I love this Trader Joes just for the people alone and cannot rave enough about it. Everyone that works here has a smile on their face and are super nice. Coming in, I always feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Even when they are out of something I need, the sincere friendliness and work ethic of the employees always wins me over. I live close to this location and the Manchester one, and theres no comparison between the two. Ill pick this location every single time just to have an all-around good experience.

Went to this store a few weeks ago on the whimsy of never having been to one before. The store was phenomenal, from excellent prices, to generous staff. We have now tried enough of their products to say that if you are on the fence, this store has earned my business as long as I live in the area.

One of the nicest Trader Joes I’ve been to. The store has a fresh and clean feel to it with a good selection of fresh produce and a decent alcohol selection.

Staff is still wearing masks. Some customers are. I decided 4 weeks after 2nd shot and with social distancing I was comfortable without.Same fun Trader Joes experience with specialty items unavailable elsewhere. Staff was helpful as always.

Every time my wife and I travel to St. Louis area we make it a point to Stop at Trader Joes. The selection of unique items here are not available in central illinois. My best estimate is I normally buy $50-$100 in snack items. First time at this location. And found the store to be inviting and easy to navigate the isles.

Love the unique selection and helpful staff. TJs steak/stout pies are a household staple for me now! Also love the beer and wine selection, it doesnt get much better than Trader Joes!

I was a weekly regular at Trader Joe’s Chesterfield. I am so sad to say I will never return. I got there when they opened today (my last visit was one week ago) and the lady outside handing out carts said that my newly 2 year old would need to wear a mask. This was new. I said okay, but I did ask what would happen if she took it off. She told me as long as I tried it would be okay. We entered, I put the mask on my 2 year old, within 15 seconds she took it off. I tried another mask. Same situation. I kept trying to get her to put it on and she kept tearing it right off. I quickly tried to get as much as my shopping done as possible without causing a scene. Every single employee I passed stared at me and my child. I was extremely uncomfortable as I knew we were being judged and talked about. One man approached me and asked if I needed a child sized mask. I told him thank you, but I had one and she was still taking that one off too. She’s 2. She isn’t required to wear one at school. This is new to her. I started to get upset. As I was walking toward the register to get out as fast as I could, I was approached by (what I believe was) a manager. She asked if she could borrow my time. I told her I knew she needed a mask, she’s only 2 and I was trying. She said “yes I know, but if another customer sees and complains we will have to ask you to....” I stopped her there. At this point other customers were now staring at us. I told her we would never come back. Thank you, Trader Joe’s Chesterfield for singling out me and my daughter, making me uncomfortable, make me feel like a bad person, bringing me to tears and ruining my day. I fully support the mask mandate, but at some point you have to realize, as I mom, I’m doing my damn best.

Trader Joes is always a good shopping day. So much I want to buy here. I wish they were in St Charles county so I didnt have to drive so far. When I do get out their way its like a kid in a candy store shopping. Quality healthy delicious and fair price.

My whole family has loved this place since its arrival to Missouri. I use to take a long drive from Wentzville meet up with my Dad, who just passed away at Easter and was the last time we were there bought Chinese yummo! Now that I moved to my Dads its only a 20 min drive. Still begging for on Jungerman lol Best frozen food options Ive ever seen! Love the nuts dried fruit cereal and the whole cold case of cheese etc etc they have tiny carts and the store is small with great prices!!! Big bonus flowers as you walk in the door so guess what both my little boys put in their carts first?

Staff excellent! Walked into the store with staff singing Christmas songs! Very courteous and helpful!

They followed all current guidelines and were thoroughly wiping carts, making sure no one entered when theyre at max capacity, mask wearing etc. Very clean inside and everyone is always SO nice! Fresh looking produce and meat, as always.

A great place to get small servings, good for 1 or 2 people. They have a good variety of fresh & frozen food. At reasonably priced as well. Owned by the same company as Aldi. A great ace to pickup dinner or lunch items. They also have breakfast items.

About everything we get from Trader Joes is great. Their Orange Chicken and Fried Rice are awesome -- one of my favorite meals on the family dinner rotation. The staff is amazingly friendly, all the time.

Always a wonderful shopping experience at TJ! The customer service is A+++. There is always ample help on the floor so you rarely have to search for an employee for assistance, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is clean. Love all of their seasonal items.

After Covid-19 the shopping experience everywhere took a nosedive. Even at certain locations the conditions were so terrible I simply stopped shopping altogether and ordered online. This location was different, at least when I was there. I was able to find most of what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and the store was uncrowded. Until recently you had to bake in the sun for twenty minutes or more to get inside due to CDC occupancy restrictions. This was not the case and again, pleasantly surprised.

Never been there until my daughter needed a different diet. This place is amazing and everything tastes so good. Samples are an excellent way to try new product. The workers are really attentive to their store and know everything I had asked.
