Honestly, any poor review is just something really personal and stupid because THIS DOCTOR IS AMAZING !!!! The staff is always great and accommodating! I’ve never had an issue, the wait time varies but has never been too long, people just need to learn how to be patient at the doctors office and stop complaining about wait time please understand there are patients scheduled ahead of you and fortunately this doctor does not rush her time with her patients! This doctor is very attentive, truly cares for her patients, takes her time and listens/addresses any concerns you may have and she is very very knowledgeable! Absolutely love her personality ! Best PCP I’ve ever had.

I made an appointment with Dr. Haffizulla about 3 months ago. I told them I would not wear a mask. They made the appointment for July 14th and said a mask was not necessary by then. They called me today and told me they were breaking the agreement. I called and the receptionist flat out lied. Do not go to this place. I called back again to talk to the office manager and the receptionist would not answer. I would recommend canceling any appointment you have here.

My mother needed a physical for her eye surgery and Dr.Hope was unavailable. She saw another doctor in the office but was told by the Office Assistant, Gabby, that she was no longer a patient of Dr.Hope. I assuming my mother was suppose to wait until Dr.Hope had an opening in April to have her eye surgery done because thats how medical care works.

Love Dr. Hope Haffizulla. She takes her time and is very personable. She looks after you, listens to you and you work together to find a remedy.

Dr. Haffizulla made me feel so welcome, she comforted me, listened to me, and gave the best advice. She truly cares and Im so thankful to have found her!

Dr.Haffizulla is the absolute best Dr. She is patient, loving and caring. Will personally call and check on and that meant a lot to me. Always has a smile on her face. I just love her, I followed her from another practice and Id follow her to Guam if I had to.

I have been going to Dr. Haffizula for quite a few years and I just have to say she has to be the best doctor I have ever come in contact with. With her knowledgeable, kind, caring, non judgemental, and honest bedside manner, nothing is an uncomfortable subject. She is a real doctor who really cares. There is sometimes a wait but I will gladly do so for she takes as much time as I need, never trying to rush a patient into a 15 min time slot. She cares enough to do it for all. Highly recommend!

The office staff is rude and inconsiderate of the patients time. We were on time and waited an hour and never got seen by the medical professionals. Apparently when the staff is running late its the patients fault for being on time.

She is very patient and personable! She is very informative on any health information you need to know as well.

They show little concern for their patients well being or time , my father was a patient there for 4 years when ever we put a call in to speak to a Dr or Nurse to ask questions or to get a Refill for prescription it took several calls and sometimes 2 days before we received a response, in short I’m not a happy customer and would not recommend this practice to anyone

I am going to piggyback off Mando review. I agree with her 100%..I am a new patient of Dr. Haffizulla. I love her as a Dr. I have had a problem finding a descent doctor. I just have to say she has to be the best doctor I have ever come in contact with. With her knowledgeable, kind, caring, non judgemental, and honest bedside manner, nothing is an uncomfortable subject. She is a real doctor who really cares. On the other hand. The offoce manager has been helpful to me too...BUT The front office staff is by far the Worse I have ever come across. Rude ,not friendly at all even their smiles are fake.They come in Witt attitudes as if you are bothering them ... ALL of them. I tolerate them bc I like my doctor . If they can get friendly staff at the front this would be the best office that I know of in VA and you probably wouldnt be able to see the Doctor. So my 5 stars are for the Doctor not the office and staff.

She is patient with me I am hearing impaired keep her job there
