Have been a patient of Dr.. Snitzer for 30 years. Still have all my teeth!

I’m one of those people you hear about waiting until adulthood to get long overdue braces. But with that process, I didn’t realize that braces still couldn’t fix everything that I didn’t love about my smile. I was referred to Dr. Binz for tooth lengthening to give me a more symmetrical smile. This office, hands down, has made me feel very comfortable both in stress levels and with any pain from the procedure. The front desk staff is always upbeat and welcoming and they answer the phones rather than send you through voice prompts making it more personable. They’re quick to get you back to the doctor. Dr. Binz took her time during each of my visits to make me feel heard and trusting with such a delicate procedure. What I loved most though, is how respectful the team is to one another. Barb, Rachel and Dr. Binz spoke to one another with kindness and patience during my entire procedure. It was really something wonderful. I truly respect this staff and can see how passionate they are about their work. Highly recommended!

From the first call to Dr. Snitzer’s office to my final visit the care was exceptional. I was nervous going in but was quickly calmed. The efforts to prevent infection was also comforting. It was a painless and comfortable implant procedure. Recovery was a non-event, and Dr. Snitzer called me later in the day to find out how I was doing. I would rate 6 stars if was available.

I had surgery a little more than a month ago for bone and gum graphing on a challenging area that I didnt think would work with implants, but its healing really well and I now have hope for my mouth. My experience with Dr. Snitzer along with his staff of professionals was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Snitzer to anyone requiring oral surgery.He fully explained the process I would go through for my bone grafts and implants along with the expected time frames for having my permanent bridge in place. From the initial consultation and ongoing throughout the process he was reassuring and comforting.The actual surgery went extremely well. Dr. Snitzer was able to complete my bone grafts and implants at the same time. By following his explicit instructions my pain and swelling after surgery were kept to a minimum. I only needed to use ibuprofen to address the pain after surgery.Dr. Snitzer not only provided his cell phone number in case I needed to contact him with questions or concerns, but also called me at home after the procedure to see how I was doing. A few days after the procedure I contacted Dr. Snitzer on a Sunday with a question. He responded very quickly answering my concern and providing me with peace of mind.Over all a great experience!

Staff took time to review costs and schedules for an implant. Dr. Snitzer was very good with the extraction and installing the implant for a new crown. He took the time to address each stage of the process carefully. He does it right and with a good attitude. I highly recommend him.

The care I received from Dr. Stephen Snitzer and his staff was superb! I have had many dental procedures done in the past - extractions, crowns, veneers and root canals. The process of getting a dental implant with Dr. Snitzer was completely painless. He and his staff made sure I knew exactly what to expect during and after the procedure. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. After the dental implant procedure, I followed his directions exactly and had no pain or swelling! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Snitzer to anyone. And by the way, Dr. Snitzer provides you with his home and cell phone numbers - just in case you have questions or concerns following a procedure. He also calls in the evening to see how you are doing! It is rare to find such a skilled and caring doctor!

I had a couple visits during the past few years, so sharing comments about my experiences. First, the overall process was easier than people may think or expect, and the office staff is wonderful and helpful about being flexible with schedule needs. Second, most importantly, I cannot say enough about the professionalism and detail Dr. Snitzer puts towards every individual case; and hes the only Dr. Ive known to personally call a patient after a procedure to check-in on the recovery - outstanding service and thank you Dr. Snitzer!

By the time she was 6 years old, I knew my daughter would need an implant to replace a missing tooth. We watched, prepared, and waited for 11 years before the time came. I received implants from Dr. Snitzer over a period of eight months. During the whole process, everyone in the office couldnt have been nicer and I feel their expertise was unquestioned. They genuinely cared for me during the whole process. Dr Snitzer checked on me after I had major work done to make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend Dr. Snitzer and his office.

Review of DR. SNITZER After seeing two oral surgeons, I was referred to my third and last oral surgeon, Dr. Snitzer. I am glad that Dr. Snitzer handled my case because I can attest that he practices excellent dentistry. I liked that he explained thoroughly the procedure to me and responded to several of my questions patiently. Beyond my expectations he called me himself after my surgery that same evening to see how I was doing. That kind of care and attention by a doctor is the kind of experience a patient rarely finds. Also, he made himself accessible to me by offering his personal phone number should I need to contact him about my procedure. I really appreciate that I was in very good hands with an attentive and very competent surgeon, Dr. Snitzer.

Went to Dr. Snitzer for an implant. After more than two hours of drilling and poking ,was sewn up and told the bone was too soft and wouldnt hold the implant. His assistant was rough,choking me with instruments and generally not paying attention and seem confused. Was sent home and told I would need to come back to try again after the new attempt at bone marrow was installed. So essentially I could go thru the same pain and ordeal for a second attempt. Dr. Snitzer should have figured before he tortured me as long as he did that it wasnt going to work and long before the two plus hour ordeal.You would think after the X-Rays were done he would have figured all this out before he put me through what he did Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone needing an implant to go there for their procedure

Can one truly say they had a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE with two separate periodontal laser treatments, in two days? I can honestly say YES!This can be accomplished with a very pleasant, articulate and knowledgeable clerical & dental hygienic staff, coupled with a very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring physician. This describes Dr. Stephen Snitzers office.I cant boast enough about everyone at this office.Although the doctor was out-of-network, his clerical staff still filed paperwork with my dental insurance company, and provided me with an estimate for what the procedure would cost me, and how much my insurance company would cover.When I booked my appointment, I was sent home with a list of instructions on how to care for myself after procedure. This same list was later mailed to me before the procedure, and as a follow-up, presented to me, after the treatment and prior to leaving the office.The Dental Hygienists were so caring that they even covered me with a blanket! If they could not answer a question, they shared it with Dr. Snitzer & he provided the answer. Throughout the two procedures, they asked how I was doing.From my first visit with Dr. Snitzer, I could tell he was extremely patient and caring. In laymens terms, he explained what was happening to my gums, and how damage to my gums could be minimized. Dr. Snitzer showed me a video and explained the laser procedure.Dr. Snitzer hada wonderful and compassionate chair-side manner. To minimize discomfort, he performed half of the procedure the first day, and the other half the following day.After my procedure, the doctor went to the waiting room to update my husband.I was sent home with ice packs, the instructions mentioned above, and even Dr. Snitzers cell phone number.The topper occurred when the doctor took the time to call, to see how I was doing, and to ensure I had no questions.If I could, I would give Dr. Stephen Snitzer & his office a rating of a million stars

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Snitzer and staff. It is isnt often someone will go above and beyond with care.
