First visit here and it was amazing! The receptionist (lady at the right desk if you’re facing them) on my Thursday visit was sweet. I saw Dr. Saraiya and is nurse and he were both great. I was a bit nervous for treatment but they were both very in tune and made it very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The workers here all are very rude! If I could give 0 stars I would! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Colonial heights one had nicer people working there.

The doctors are AMAZING but the reception is HORRIBLE. No point in even having their voicemail set up considering no one ever calls you back. (I waited days) When you call and get put on immediate hold you hold for no less than 10 minutes, after that the receptionists that answer and make you appointment are by far the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. They cut you off while you are speaking, clearly sound annoyed by ONE easy question and just overall seem to be the reason this place has terrible reviews. GET A STAFF THAT CARES AS MUCH AS YOUR DOCTORS DO!

My doctor was fine, pleasant and helpful. The administrative side of this practice is a nightmare, and has only worsened since being bought out by VCU. Save yourself time, energy, and endless aggravation....go elsewhere. It took multiple phone calls and three visits to the office just to get my correct physical therapy orders. I filled out the paperwork to have my records sent to my GP and to have a copy of my x-rays sent to me as well. Neither were sent. Now, I have to go back in person to fill out more paperwork to request AGAIN for my medical records to be released to my GP and myself. Really, go elsewhere if at all possible.

Dr. Snyder, is such a wonderful doctor with great bedside manners. He listens to any problems or concerns that you have. He tries to decide the best treatment along with you. His medical assistants and nurse in the back are awesome. When I had both procedures done that took great care of me. They knew I was nervous, so they did there best to reassure me, everything was going good. Yes I will admit the lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, but I cant give them 1 star because of one person. Its more than her that works there and its not fair to the other staff.

I can say nothing but kudos! Dr. Kalluri hes great. The receptionists are the problem. Such attitudes, very smart and not willing to assist the customers. When you call for assistance with a problem, they act as though youre the problem. When attending PT, the reception that makes youre appointment is rude. When calling billing to make sure that your bill is correct again rude. In order to keep individuals coming to these location you must find individuals willing to care about the level of customer service that is offer at these locations.

I had Dr. Sharma for rotator cuff surgery and was very pleased with the results. I also love the PT and OT departments. I really appreciate their professional approach to all my health needs.

Make sure you request records.They didnnt spend any time to do a thorough exam. Veterans looking for a second opinion be cautious. I suggest another clinic because there will be many errors.

Receptionist was really rude and i am not the only one to say this these people are really unprofessional they will talk to you like you are lesser then them although the office called the next day to apologize for the behavior i do not think i can ever go back several other people i have talked to have said the same thing they rather go all the way to john randolph this place is a joke....

I will not be returning to this practice. Pain is largely misunderstood and when you try to advocate for your own needs, apparently the more questions you ask, the more judgment, suspicion, and invalidation you receive.I believe my questions and self-advocacy were too much for Dr. Wax and he assumed I was drug-seeking. Which couldnt be further from the truth. I felt extremely invalidated, dismissed, and that my time, energy, and money were wasted. I may not have gone to medical school (thank god), but I am much more qualified than any doctor to explain what is going on with my body. If it were possible, I would be asking for a full refund based on my dissatisfaction.

Worst experience ever.. From the receptionist to the physicians . I even called the Administration to discuss the quality of care and he (David) was incompatent of doing his job.. He wouldnt even call back.Do not go here .. Save your money , time and health and go to another orthopedic group . Word of mouth is important in choosing a physician.. Please read other reviews. I was put in a cast and should never have been in one.. Other ortho group removed and took so much better care .

I was going to the one in colonial heights where i refuse to ever go again but here in chester other than the therapy department staff i am satisfied i am seeing memssa who is i found out a PA but omg she has really been there for me great bed side matter and never makes me feel like a liar with pain like colonial heights did she would give me the moon if i needed it only problem is im a work comp patient so theres only so much they can do but she tries her nurses are great funny and nice i never wait for her or staff to come to room overall great here other than like i said therapy is another story they are rude and mean and there faces say they think my pain is a joke wish there was better care there though so for my experience i will give a 10 to my dr and nurses and a one for therapy

Good doctors, terrible staff. Expect to wait an hour past your appointment to see the doctor.

Dr. Vivek Sharma is an absolutely outstanding shoulder surgeon. Sometimes the wait for appointments is a week or two, but lets cut these people some slack. I had my left shoulder arthroscopy and labrum repair done 7.24.15 and he was the ONLY Doctor (out of the 4 Ive seen) to recognize that I had a problem. He walked me through the procedure, and even made follow up phone calls personally, to make sure I was tolerating pain and medications well. On 1.5.16 I had my right shoulder arthroscopy and repair done. I am currently still healing, but I know it will be an easy recovery and a pain free future thanks to Dr. Sharma and his wonderful team!Ps. On the morning of my 1.5.16 surgery, Dr. Sharma and his team preformed 4 other surgeries and still had time to discharge me. Later that night, Dr. Sharma personally called to confirm how well I was doing. I have nothing but love and respect for these outstanding people!

This is one of the worst Doctors I have ever seen. The phone system doesnt work and basically it seems they are experimenting on me. They dont have no concern about you as a patient. I have called my provider and put in a formal complaint about this place with hopes of putting them on black ball list. Please see another doctor because your waisting your time.

If I could leave no stars for this place i would be an understatement. I have scoliosis pretty bad with 2 curvatures. I really just no idea who I should go to and I was told an orthopedic Dr. What a joke. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They dont care about helping there patients.

Only reason I bring my parents here is this is the only place that takes their insurance. This place is a joke the Drs here are Bullshit and the staff has no care for patients. There is so many things wrong with this practice I pray no one else has to come here and deal with this place
