Well stocked gym with enough space to be comfortably in your own zone. Bathrooms are very well maintained and the staff is very pleasant. Cost is reasonable as well but I don’t like being locked into a contract, but that’s how gyms are🤷‍♂️

A decent gym. Reasonable cost levels depending on what you want. This location in the Chesterfield valley lost its group classes. A large variety of cardio equipment. Not too busy most of the time so you can usually use the equipment.

A colossal dump that cant be bothered to replace the curtains in the womens showers - but gladly leaves a piece of scotch tape to try to make them close for privacy. Surprise, it doesnt work. Also be aware of the fine print in the contract. Yes, its cheap on the front end, but just like any crappy gym, they will charge you hundreds to get out of your contract.

Low level employees great. Management is hot hot garbage. The gym itself is decent. No major complaints there. The employees are friendly and helpful at this location. However, this is just another gym trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I cancelled my membership with an employee and they charged me for two more months and the annual fee, which was expected. However, later, I saw that I was still being charged. So I called in and they said I hadnt cancelled my membership. I talked to a Regional manager Paige HIckey and she did absolutely nothing to help. She was there talking to the guy who claimed to have cancelled my membership and she just sent me to billing, who basically told me to F off.

Every time I come in the morning trainers are taking up squat bars for their client but are doing so many other workouts that have nothing to do with the bar. I saw a trainer have her client do 4 workouts before going back to the bar. Also in the showers it doesnt even cover the whole opening. You can see right into the shower. Clean place. And nice. Not too busy but their trainers are selfish.

Love the variety of the workout. The teachers are helpful and motivating.

Nice facility. The staff is friendly and courteous. A good selection of classes. Can be very busy during after work hours an weekends. The locker room is nice and not cramped. Childcare is available.

Well maintained facility but they lack basic items such as enough weights for the squat racks, benches, etc. They also dont have employees patrol enough to reorganize weights and equipment that other members leave out of place. On the bright side the equipment that they have is very new and the locker rooms are great.

Was a membership of GOLDS GYM! Apparently this company thinks okay to buy peoples info off golds and start charging them with no agreement! Your closest location to me is 40 mins away!! I reported fraud. I never signed a contract for club fitness!!!

I give this Club Fitness a 5 star. The customer service from the workers was very good when accommodating my family that came in from out of town the Christmas weekend. The area was very spacious and very clean. It definitely wasnt crowded in the late evening when I went but that may have been because it was Christmas eve.

Best CF branch in the area. Much more cleanliness, equipment, and space than other locations.

One of the better/cleaner gyms Ive been to.Huge selection, most things are very clean, and locker rooms are spacious.A little out of the way for me but Ill gladly add a few minutes to my trip to go to this one.

My wife and I have been members of this gym since it opened several years ago. I will say from an equipment standpoint I give it a 5-plus. Great stuff plus a good variety and lots of cardio machines. We are there at 5:30 in the morning so if you go in the morning, this review is for you.The main issues we have is that this location is separated into 2 buildings: the main gym and a side building attached to the mall that has the room for classes, the tanning, and the cardio theater. Classes have been an issue from day one because they schedule them at either 5:30am or 6:00am, which is great for us. Problem is that staff needs to be there to open the other building and 50% of the time they are either late or never show up. Because of that unreliability, class attendance decreases and then the class gets cancelled because no one is there. But thats a product of the staff itself not being reliable.Additionally, they seem to forget that most people in the morning, since the other building is closed, dont realize there are classes and for some reason staff put up all the class info (signs, schedules, etc) in the other building - so how is anyone supposed to know about them? And to make it worse, comments sent in to the website (I think it goes to Pixie, who runs it) are NEVER replied to. EVER.So if you just want a no frills gym (no theater, no classes) then this place is great and I highly recommend it. If you want morning classes, until management wakes up and remembers they have 2 separate buildings and needs to market/plan accordingly, youll end up being frustrated.

Ive never had an issue with this place and its clientele. Come in, work out, sweat in the sauna and go. This isnt a parade.

I switched over here from highway K and N because of work and this place is amazing! Very spacious and modern that really elevates the whole atmosphere of the gym. Friendly patrons, and staff members, who arent here to judge. Everyone is working on their personal goals and it is really something special ! :)

By far one of the best gyms, very affordable and the amenities and classes are amazing. I wish all the club fitnesses had the perks and extras this one has. The staff is usually superior to anything you could expect and its clean.

For some reason, full access members have to pay for upgraded tanning here but not at the Wentzville location.... a rip off. Then the girl told me I had to pay $0.55 for ice water when I brought my own cup.... a joke. What do I pay for membership for if not to avoid this problem I am stating here ?

I hate to pull the race card but this location is extremely rude and racist. I was here for the holiday for corporate travel. The new location staff needs to be replace. The equipment is typical and very basic. If you can try another gym try it. Shame on you club fitness. Correction a trainer was very friendly at least.The hatred towards those who doesnt look like you is old. God bless

The staff have provided such a empowering environment that I felt so valued as a member. Hands down some of the best staff and members in the area.

