Went to this clinic on July 27, 2021 for a TB test for work. The lady at the desk was very friendly and told me I needed an appointment and assisted in scheduling one at the kiosk. Next available was several hours from then. I live 20 minutes away and return home. I come back for the testing and the FNP gives me my paperwork and tells me to come back on July 29 and gives the the time frame where these test must be read. I return today to have it read. Wait 15 minutes as no one is up front. The assistance comes out and I inform her I am there to have my TB read. She asked if I had an appointment and I tell her that she not the FNP informed me that I. Ended an appointment. She tells me that can’t see me without an appointment! No one else is there to be seen at this point. I asked her why wasn’t I told this two days ago and she goes back Into the Room with the FNP. When she comes back out there is another woman waiting to be seen. She again tells me I ha e to ha e an appointment and they can’t see me since there was a a patient waiting! Twenty minutes there and couldn’t be seen and now I have to go back I. 3 hours to have my negative test read! Very poor service on their end! Twenty minutes to CVS and 20 minutes back home. Four trips that should have been two trips!!!

Chester Minute Clinic scheduled me for an appointment on 5/9/21 10:00 am to read my TB test that was placed on 5/7/21. I get to the Clinic and attempt to sign in at the kiosk, it says I dont have an appointment. Nobody is at the clinic and the screen says the Clinic will re-open on 5/10. TB test readings are time sensitive. Now I have to come back tomorrow very early in the morning to meet my time constraint. (My appointment confirmation was printed out and handed to me so I didnt just have the date wrong. Im literally looking at the paper as it says 5/9/21). What if I couldnt come back tomorrow morning? I would have to get the entire test re-done.

Made appointments for family to get the flu vaccine. Showed up to find the clinic was closed. Lady said should have received an email notifying me. Never received that e-mail.

COVID-19 results over 10 days delayed and we still dont have them. This is not a good place to go for help. If you dont show symptoms till around day 5 and have to wait an additional 10+ days just to know for sure, you are outside of the 14 day window before you even get the results. Heaven forbid you have to go back to get the negative results to go back to work work. That would take another 10 plus days. False representation of increased testing capacity.

I made an appointment for my child to have a sports physical at this clinic. Even though I could get a walk in physical at a similar clinic for less than half the price, I chose here so that I would not have to wait. We waited 45 minutes after the appointment time to be seen. During this time, there were only two seats which were taken, so we stood in the aisle. I was thoroughly disappointed at the unexpected wait.The nurse practitioner was very pleasant.

I stopped by with a wooden splinter in my hand. The nurse practitioner was just coming back from her mandatory lunch break as I was finishing signing into the kiosk, so I didnt have to wait at all. She was very down-to-earth, friendly, and above all practical and efficient. She got the splint out, as well as answered all the questions I had and I was on my way out in less than 15 minutes. The cost, just over $50. Id highly recommend this clinic (or any retail clinics, for that matter) over a visit to the doctors or a larger urgent care center to avoid the long wait time, bureaucracy, and the high cost!

Nurse Practitioner was dismissive and I didnt feel heard. I was not happy with my visit and will not be visiting a minute Clinic again. Waste of money in my honest opinion (they dont take insurance of any kind I was told).

Nurse practitioner didnt prescribe antibiotics when I thought I had strep or sinus infection. I tested negative for strep but still requested a prescription for severe soar throat and mucus. They suggested I go to patient first. As a result I have been miserable for 4 days.... nurse practitioner suggested that I treat myself with a bunch of over the counter NSAIDS... bad for the liver and ineffective. Very disappointed with my visit.
