a provider gave me a follow up phone call after my appointment to provide additional ideas for my daughters care. Above and beyond!!

Loved the doctor that treated my son for an ear infection. Everything was clean, service was as fast as possible for a steady day. Front desk was very friendly, as well as the second nurse/assistant we saw. Only giving three stars because of the initial nurse who led us to our room. We had just driven an hour to get to the appointment. My son is 2 so he is a little nervous of the doctor, combine that with the drive and ear pain, he was crying and upset. She came out and got us to put us in a room, Im sure because of his crying, which I understand. But she was very rude, commenting about his age and him not calming down, yet making no attempt to address us kindly and ease his nerves, or even smile. She had me feeling very upset, so finally said there was no need to be rude about it all, I didnt see her again. The rest of our visit was great, but sadly that soured my impression. Working in an urgent care I am sure you come across quite a few kids that arent feeling well. Once we were treated kindly, he calmed right down and our visit was over quickly.

Updated December 1st 2019Excellent service and patient care. I took my son to the ER last night for various issues and after being there for several hours and being given an IV with meds we left. Woke up this morning to my son still being sick - went to Express Care instead of the ER; the MA asked the magic question - “Do you ears hurt” ... his answer to the question that the MA asked (which was never looked at or considered at the ER) completely changed the treatment plan! Love express care; highly recommend them.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff who always seem to care about the patient. I have never felt like just another patient there. They take the time to listen to a patient and get to the bottom of what the complaint is. They will also make sure you dont leave with any questions.

Had a hard time breathing the other day, came into clinic just beforeclosing and worried they wouldnt see me. They were very pleasant and didnt seem to mind it was late. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and treated immediately. Excellent care, would go back again.

This is my go to urgent care due to location and convenience to my pharmacy. I’ve had fairly decent care here over the years, until today. The nurse (I think she was a nurse?) who checked me in was friendly and compassionate. The PA (Jefcoat) who saw me was the complete OPPOSITE of compassionate. I base a lot on first impressions and this ‘provider’ failed miserably. When she walked into the room, she was looking down, didn’t even attempt to make eye contact with me as she mumbled her name and didn’t bother to shake my hand. She proceeded to talk to me as if I was an idiot born yesterday throughout the remainder of my visit. I wanted to leave the room and suffer through my illness just to avoid this ‘provider’. I will never understand how someone who is in the profession of providing care to patients can be so uncaring and rude with such a horrible bedside manner. Rest assured, I will be finding a new urgent care place to take my business to or I will be calling ahead to find out who the provider is.

NP was good, but when referred to the ER for probable Appendicitis and 45 minutes after released the receptionist still hasnt sent my paperwork for an emergency CT Scan.

This is the first time I have been to an urgent care clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by the care and service I received. I would return if needed.

They’ve stitched my hand and got me headed in the right direction with a broken foot. They’ve also dug glass out of my daughters heel, run a bunch of strep tests and done stitches for another kid.We’ve been here more than a dozen times and always gotten good, professional care. I don’t remember ever having to deal with a bad attitude.Although we have a “regular” doctor, we come here when we need help now.

Driving through town after visiting Yellowstone with a bad sore throat. Stopped at clinic. Was in and out quickly, staff was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the Cheyenne area!

If I could give you no stars I would. I came in with my 6 year old daughter, we have been going here since she was born mind you she wasnt in the system.ok filled the paperwork out just to see people walk in and go before us. We finally got back after 30 mins where we were left for over an hour then the doc comes in and lectures me about my parenting says what she is giving my daughter and walked out not even get better soon. So as I sit there not knowing what to do I hear the nurses in the hall saying why is she still in there so I cracked the door very irritated at this point and said what are we supposed to do? O you can leave. Wow never coming back. Learn how to treat people.

Absolutely the best urgent care in Cheyenne. Hardly any wait, everything was clean, the providers were attentive and paid attention to what their patients were saying. Wont go to any other urgent care again and highly recommend!

I was referred here and showed up 30 minutes before closing. Apologizing I said I could go else where and they insisted on helping me!! Still here 30 minutes After closing and they are caring for me. They are all extremely nice and well mannered. Definetly better than Health Reach, where I am never going again.Update: They treated me great and we didnt get out until an hour after they closed. Everyone is polite!

In town for Frontier Days from Illinois. Fell hiking and sprained my ankle. From the front desk to the person who did my x ray everyone was friendly, compassionate and comforting. You would not get this kind of customer service in Illinois!!! Thanks