I am not sure where to start... This is a nice gym. However, when the first time I go into the locker room and I hear 2 or their Personal Trainers, and one MANAGER talking about which girl from he gym they had sex with, or about a MARRIED women one of the trainers is training and trying to hook up with and how the others think she looks amazing, is COMPLETING and TOTALLY unacceptable. Why those guys would talk about that in front of me while they have their trainer shirts on and the Manager is putting his palo on is unreal! I also had a phone call with a young lady, and she was trying to explain why I got charged for a $29 payment that I was never told about. Even after I asked if there were any hidden charges when signing up I was told by the GM NO! just $19.99 plus tax and then 75 days later I get hit with a yearly charge of $29. And the young lady came back with It is not a hidden charge, It is one of the signatures you sign. How rude! Am sorry, but when you cant even tell me what $29 is for (besides to steal money from people with out telling them) then you need someone else to answer the phone! This first off NEEDS new Management, and two needs answers to questions!

Club Fitness is nice. The gym and the equipment are awesome. They have some equipment that I havent seen in other places. Someone stated that Planet Fitness is cheaper. I must disagree since Ive had a membership there too. The prices are the same. Club Fitness has more amenities that are offered that Planet Fitness dont have such as classes and day care while you work out. I dont have children young enough to use that service. Im sure for those that do thats a plus. I like that theres a TV in the sauna. The only thing that I dont like is that on the cardio equipment there are no dedicated TV. You can only choose between the few TVS on the wall. I would have chosen to watch a different channel while exercising. I wouldve give five stars if not for the TV.

I hit this location sometimes on my way home from work. My regular location is Wentzville, which is smaller but good. Both locations have the cardio theater room. The massage chairs at Chesterfield are newer and much better. I like that the separate section for tanning, classes, chairs, tanning, theater & smoothies from the main gym. Bathroom is much newer/nicer at Chesterfield.

A much nicer and more vibrant location than the Creve Coeur location aka The Dungeon!Clean, lots of room, and everything out could need.

Long time member of GOLDs gym (OFallon) this gym absolutely gives Golds a run for their money. Very clean, Super friendly staff, nice equipment. Only negative is the lack of class variety.

I started using this location over the Wentzville one. So much cleaner and nicer! The locker room is bigger and kept clean, the equipment appears to be new, and staff is nice.

Love to workout here. Just one complaint; my husband said the mens sauna is broken and not yet fixed and 2 out of 3 massage chairs are broken. These things are part of the reason I got a membership there and they need to fix them ASAP!

Not to crowded, personal trainers available if desired, they answer questions without you havent to sign up with them in advance. They try to show you their value to make you decision easy when you decide to engage their services

Pretty sick of this location. Everything is filthy, people never put stuff away, employees rarely clean, and a**holes keep spitting lougies in the water fountains.

The gymhas 4 sections: aerobic machines, circuit machines, free weight machines and free weight benches and squat apparatuses. Clean and eell organized. Pre- and post work-out drinks. Smoothies a d more available next door. Classes available. Friendly staff and trainers. If they had a steam room, Id make it a 5.

This is the best Club Fitness Ive been to in the area. Ive only been to affton, the old ballwin location, and Chesterfield. Chesterfield has the best layout. Its not crowded, its properly dark. Its generally not crowded in the morning on weekdays. Ballwin was the best tho for weight room on Friday nights.Affton is always way too crowded at all times of the day any day of the week. Affton is too bright and much too open. Update: Affton location has expanded its interior and is now much more roomy.

My problem - the womens locker room needs help, not much but its a BIG problem. No small trash cans in the individual restroom stalls, its very inconvenient (especially for women) and its disgusting. Also, the shower stalls have no place to set your products except the shower floor which is even more disgusting. It is a HUGE inconvenience, and I honestly dont want to use Club Fitness again until these problems are remedied.To management: how hard is it to buy a plastic table or a shelf to place on the shower heads? I like to shower after I work out and sweat not simply rinse off. Also buy small plastic trash cans for the stalls. These shouldnt be a problem in the first place.

I dont like workout out at crowded gyms, so Ive been pleased to find out that Ive always had a quite space to myself there. Its my favorite of the Club Fitness.

Ive found the staff to be friendly and efficient, the mens locker room is always clean and the equipment is generally in good shape. I havent had any bad experiences with the clientele, either, and, in fact, Ive had a few positive experiences with some of them.

Great value with plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Its a huge gym and you rarely have to wait for weight equipment, except occasionally early evenings, though alternative weight options that are usually open.

Clean atmosphere, usually enough equipment so as not to have a wait. The only thing they can do better, is force me to get in there more.

This location is miles above any of the others as far as space and equipment. Is also very clean. However it is new so thats too be expected. Why I gave 3 stars us because I have memberships at club fitness and planet fitness. Planet fitness is cheaper of the two and they have It figured out. Large selections of cardio and weight and they are religious with keeping the environment clean. They also offer free wifi. Club fitness its time to keep stepping it up your almost there.

This is my favorite Club Fitness location, mostly because they have such a great, secluded movie theater room!

Its the nicest location of the ones Ive been to including Ofallon, St Peters, Brentwood and Rock Hill. Its still essentially brand new so the equipment is clean and in great condition. Its a huge facility also....youll never wait for a treadmill, bike or elliptical here. The cardio theater is pretty cool. Wish they had baby sitting on Sunday mornings as well, and wish it went longer than till noon. Staff is friendly and helpful. Still the best gym for the money in STL.

No gym owned wifi. They expect you to steal from the Outlet Mall next door and the signal sucks. No streaming service works from their wifi, so no Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. When they get their own wifi, Ill change my review.

I use both Chesterfield and Creve Coeur locations. Today was the first time the services was horrible! The girl actually glared at me because I asked for a receipt. This type of attitude makes me never want to use the facility again.
