DO NOT RECOMMEND! I give this place zero stars. Although the nail technicians themselves are great, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and the services are overpriced. But my biggest beef is with the inflexible cancellation policy. I called the day of my appointment to let them know I had poison ivy, and they told me they could not do a pedicure for anyone with poison ivy. Which it totally understandable, and what I expected them to say. They then told me they were charging me $68 FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY TOLD ME I COULDN’T KEEP. When I asked for them to reconsider this charge, they told me to take it up with management, but they (the person I spoke with) would not reconsider. I will be going elsewhere for my pedicures.

My tech was 30 minutes late to my appointment. It wasnt acknowledged by her or front desk and no apology was given. The overall pedicure was nice but Im very big on customer service.

Was very clean! Staff was super friendly and great at doing the pedis. Will be back for sure! Jacquie rocked it out of the park. Bonus..left with a darling pair of flamingo flip flops. Thanks Jacquie for being a Rockstar today! You helped kick off my birthday celebration. God bless you😃

I went there today for my first time today and it will not be last! Alicia was so good, she did a professional job and was friendly and I look forward to seeing her again. The Clean Spa is very clean and the have very good social distancing measures in place. Everyone is wearing masks and they leave at least one chair open between customers.

Really like coming here.... they always do a good job. The place is also super clean and I feel safe here.

If youre like me, you are inundated with constant demands from family, work and friends. Whats a girl to do to unwind from all the stress and responsibility? Well, getting some pampering is always a good idea AND Clean Spa is the place to do it!Clean Spa is a beautiful, spotlessly clean facility. When you walk in, right away you feel like taking a deep breath, allowing your muscles to relax, your stress dissipating. You can leave your cares at the office or at home.Clean Spa does an excellent job of working on the feet and hands and giving massage. What sets them apart is that they have medically trained experts who KNOW all about the feet, beyond just your basic pedicure for relaxation. So give yourself a break and get some relaxation going. I highly recommend Clean Spa and their staff.

Very disappointed. I thought I had finally found a place that did prosthetic toenails for people like me - that dont have ANY toenails (big toes only). Anyway, when I called to set up the appointment, I actually told the person that answered the phone what I wanted and that I did not have ANY toenails. I was led to believe that I would get a prosthetic nail that would last at least a month, especially if I came back to have them filled, or whatever needed to be done, every so often. After both my nails were put on, I was handed a sheet of paper to read and sign. I truly just glanced over it before I signed it because I assumed it was just about caring for my new nails. In less than two hours the nail on my right toe fell off. Four hours later, the nail on my left two also came off. I called to come back the next day, which was a total inconvenience because I live in South County. I purposely made the appointment on a day I was in the office, in Town & Country, so I would have to drive 25 miles. Anyway, when I went back the next day to get the nails redone, I was told then that because I have no nail underneath, these cant be guaranteed to last. I started reading over the paper they gave me the day before and I see that on the sheet. Now, wouldnt it have been nice if this had been told to me BEFORE I made the appointment and/or when I got there the first time? I didnt have any special occasion coming up, I just thought I might have toenails for a few weeks. It is now less than 48 hours since I was there the second time and they have both fallen off. I would never have paid $60 to get 2 toenails for a few hours. Come on - be up front with your customers and what they are getting or can expect BEFORE the procedure.

The only place where I have my pedicure professionally done , thanks to Alisia- the best master of pedicure in St. Louis.

The salon is always quiet and serene, even when busy. I appreciate seeing the manicurists thoroughly clean the areas when they are done. It gives you a peace of mind.

Absolutely love this place! UBER clean! Krystal does the BEST lash extensions there!!! She is so particular and I wont trust anyone else with my eyes! I drive from downtown to Chesterfield to go to her. The staff is friendly and professional and their pedicures are excellent too.

This was not worth the money!! Me and my friend were very disappointed. The place was clean I will say that. My friend’s tech was super nice and massaged her leg and feet. My tech did neither. First of all the they were not honest on the phone, when I made our appointment. We were told there is a podiatrist on staff and that we’d be able to see him if they felt there was a problem. (Well they left off for an additional $30 fee. They also didn’t mention over the phone that he’s only there on certain days and times.) 😡Also I expected my feet to be exfoliated well my tech barely did that. Also both techs were talking about doing webbed and unattractive feet and I thought that was unprofessional. My tech refused to scrape my callous and said it may be a cyst. (By the way I went to see a real podiatrist and it wasn’t a cyst; he scrapped it right off)Lastly, the front desk clerk mixed up our receipts and I gave my small 10% tip (I normally tip 20%) to the nice tech that really worked on my friends’ foot. My tech received the tip from my friend which was more. I guess they were tired it was the end of the day. Worst manicure ever for double the cost!!

Absolutely perfect. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Amazing staff, beautiful decor and extraordinary service. Will be back soon and if anyone asks - got my total approval.

If you want a clean sanitized experience this is the absolute best place to go and the staff is amazing.

I am looking for a Nail and spa for my father. He is 67 years old, gets around just fine, however he is a diabetic. He cannot risk having his skin cut from a pedicure. But it is very important for him to have this done. During my search I have run across this location and began to read the reviews. Not yet visited, however the response from the owner seems to be defensive. Anyone who has a bad experience is not the enemy. There usually are many others who may be very pleased with their service. Instead this is an opportunity to reach out and first: Apologize for their experience snd second: Figure out what their preferences are and what could make their experience better. Once you work with the client to figure that much out. Invite them back vs wishing them luck elswhere, and if the except your invite kiss the deal with a 20% discount and make sure when they arrive they feel welcomed back and appreciated. I will now continue my search for an awesome spa for my dad. Everyone enjoy and live your best life by being the best that you can.

Best place ever! Different from every nail salon i have ever been too. Its doesnt smell like nail polish when you walk in it smells like lavender and other oils ( smells really good) everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable! I saw jackie and she is so sweet and nice. And she even mades house calls... i had her come see my grandma who is stuck in home hospice and she made her day and her nails looker great. Will definitely be back.

Me being a manly man and such I wasnt sure if I would enjoy a foot work over by a bunch of nail polishers or if I was wasting my hard earned dollars. But I thought what the hay my feet is tired all the time, so lets do this. I was a little standoffish when I first walked in but after about 10 min I was like.....AWWWWWWWW thats nice. I must have fallen asleep at some point from being totally relaxed because my own snoring woke me up.Point being it was an awesome experience and all the staff there is incredibly knowledgeable about FEET. I was walking on air when I left out of there and my low back pain was actually better as well.I would highly recommend Clean Spa even if your a Tough Guy Ron McQuerry
