Erin was referred to me when I had an immediate need to find a skilled facility for my sister. After learning what my goals were she immediately made contact with possible resources and emailed me with their contact information so I could follow up. She stayed in touch to make sure I had a solution. Although we had never met She acted with the same concern I would expect from a close friend or family member.

Erin Dwyer with Senior Care Authority was the answer to so many of my family’s prayers over the course of 6 months when my elderly mom AND dad’s health started to quickly decline. From evaluating my Dad to help determine if he was still safe to drive, to educating me and my brothers on the various living options for the elderly who can no longer live safely at home independently, to helping us navigate the healthcare system, to taking Mom or Dad to a doctor’s appointment for us (and taking copious notes at the appointment to share with me and my brothers after the appointment), and the list goes on and on.
