Apparently if you had a bill that was sentto collections, even if you ended up getting it paid in full, they will not ever schedule you with their office. I find this absolutely ridiculous! Everyone falls on hard times. Sometimes people cant pay a bill in a decent amount of time. Because of this they refuse to see an individual and this is the reasoning of my review score!
