My son wanted contacts and went in to get a appointment, the nurse there told my son to put on a mask very rudely and my son has asthma and can’t wear a mask. The nurse told him he had to put on a mask to stay in the office or he’d have to reschedule until there was no mask policy. She was rude and singled out my son. While the office manager and the girl at the front desk had there mask below their chin! and there was also a man with no mask with the office manager jessica sitting at the tables!unfair treatments and obviously the rules don’t apply to everyone!! won’t be back!

Spend your money elsewhere3 pairs of glasses in February- paid over $1,000 for6 mo later- only safety glasses still intact1 frame is peeling apart… hardly wornNose piece arms/prongs pad replaced with different onesLike the other reviewer - they have to send out everything 14 day turnaroundNo real opticians … Mgr was willing to replace but had to send out .Nope will not go there again

They called me everyday to remind me that I was due for an eye exam and did I want to make an appointment. I finally said I will call you when Im ready. So...story goes like this, my first appointment was great, I even bought an extre pair of glasses and contacts, second appt. terrible, the lady was rude, said I missed my appointment because I was 11 minutes late, I apologized and said I have been on 80/94 for over an hour die to it puring down rain and unable to see anything, .mind you they had 1 customer in the building and a sign out front that said walk-ins welcome, the lady said she didnt care thats their policy, which didnt get told to me when I made my appointment. I was so irritated, I told her to cancel my contacts, give me my prescription, I will spend my money elsewhere, I asked about my glasses, one pair was in, she gave them to me , said my others would be in soon. She didnt fit them to my face or ask if I could see. Which I cant! Everything is blurry up close far away, EVERYTHING! Terrible business sense.

The eye doctor herself is great. She seemed to care about my sight and eye health.The staff is awful. Just want to upsell everything. Once every customer left they each had a snarky remark about each one.I went in today to have a nose pad fixed on my glasses, and the woman fixing it broke my glasses in half. They originally told me sending them in to be fixed would be my one replacement in my warranty. I did not break them?? Fixing a nose pad isn’t “replacement warranty” work. The staff member broke them. How? I don’t know. Once that was slightly taken care of, they acted as though getting the frame I had was going to be the end of the world even though I just purchased that 3 months ago.The whole situation and how it has been handled is uncalled for and unprofessional.This isn’t a clothing store where I can easily have a shirt replaced if they snag it. It’s my glasses that I need to wear every day.Longest review ever but just needed people to know *not* to go here.

I was given the wrong prescription for contacts so therefore I cant see..when I called to see if I could get the strength Ive had for years I was treated like Im trying to return a used blouse..this is my sight and I cant see and your services have been paid..I had to call back no one reached me to see if I can get a trial pair just to make sure and Brittany acted like I was putting her out and rudely said just so you know its going to be awhile before I can send these out......After this is cleared up of what I paid for I wont be back.

Chesterton store takes your money but doesnt want to provide service after that! Glasses came in and they do not have 5 minutes to adjust them. I would have to make an appointment. Its a bit difficult to make an appointment when your phone service is not routing your calls properly. You lost my business over this one! Very poor customer service.

I am not a patient here, but I will definitely be transferring to this office for my next vision appointment! I have struggled for 3 months getting the fit of my glasses to be comfortable. The office I purchased my glasses from didn’t take the time to fit me properly, so I called Vision Point hoping they could help. Brittany at the front desk was so incredibly nice! She spent 25+ minutes adjusting my frames, making sure I was satisfied with the fit! Her customer service was above and beyond what I expected, especially since I didn’t purchase my frames from them. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Brittany!!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Vize for my recent eye exam, shes so professional and friendly. Will continue to see her for my exams. I have an eye condition and she was very helpful explaining everything to me about this. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. The optical department is very impressive.

I do have to say first off that my husband goes here and will probably continue to go (even though this place is not in our plan) because he is pleased with the doctor and the office staff. It used to be in our insurance plan when he first started going but our insurance changed. I have never gone there but did go with him on a visit and the office staff was nice. My issue is this; my grandson accidentally scratched my cornea and my doctor wasnt in the office that day. I was desperate to get into see someone. I naturally thought this office would see me because my husband goes to her. Nope! I guess if its something easy like writing a RX for contacts then easy peasy. But a more complicated case like I had; not so much! I dont know if the doctors that are affiliated with vision point restrict them or what. I was upset and asked my husband who was in our plan. Well it was Dr. Hoover at midwest eye consultants 3 doors down. I called there and explained everything and his assistant said come right over even though I wasnt a patient yet. I hope this review will help this office review their policies.

Brittany is horrible. She lied to me and will not take full responsibility for what she told me. I was skeptical about going here in the first place. After my experience with the doctor and Brittany, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
