I have enjoyed working with Cory at Tullock Fitness. He is very professional and a great communicator. I have had many ?’s on my fitness journey and he answers me quickly and in a very friendly manner. Cory understands we all have setbacks in our life but he also knows when to push you to the next level!! He is very well versed on how to work through injuries as well. I came from an athletic background but was currently at a scary and very unhealthy point in my life. I have a long way to go, but Cory has built a plan catered to my current abilities and pushed me to get stronger and healthier each week. I wasn’t sure what all I would be able to do being this big, but he adapted workouts and exercises to fit my current level. I highly recommend him for both his personal training and commitment to his clients to help hold them accountable.

I’ve tried tons of different personal training programs. Tullock fitness is the first program where I saw the quickest results. I truly enjoyed training with Corey this year. I was not new to weight lifting but I learned so much each session. Corey made me feel confident while pushing me to do my best. He was very knowledgeable and really committed to helping me achieve my goals. It was nice to go the gym and know I was going to feel great when I left.

I am 73 y/o & have been going to Corey for the past 6 months. For the many years, I have been consistent with aerobic exercise & some self managed weight training. Since coming to Corey, I have greatly increased my muscle strength, as well as endurance & overall energy level. As a bonus, I have lost 10 lbs & been taken off BP medication. Highly recommend!

I have co-managed several clients with Cory over the past year and I cant speak highly enough of him. As a sports chiropractor, our fields overlap quite a bit. Cory is a very knowledgeable trainer that is constantly trying to learn and improve. I always feel comfortable that he will do the right thing and not push his clients too far. He not only helps his clients in the gym, but keeps in contact with them outside by sending them pertinent articles and videos that will better help them achieve their goals. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. If you are looking to start a fitness journey, I highly recommend Cory Tullock!

Cory is the man! His experience and knowledge shines through! I had shoulder dislocation issues (4 in a month) after training with Tullock I havent had a single dislocation in 9 months. I highly suggest Tullock for anyone, whether you have 0 gym experience or high level. Check em out!

He recognized that I could be a good power lifter and got me in competitions. I won my category! I suffered an injury at home and he has got me back to training in no time. He has the expertise to work around any injury and can get you to whatever goal you wish to achieve. I highly recommend him!

I’m a a former CrossFit goer that thought I had good form and could move a bunch of weight. After working with Cory I realized that I have been putting myself at risk and moving less weight than what’s possible. Not only did my form and strength improve, but with Cory’s suggestions on eating I was able to make a drastic difference in 3 weeks. I lost 2 inches on my hips and nearly 2 inches on my waste! Cory is fantastic and easy to work with. He clearly knows what you are able to accomplish and pushes you to those limits in a safe way. I highly recommend his services.

This trainer has made a huge difference in my quality of life. In 4.5 years, I have gone from limited mobility and chronic pain (from a pre-existing back injury) to ZERO pain, greatly increased flexibility, and now I can deadlift at least 225 lbs, bench press 100 lbs, and squat 147.5 lbs. He has also completely changed the way I look at food and nutrition, and caring for my body in general. I can never thank him enough for the positive direction my health and my life have taken since working with him. Best investment I have ever made.
