My experience with Connect Hearing in Cheyenne has been nothing short of exemplary. From the moment I made my appointment I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. The exam was thorough and professional.All options were explained. No pressure.The hearing aid was explained and demonstrated at a level I understood completely.All my follow up appointments were scheduled at my convenience. Again I was treated exceptionally.I will/would recommend this Connect Hearing office and product to anyone without any reservation.

Very happy with the service I received from Connect Hearing in Cheyenne. Worth the drive! Joe and Stephanie did a great job. Very professional and yet they make you feel right at home. I was able to walk out the door with new hearing aids and the assurance that I could call them if I had any problems. I havent had to call but I have no doubt they would take care of any issues I might have. I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing problems!

I recently got new hearing aids from Connect Hearing here in Cheyenne, WY. Ive had hearing problems for most of my life and have five pairs before these new ones. While all of the others helped, these new hearing aides are the best I have ever used. They are wonderful and beyond anything I had imagined. My only problem is they take a little time and learning to become as simple to use as ones normal ears. They dont respond automatically to all situations. But, I have yet had a situation when I was unable to tweak them and then hear like I have seldom heard before. Since getting them, I have spent time talking with my wife, family and friends and can now honestly feel like a member of the hearing world. Thanks you Joe, Stephanie, and Phonak. What a real blessing you are all to me and those important to me. Seldom do they now have to hear me say what or huh.

I have been going to Connect Hearing Cheyenne for several years. Today I picked up a new pair of hearing aids and the folks here in Cheyenne do a wonderful job! As I was being treated two gentlemen came into the office and were taken care of as if they were family! I would recommend Connect Hearing here in Cheyenne to ANYONE who has a hearing problem.

We can’t say enough about how great Joe and Stephanie are to work with. Joe totally goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything from how the hearing aids work to working with your iPhone to get everything totally connected. Always takes the extra time to make you feel like you aren’t being rushed out of the office. This is the second pair of Phonak hearing aids for my husband. They are very durable, have a great warranty and the best part is that Joe listens to what his needs are and how he wants his hearing aids programmed! Thanks Joe and Stephanie!

I picked up my hearing aids on Tuesday and had my hearing test about a week before. I had a wonderful experience! I was very unsure about it. Since I was child I was told hearing aids would not help me. As I grew older I was told the same. I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease about 4 years and started to lose hearing in my right ear, my good one, the only one I could hear from. I was sent again for another hearing test. I was suggested hearing aids. Again was not sure but decided to give them a try. I was amazed!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I cried. I was so happy I decided to give it a try and not give up. Connective Hearing definitely changed my view on hope for people hearing difficulties. Thank you so much for everything! I would recommend them to everyone who is in need of hearing aids or a hearing test.

I did not work with Connect Hearing as a patient myself, but as an advocate for a disabled patient. I cannot say enough nice things about Connect Hearing and the kind, understanding, and tolerant way they worked with the patient in question. They were so gentle, careful, respectful, and sensitive to the needs of the patient. And their office is gorgeous and inviting. 10/10, cannot recommend high enough.

Connect Hearing in Cheyenne is fantastic. The staff is great and very helpful. I have to travel about an hour for appointments and they are very accommodating to my schedule. My hearing aids have been great and any time Ive had an issue with cleaning or batteries or a warranty issue, they have been wonderful to work with and the turnaround time is very fast.
