Great place. Staff very compassionate to your needs and care. I would never go somewhere else. And it was my first time there. I have a 2 degree scald burn and they are very attentive to my wound and the care I am currently getting..

I was inpatient here for just shy of a month, and continue my treatment through the outpatient unit. From start to present time, the doctors, nurses, surgeons, techs, and all the staff in between have been nothing short of amazing. I have never felt so confident in my level of care. My burn was easily one of the most traumatic experiences of my life...and this unit is the reason I got through it physically, mentally, and emotionally. The staff here truly cares for us, and genuinely cares for the work they do.

Im giving it 5 stars for now. I have a lot of follow up appts in the future. I stayed here 10 days and given the most time and attention ever in a hospital day. Both Dr Haith and Patton were absolute pros. The nurses, were caring, although ever changing. The techs who changed my dressings and aided in my cleaning, Dawn, Shy, and Steve were all stars.Felt very comfortable here.

Dr. Guiñday and his staff are true professionals and took exceptional care of me and my burns. As far as I know they are the best and only game in town. I can’t thank them all enough!

WORST Medical Facility I have ever encountered. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!...I was in a near death grease fire with second degree burns and they gave me an attitude all throughout. No one knows what customer service is in this office. They are one of the only burn centers in the area unfortunately... Mary took my bandages off a week early and put me through excruciating pain without regard for my comfort. That wasnt enough, she gave more lip when confronted about not looking at the chart first! The back office played a game of standoff with my pressure garment gloves as I already was fitted for and purchased them and had no transportation. Two weeks of calling and trying to get the office to send them or give them to my relative and all they could do is try and book me for an appointment. Finally after a legal recourse VM they behaved like a business should. Find a new line of business and please stop pretending you live/work to help others. Greedy, inconsiderate pigs.

They were great with my 5 year old granddaughter who had burns of both of her hands. They were very pleasant and professional. Great team work. There was no wait time took her right in to see a doctor.☺

This place is the absolute worst. They literally treated my girlfriend like a drug addict. She was trying to explain the meds they gave her we’re making her sick, and before she could even get the words out, the “nurse practitioner” (and yes I use quotes because she should not be), who stood in the doorway and couldn’t even come in the room, told her she was not prescribing her more meds. How’s that for assuming someone’s a drug addict! She went in with second degree burns on her hand and we would have been better off using google and treating the burn ourselves. They blame you for your injuries and it doesn’t seem like they want to help, treated us like an inconvenience. They didn’t even explain ANY way to treat the burn, or how she might feel the next few days. They let us sit in a room for 10 mins before someone else came by and said “you guys are all done you can leave”. Yea how about telling us that when you are done so we don’t sit here?? Oh and there’s no point to making an appointment. I know this is normal for doctors offices, but this place takes it to the next level. And it wasn’t just us, EVERYONE in the waiting room was complaining. Be prepared to wait 2 hours passed your scheduled appointment time. Like I said, this place is the absolute worst, and you’re better off using google and treating the burn yourself.

I was at the burn center for probably 20+ days. I have to say... Everyone there was extreamly kind and professional to me and made sure that all of my needs were met. Was very impressed how they all seem to get along and work together as a team. Everyone on that unit deserves a raise. Special shout out to a couple people that really helped me : Angela, Megan, Bethann, Mary Ann, Kim, Dr. G, Dr. Patton, Chris, Carol, Ann, Rachel, Jill, Crystal.. I know Im missing lots of people but they know who they are. All of my surgeries and skin graffs went extreamly well and i couldnt be happier. Thanks again to everyone!!!Tyler #8

Waited over 2 hours to finally get sent back to wait another 30 mins. Worse place i have ever been to. Would never recommend this place. Especially for an impatient 2 year old with 2nd degree burns.
