My son was initially referred here due to an issue with a molar. He ended up needing braces and a special appliance because of this. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Jen was super great! Everything went very smoothly and she was really nice. She helped me out with some discomfort with my bottoms permanent retainer and did a great job figuring out exactly what to do and where my discomfort was coming from!! Would definitely recommend:)

The staff at Alizadeh and Schreiner has been so wonderful and patient with my 8 year old who is extremely hesitant around any medical professionals. They’ve ensured consistency with staff so she knows who she will be seeing every time. My daughter gets excited to see Danielle, who is amazing at explaining everything to help her feel comfortable. We’ve seen excellent results! We plan on bringing in our son once he’s a little older as well. We’ve had a very positive experience every appointment from the first consultation until current.

Jen is absolutely the best! The rest of the staff are great too. My sister started coming here 15 years ago and has a lovely smile now, I am now almost finished with the process of straightening my teeth and Im just over the moon about how they treat their patients. They considered my anxiety and low self esteem when treating me so I’d be as comfortable and as confident as one can be while wearing braces. Definitely go here, ask for Jen as the assistant.

The Alizadeh & Schreiner team took care of my daughter for 5 plus years starting when she was 8. They were all very patient with her since she was so young when she started treatment. It was uncomfortable at times for my daughter, but the outcome is truly worth it. For the rest of her life she will have great looking teeth and avoid other possible medical procedures due to her extreme over bite. They have a really great set up for children.

I chose Alizadeh and Schreiner for my son because I believed in their treatment plan. They made me feel comfortable by explaining why he needed treatment. They weren’t recommending braces at such a young age like other places.I will bring our other children here in the future.

We could not be happier with the treatment both our daughters received at Alizadeh Shriner. Each of them had out of the box situations, which were handled incredibly well. The entire staff is professional, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The service was great here. Melissa was amazing at working with my teeth. They have tons of stuff to do while you wait like movies, video games, and chairs. All around a great experience.

Pretty good experience. I was a patient roughly 20 years ago for metal braces and a year ago for Invisalign. Pretty easy consultation, no issues getting an appt. Staff is always friendly and helpful. With Invisalign you do have to keep a somewhat strict schedule in terms of your ongoing appts, but they have options for busy schedules and are open later one night each week. I would recommend to others based on both of my past experiences.

Everyone here is really professional. Appointments are always on time. We never have to wait, and the providers are prompt and efficient. Our treatment here has been a pleasure this far!

Awesome experience! Jen fixed my broken permanent retainer. She was very nice, made me feel at ease and did a stellar job (my retainer feels so much better/less obtrusive now after Jen repaired/rebonded it than how it has felt for the last 20 years after my original orthodontist put it on...). The doctor was excellent too, both thorough and very nice. Great bunch of people here, dont hesitate to come here for your ortho needs.

I took my son there about a month ago, and the experience was flawless. From Cindy the treatment coordinator, to the extremely knowledgeable doctor - they really do such an amazing job. The most incredible thing was how much they talked to my son about everything and treated him like he was the patron...which he is! He said his favorite part was how nice they are here - never mind all the cool stuff they have around the office! Jess is our assistant and she is amazing. So glad we are able to go here, and HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering orthodontics!

The orthodontists and staff at Alizadeh and Schreiner are amazing. Very professional and friendly, they made Liam feel comfortable and his experience getting braces on was so easy. They are really great at explaining the process and checking in with you along the way. Jess his orthodontic technician was superb. She really took her time teaching and gently checking his knowledge so he left the office knowing how to care for his teeth and braces. He was able to put his rubber bands back on easily after eating when he got home thanks to her! She was also really great at walking him through what to expect as far as discomfort and gave lots of information on how to deal with the soreness. Of course the office is super fun and decorated in a bright cheery way which just adds to the experience, but the people who work there from start to finish really make this a special place!

Exceptional orthodontic office. I am always extremely nervous taking my special needs daughter to a new environment but they gave her the extra attention that she needs and was able to complete her appointments without any incidents! Have stolen money out of my account and refused to pay it back yet to receive a check for over $600 and no response from them. Had no right and no authority to even take money out of my account yet they did it anyway repeatedly completely unrespectable of your privacy or your money they just want to get paid.

The environment here is really good, it is nice and friendly. And they have great customer service!! Overall a great place I would recommend to others!

Where do I start ?! From the moment we made the initial appointment the staff were so nice !! We spoke with Heidi and set everything up . When we arrived everyone greeted us and were so nice . Cindy was very warm and welcoming and walked us through the facility and told us what to expect ! They treated us so well and the office is top notch and spotless ! My son was so happy about the way they treated him !! Dr. Alizadeh came in and explained everything he was going to do and it took less than 5 minutes . Ive spent the last week looking in the mirror, marveling at the sight of my now normal looking teeth for the 1st time in many years. Alizadeh & Shriner were wonderful in coming up with a treatment plan which fit my medical history & current situation at the age of 68. Details were well explained and questions were promptly answered. The initial braces application, the adjustment visits, and braces removal were all handled in a most professional manner. Special thanks to Jen Renshaw, the orthodontic assistant assigned to my case, for her calm, encouraging manner in working with my nervousness.

Theyve taken such good care of my family. Yes, all the amenities are nice (movie theater, massage chair, video games, cookies), but what I really value is their expert and personalized care for multiple family members. You can tell they want to do the best, right thing for their patients, and not just the most expensive thing.

I found honest answers about each girl’s orthodontic needs and the 2 girls currently in phase one of their journey have had a great experience.I appreciated the honesty that my 3rd daughter would not need a 2 phase process, which was not clear when visiting other practices.The technology of the practice is phenomenal and I love the visits are always timely.I recommend them to everyone!
