Lily and her family are always excellent. All staff not as outstanding but very good. Its the best nail salon anywhere in this Chester to Petersburg area. Clean, knowledgeable, careful, attentive people and a good atmosphere.

Beautiful inside with lovely service

The staff is very friendly, kind and have always worked with me to get it right. I had some issues in the begining of my gel nails not staying on as long as they should, but Evelyn kept trying to find the right combo to make them right, and now they are the perfect shape and stay on just perfectly. The customer service is above and beyond.

Just left here with my daughter. We had a great experience they sat us in our own little private room together and everyone was kind, professional and did wondeful jobs. We will be back!

Best place in Chester to get a manicure, pedicure, and a hair cut. I have been coming here for more than a year. The staff is great, friendly, and very accommodating. Prices are competitive with other shops. Could not ask for a better salon to visit

Great place and atmosphere

I used to always come here to get my eyebrows waxed but one time they burnt my eyebrows during a wax. And when I told them they caught a attitude and tried to call me a lair even though the tops and bottoms of my eyebrows were a bright red . All I wanted to a free of charge service and they told me to get out the shop. What a terrible way to treat a loyal customer .Do not get waxes here !!!!

Do not go to this place. Extremely over priced. Wow. $63 for a standard pedicure for a guy and then they couldn’t remove the dipping powder from my girlfriends finger nails and toes. They wanted to drill it off and the one girl who wasn’t friendly at all dipped her hands in Acetone. Which causes dry skin & was irritated, red on her hands. They should know better. Especially since the manager/owner repeatedly said she’s been doing nails for 20 yrs. Hire staff that’s well trained. Unprofessional.

My friend and I came in on Wednesday to have our nails done. Upon leaving and getting home, I noticed that 7 out of 10 of my nails were almond shape and 3 that were never rounded and were left pointed. It was my mistake of not thoroughly checking before paying. I had a matte black on some nails that by the following day we’re already shiny. Now a week and a half later, my nails are falling off. And they look as if I’ve had them done for over a month without getting them filled. This was only my second time getting my nails done but I do know that who ever did my nails did a very poor job and I won’t be returning to Lily Pad Spa.

I just left here the most unsatisfied I have been from a nail salon ever! Upon entering the establishment the younger staff member seemed irritated that she had to get up from listening to her head phones. She was very bossy. I observed a pedicure being started with tools she had just pulled out from behind her in the rolling cart. Most salons tend to have pre-sterylized packs. This is concerning. Then there was an issue with the polish I had on. She said they never shouldve placed dip powder on your toes. They suggested I leave it on for 2 months for it to grow off because the method of removing the polish would be too rough. I was at a loss for words. The young staff member proceeded to take the same kind of polish off my fingernails, until I realized she had me dipping my hand in a bowl of acetone😲 instead of just regular water! You should not allow any of your skin to soak in acetone. My hand became discolored and very dry. I informed her she should use the foil wrap method in getting the polish off. She replied No, maam, this is the only way. At that point I wanted to leave, but the owner convinced me to stay and she would/could fix my nails by using a drill to get polish off. She was successful in doing so, but it was very rushed and the polish I chose did not match my final result. I look like I have a color for Christmas rather than fall. Then to beat it the price they charged for this was OUTRAGEOUS! No manicure. Just gel polish change was around $30. They only have a few select colors of gel polish as well. Do not go here if youre looking for good customer service or a professional establishment!

This is my 2nd time there.... the first time I went, Wendy took care of me, did an excellent job, as today. My only regret, I didnt find her sooner!!

The staff were nice. However I have health concerns. The tools used were never washed between clients, and they do not use tub liners, and while we were there one client left then they put a different client in the same seat never disinfected the tub. As for me and my friends we will not be back for any reason other than health concerns.

This place was ok not very many who speak english. I felt like they really rushed when I came in for a mani- pedi. I just felt all around uncomfortable the whole experience. Then not 3 days later my mani started chipping $50 down the drain. Not worth it.
