I think Pinnacle is the best dermatology in the area! All the staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable! My husband and I have been patients for about 3 years and have received excellent care. What a breath of fresh air! Lindsey Grady, the new dermatologist is great. She has a pleasant disposition and addresses all your concerns at your visit WITHOUT adding wait time for appointments. I highly recommend her for all ages and everyone looking for a intelligent and caring dermatologist.

They were easy to schedule an appt. We actually was lucky to get into them the same day as we called. They were very helpful with us! We will definitely be going back with other family members.

If you like to sit on a couch and watch the same 10 minute promotional video 5 times this is the place for you. If you wish to schedule an appointment and see someone I would go some place else. Do not believe their response below, two years of reviews contradict the promise of improvement and no one has contacted me.

Dr.Springer was amazing. She was kind, and thoroughly looked at the areas that I needed addressed. I did have an issue with scheduling. I was supposed to have a full body check, however it seems the call center was not scheduling them correctly. This was disappointing because I had to wait over a month and a half just for this appointment....to then be told the day before that I could not have a full check....They did however let me have 5 specific spots checked...which was good. I had to reschedule the full body for 4 months later (September) Hopefully that appointment is booked correctly. As far as the Dr. She is great....just need to fix the call center issues.

Always professional and I feel they care about me are very thorough.

Had an appointment today with the nurse practitioner to have a treatment done on my face for skin cancer She was literally the sweetest most caring person I have ever dealt with. I would totally recommend going to her. Unfortunately I did not remember her name.

An excellent visit overall. Did wait for half an hour to be called in but then they accommodated me quickly as I needed to leave within the hour. Doctor is efficient and comprehensive in her work and all friendly and caring.

Their customer service is horrible. The offices dont communicate with each other very well so I got mismatched information. Waited two months for my appointment, only to be canceled the day of because of an error on their part. My messages got ignored and even after speaking to someone and they said someone would get back to me within an hour, it still took over a week for a call back. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I was concerned about a mass on my skin. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly, no major wait time (maybe waited 10 min past my scheduled appointment time before I saw Dr. Springer) and no issues with her staff. I thought Dr. Springer was great and Id definitely recommend her clinic!

Brought my daughter here in the past and figured I could over look the lack of bedside manor from Dr. Springer, it was close to home. First visit, we were in and out, and my daughter had her issue resolved. The next couple visits took a while and we had to call a couple times from the pharmacy to get affordable prescriptions. The most recent, we sat in the waiting room for an hour, upon my complaint, we were placed in a exam room. After an hour and 49 minutes, the doctor comes in and examined my daughter for under 2 mintes. Prescriptions were sent to three places, found out two that were filled were the same thing and it cost me over $200.We will NEVER use this doctor again.

Doctor was great as was the service. If you go here expect a looong wait. I sat waiting in the outer office for more than an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time, then another 10 minutes in the inner office. Unacceptable!

Weve waited for a solid 2 hours before my son was seen by the doctor. The appointment was at 4:30 last Monday. There was no apology given when my son was finally seen at 6:30. This is the 2nd time that weve waited this long. If the doctor is this late, can someone from the doctors office call the patient as a courtesy. Doctors value their time, patients value their time as well. Of course we have the option to leave and re-schedule but if the wait is the same, so whats the point in re-scheduling.

The girls behind the desk are very friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing and the Dr. Is great. Will defiantly continue to go there!

Dr. Springer is the most unpleasant person i’ve ever met (I wish I was exaggerating). I absolutely love the staff there, but Dr. Springer is another breed. She never once listened to what I had to say about my medical conditions that would affect her protocol for me. She told me I was wrong about having the WRITTEN side effects of something she prescribed me. Do not recommend being under her care.

Very old school and a bit tribal. Dr Springer provided advice that was rhetorically outdated. She attempted to talk down to me but I did not take offense as it seemed rehearsed. If you are looking for advanced technical knowledge I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great Staff and Quality Care but like any other Dr. office, wait time is too long, that is my only con for my visit.

I feel Dr. Elizabeth Springer is the best! In 2001, she found the smallest mole on my leg and proceeded to tell me she felt I should have it removed along with 4 others at that time. Wouldnt you know the test results came back as melanoma. In my eyes, I would not be here without her expertise in finding this for me and helping me choose all the other doctors that I needed to get rid of this cancer. I have followed her from Michigan City, Indiana to Valparaiso, Indiana. I will continue to choose my insurance plans based on always knowing that she will be my Doctor. I worry about the day that she chooses to retire because I do not know who I would trust with my life. Her nurses are also the best. #1 Cheryl has been with her since Michigan City, Indiana and I am always so happy to see her when I come for my yearly checkups. Another Cheryl joined the staff 10 years ago and she has always done her best to make me comfortable. It is always a nervous time for me when I come for my follow-up visits but with all their help I leave smiling but anxious until I get my test results. I just saw all of them today, had a few removed, and now wait praying that I dont hear the C word again. Thank You all for taking such great care of me always.Deborah ZmichLa Porte, Indiana

Rude and very disrespectful staff. Awful customer service and extremely unwilling to work to find affordable options that insurance will cover.

Had an appointment, was 15 minutes early to the appointment. Waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. They clearly do not value my time. They did not send my prescriptions to my pharmacy as they stated they would. Had to call in and have them send in. This place is a joke.

My daughter and I saw Dr Springer and I was very pleased with her service she knows what she is doing shes quick but is great at what she does. We will continue to see Dr. Springer .Staff is friendly.

The only reason this office gets one star is because I cant leave less. The dark haired lady behind the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE! Appointment was cancelled within minutes of walking in because I REFUSE to be treated that way! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone because they would have to deal with the rude staff!

Wait times are atrocious for the minor issues I go in with. They call everyone in before me even though I was in there before they were, and expect me to be okay with wait times of sometimes up to 2 hours. Id say look elsewhere for the fact of unreliable wait times.
