Best dentist office hands down! When I walk in, I am greeted with friendly smiles and warm greetings. The place is spotlessly clean. Rebecca is amazing! She throughly cleans my teeth more than I have experienced at any other dentist office. Dr. Cusumano is the most comfortable and knowledgeable dentist I have ever met.

Carla the dental assistant did a great job. Dr Cusamano is very conscientious and competent. Would highly recommend.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming! Dr Cusumano and Attendee Bree made sure I was comfortable and took time to explain the tooth extraction procedure, as well as answered all my questions. The tooth that was extracted had a hook at the end if the root but the team was successful in removing. Excellent treatment!

This has been a very good experience I have not been to the dentist in a while they made me feel so welcomed and nonjudgmental. They checked in on me at all times made me feel so relaxed about the whole situation, there response to my needs of emergency services was amazing. I will be coming back to them again I highly recommend this dental office.

As far as their expertise, the dentist and hygienists are great. The only experience I have of this office has been since the pandemic, and I’ve honestly been disappointed with the lack of consistency the front office staff, and sometimes the dentist, to be honest, have shown in proper mask-wearing. When I was there today (April 27, 2021), the receptionist had her mask either just below her nose, or with her mouth and nose uncovered, each time I saw her. I will say the hygienists have been very consistent with masking. This is enough to make me consider going to a different dentist, at least until I’m fully immunized.

Moving to a new city and never having had any major issues with my teeth finding a new dentist is not a big decision. But after my experience here with Dr. Cusumano, I cannot recommend him. Notice this review is not based on one or two appointments, it is based on six appointments over six months.Early February was my cleaning appointment with Danielle. I noticed Dr Cusumano was young, not long out of dental school and had a lot of new technology that I hadn’t seen before. At first it was fun to see the new technology, but that is where the fun ended.Dr. Cusumano suggested that I change out a crown that I had for over 20 years. He said it was chipped and would eventually need to be replaced and might cause damage to the tooth beside it. I immediately got the feeling I was talking to a used car salesman, but with my insurance the changing out the crown would be less expensive that I thought, so I agreed. #trustyourfirstinstinct #redflagIt took an exhausting two months and two crowns to get the replacement, from February 10 to April 9. Plus, countless visits to get the temporary crown to stick in place. When my “first” replacement came in, it was too short. Dr. Cusumano tried to make it fit and it just wasn’t going to work, so we were going to have to wait on the laboratory to get me another corrected one. All of sudden, out of nowhere, I feel this sharp pain in my gum, Dr. Cusumano, with no warning jabs a needle in my gum to deaden the spot. I cringed in pain and said, “you better be glad you are cute”. He drilled down the partial tooth that was being crowned and we remolded and sent it off.When I finally got my permanent crown, I was hesitant to go back. But with the crown behind me I thought I could just go for a cleaning in August. This time my hygienist was Rebecca and more new technology. Yes, the cancer fluorescent light is pretty cool, it probably isn’t worth the cost. Strangely, she didn’t ask if I took my antibiotic before my visit since I had knee replacements, but I thought, okay whatever.BUT…..I was expecting Dr. Cusumano to pop in and look at a couple of things and say something like “see you in 6 months”, but No. He pokes, blows air and looks at this one tooth, I am feeling nothing, no pain, nothing. And here comes the used car salesman, again. He tells me that I am getting a cavity on tooth, he has seen it before, it is getting gummy and I need to be proactive to fill it. After the crown ordeal my guard was up, WAY UP. Then he ultimately insults me. He told me, “If you were my mother, I would tell her to fill it now and not wait”. WHAT? Are you kidding me? You just called me old? #customerservicetrainingAgreeing that we will wait until my next six-month checkup to revisit the filling issue. Rebecca walks me up front to check out. Setting up my next appointment, Rebecca tells the receptionist, that I am going to need a little extra time for the filling on my next visit. Then, in a snarky tone, as Rebecca is walking away, she says, “it is just going to cost more in February because it is going to be bigger”. What the hell?I would never recommend this dentist or this office. I am not against new technology; I love it and love trying new things. But I am against paying for his new toys with things I don’t need to have done.

I had an initial consultation and everything went great. I scheduled a follow up appointment for 7/27/21 which was given to another patient by mistake. They called me to reschedule to 7/29/21. When I called on 7/29/21 to ask a question they did not have me on their calendar for my appointment. Its not easy to get time off work to make these appointments. Im disappointed in customer service and scheduling issues in their office.

I have been using Chesterfield Park Dental for a long time. I have only had great experiences Everytime I have an appointment. Everyone is very polite and positive. Dr.Cusumano is wonderful, very gentle during any procedure. Same can be said for the dental hygienist and assistants.

Chesterfield dental was able to work me in for an appointment this week. I was overdue for a cleaning. The hygienist was very considerate and thorough and provided me with several quality suggestions on the care of my teeth. The front office staff has always been courteous and efficient. Dr. Cusamano and his staff provide quality care.

