I was in an accident that totalled my car a few miles from my home. I went to Marks and Harrison and once I was assigned Kristin as my legal assistant and Lee as my lawyer, everything went smoothly and everything was less of a headache. I was getting harassed by the other insurance company and Kristin and Lee put a stop to that quickly. I was kept up to date with mail and with email between Kristin and myself. She was absolutely amazing with keeping me up to date, getting everything organized, and keeping things moving, all while still showing care and compassion. The times I spoke with Lee, he was always friendly, kind, and understanding. I referred a family friend to them because I was so impressed. Unfortunate circumstances to bring me here but I was happy they were on my side.
