I would give a 0, if possible. Unfortunately, I had given this place the benefit of the doubt. The salon has very poor lighting so its impossible to see the terrible dye job until after youve left. Convenient? A couple times I had to go back due to hot roots and inconsistent color, but apparently the problem is the brand of dye, or so they claim. Stephanie wasted my time and money on multiple occasions, but the last time was the last straw. She painfully ripped through my hair, left me with orange splotches and all over the wrong color (think burgundy instead of chocolate brown), and crooked bangs. Save your money, and go to CO, unless you want to spend even more money fixing it.

I love my stylist Barbara. Shes fantastic. I extremely fine hair and she cuts it beautifully every time. She really listen to what Im saying and works her magic!

I’ve been seeing Shannon at All That Jazz for several months now, and my hair has NEVER looked so good! She gave me a great cut that even styling-challenged me can make look good, and my color and highlights look amazing. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She’s also fun to talk with during my appointments, and she gets it when I have to get work done. I’m fortunate to have known some fabulous stylists in my time, but Shannon is the Queen in my book!

I just got my hair done here for the first time today. When I walked in I greeted and offered coffee or water from the receptionist, she was very friendly and professional. The building is bright, clean and welcoming. Barb was my stylist and she was wonderful. She is very upbeat and friendly. She was smiling through the whole process, I couldnt help but smile. I can see she loves what she does. She did exactly what I wanted. I have curly hair and she knew how to work with it. I couldnt be happier with my cut and style. My whole experience was awesome. If your looking to get hair extensions please don’t bother. I spent a lot of money for this, putting it into someone’s hands that said they could do it. They were put in wrong therefore I had to come back the next day to get fixed to have the same thing happen again the following day. I’m so upset about this! When applied to my hair wrong it was placed on my scalp which when taking them off because most of them had been falling out it tore skin off my scalp which is not where you should be putting tape in extensions to begin with. Would I recommend this place... absolutely not! Waste of time and I believe a place that will tell you one thing just to take someone’s money. Please call around for any service you need and make sure you put your money in someone’s hands that deserves it.

One of the best salons I have ever seen. And as a wedding photographer, I spend a stupid amount of time in salons! True story!

I went into the salon to get some more facial wash. An older lady was rude and loud. She told me I had acne scars and that it would take a long time to heal them. She also didn’t know anything about her products. She had to get another lady to help me. I was embarrassed and offended by the way she spoke to me.

My wife and daughter love going to All that Jazz. they always talk about how wonderful their experience was and how satisfied they were with the service and everything. The best part is that everyone there is very professional.

Place only has half the lights on so you can’t see the terrible job the stylists do. Salon is full of dust on all the plants. Water is freezing cold or burning hot when you get your hair washed. Way over priced for the lack of quality! Place is usually not busy, that should say something!