This is the dentist you’ve been missing out on your entire life. First time experience was splendid. The office and exam rooms are immaculate. All of the staff I interacted with were amazing. I forget the front desk lady’s name but she was splendid. Danielle knew everything and explained what I needed to know in detail. I never learned so much about dental health as I did from her. She is really on top of her game and and was very pleasant when speaking to me. Dr. Cusumano came in and helped with all of my questions and management of my dental health. I don’t just recommend Chesterfield Park Dental, I encourage you to go there.

The day before Thanksgiving with 1 hour left in the work day, my crown fell off. They had me in and out in a matter of minutes before closing for the 4-day holiday weekend. They were fantastic as always. I highly recommend Chesterfield Park Dental.

I left this office without treatment because I was not comfortable with the lack of covid protocol in place. The dentist did not wear a mask when greeting me and after examining my X-rays he removed his mask again walked around the corner to the open office area. The dentist was not wearing a mask when I left or when I explained to him and his office staff that I was not comfortable receiving treatment because of lack of strict covid protocol.

Dr. Daniel and his staff were amazing! From the initial phone call, the prompt call back and scheduling, to the excellent service and experience I encountered from all staff. Dr Dan was thorough in explaining procedures and my concerns. The office was comfortable, tidy, quiet and equipped with the latest technology.

I think I should have a review as my hurt tooth reminds me. One year ago, I checked my teeth here. I was recommended to remove some part of the tooth and have a crown to a bit decayed tooth, then I authorized. Then the drill drilled out the decayed tooth and hurt my nerve. Whats more, the crown was not match the fist time. I had to wait another week to wait the crown. Finally a never hurt decayed tooth becomes a tooth hurt every few months.

As a new patient I was very impressed with the extremely professional, courteous treatment I received. I would highly recommend Chesterfield Park Dental.

Id usually mark Chesterfield Park Dental higher because their staff is so welcoming, especially Laura, and kind and the dentist works with my phobia of shots. The only reason Im marking it lower this time is because of their processes since covid. Almost none of the staff was wearing a mask, even when they would otherwise. I was given items that are difficult to sanitize between patients and were not covered in plastic. I was told to hold my own suction and the only covid protocols I saw in place was a form I sign that essentially said Chesterfield Park Dental will not be liable for anything covid related. I feel like I was very let down and did not make my next appointment because of that. I was disappointed.

Some of the staff was rude. They cancelled my appointment and didn’t try to accommodate me. Also, the dental assistant didn’t clean my crown before putting it back in mouth. I’ve never been treated so horribly. The doctor was nice, but his staff ruined my experience. I will Never go back.

I had a t temporary crown procedure 11 days ago. The office got me in on the 12th day as I was having pain in that area of the crown. After a thorough consultation I received wise counsel on the next steps. The Dentist provided professional consultation and scheduled me in for the next phase - making time available in his schedule is exceptional and with compassion to me, the patient. The office worked with h me on a payment plan as well. I truly feel very well taken care of in this office.

The service was great.My repair didn’t last only 5 moths. Spending $1500 and change for a crown it falls off some point . I didn’t expect this result. Now I have to go to another dentist to get it all over again.

Had a great experience, everything from filling out new patient paperwork to appt to next steps was easy and fun. Sometimes the dentist can be daunting and have some fear, but while they were cleaning and doing teeth things she explained everything they were using and why. I am so glad I purchased a Groupon six years ago for a dental cleaning at Chesterfield Park Dental. After one visit, I knew this was the best dental office around. I love everyone at chesterfield park dental, the hygienist are personable and knowledgdable. The front desk staff is always accommodating and kind. Dr. Cusimano had big shoes to fill when Dr. Gladson left in my opinion and he has done just that, he’s a professional AND caring dentist. They are always on time and the office is clean and comfortable. I give them the highest of recommendations and I’ve unfortunately been through a lot of dental offices that I cannot say the same for!

So, last year I was told by the dentist that I had the beginning stages of periodontal disease and they suggested a deep cleaning, which I authorized. Well, what they neglected to tell me was that they would be now coding my dental cleanings as a periodontal cleaning - WHICH IS ONLY COVERED AT 80% VERSUS 100% by insurance AND NEVER ONCE SAID A THING. They called this a misunderstanding and said I should understand what my insurance covers. Well - I do know but it is your job to tell me my cleanings have changed and that therefore deductible would have to be applied. I am not an insurance guru and would not know that there is a difference unless its explained to me, as an other regular person would feel too. They tried to say they did deeper cleaning on my last visit, but that is a lie too as they hygienist rushed to get me out of there.This dentist doesnt give two cents about your care and is only concerned about how many medical codes they can bill your insurance for, regardless of if they did it or not. Needless to say, we have parted ways and I will not be returning and I will be reaching out to my insurance coma pool by to dispute their charges

I am a very very picky when it comes to the cosmetic part of my teeth. I have chiped my teeth several times and this doctor has never been anything less than perfect when it comes to fixing them. He would take extra time just to make sure it is how you like it. I have also had done extensive dental work and this place is always so clean and friendly. Prices beat my old dentist out in ofallon. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
