Have only good things to say about Dr Benzaquin & his staff. Kind, caring, so knowledgeable & would recommend him highly.

The doctor was good, but the office staff was horrible. This was my first time into the office, and was a referral from my PCP.The front desk woman was VERY rude and when I was handed my papers to fill out upon arrival, she asks me you got a pen? in a very rude manner.I have waited almost 2 weeks for her to send the doctors notes to the retina specialist so I could make my appointment and she has yet to do so, even after 5 calls to the office. I decided to forget them and make my own appt. Not happy.Good doctor, horrible office experience. Very rude and disorganized.

Dr might be good BUT nursing staff is the worst. Been dealing with spinal fluid leak for 4 months. I can call 3 times a week & they never call back. When told Dr of this, he said I must have dialed wrong #. Are u kidding me? I told him exactly what the machine says. Have waited weeks for results that only take 2 days to get. Receptionist says shell call or send me something, she never does. I asked 3 times in past 2 weeks for MRI results to be mailed. Still arent here. Gave me referral to Dr at barnes. Waited weeks after sent all my info. Called Dr Benzaquin office she says, oh that Dr isnt doing those kinds of surgeries anymore. I asked what kind of surgery? She says oh idk, but they gave me another Drs name for you but I forgot what his name is. Ill get it & call you right back. Never called. Just called her again, she tells me now he retired. I said you were going to refer other Dr. She forgot.Worst receptionist EVER...

I was Referred to Dr. BENZAQUEN, BY A Fellow Doctor. He is one of the Most Profesional and Knowledgeable Drs. I have had the Pleasure of Working with. He is friendly and has a Wonderful sense of Humor. He is however a Dr. Who is Direct and wants what is Best for you. There are no,unless needed appointments . If he is unsure of the Absolute Correct Diagnosis, he will find out through other avenues. I can Count on him. I Actually look forward to going to see Dr. Benzequen. I am so Grateful the Dr. Could not find anything and sent me to Dr. Benzequen. Hes one of my Angels. Thank you so Much Dr. Benzaquen, for going Above and Beyond to Make my Experience enjoyable and Confident. Also I must say, The Ladies at The Front Desk are AMAZING. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM.☺ Thanks Chics.

This is not to review the doctor, but office staff matters! I called to schedule a new patient appointment and it was just about the worst conversation I have ever had. Moving on to next referral.
