I have been looking for a nail salon that is close to home but also provides a quality experience and this is the place! Ms. L did an amazing pedicure for me and I felt so refreshed afterwards! The salon itself is clean and give a relaxing and inviting feel. I would highly recommend this salon, just be sure to make an appointment so they know you plan to stop by!

Love this place! Nails always come out beautiful 💜 I always ask for my favorite nail tech Hannah and she always does a wonderful job!! And she never gets annoyed when i come in within 5 days for color changes lol everyone in this building is so nice and friendly. Its my new home nail salon. Been going about 3 months now and ive never been let down and Ill never go any where else!!!

Staff is really friendly. They offer snacks and water and charging cords if you need one all complimentary. I got a pedicure and it was on par with similar nail places. Lots of color selections if you’re into that. Several televisions that have fish swimming around which is pretty fancy. Also music is relaxing. Cool place.

I was pleasantly surprised with this salon! Ive been looking for a new location to get my nails done after moving to South East Richmond last year, and was more than happy with my experience here. Booking was easy, the services met my expectations, and I was in and out within 35 minutes. Everyone was very kind, and the ambiance was very relaxing. They will be my new go-to!

This salon charged me $150 for decent nails. I’m from DC and I’ve never paid these prices in the big city . Let alone some small jack legged salon in the country. My tech name was Grace. Please be careful not to get ripped off by her. Honey this is not L.A. at first I thought it was a mistake. I guess they saw I was from the city and decided to price gouge me. I don’t live here but if you do I just want those who do to be aware of her and this salon who take advantage and over charge their customers. I guess they really needed the money. Please make sure you are specific about prices before they get started. They have no problem over- charging you😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I had, literally, the best time ever! I’ve had my nails done many times in the past (acrylics) & a manicure once, but never got a pedicure. My feet are super ticklish and I just dislike feet a lot. Since having my son, I’ve been trying to do better with feet (especially bc his are so cute!) so I thought I’d step out of my comfort zone and try the “me time” mani-pedi. It did NOT disappoint. It did tickle a little at some points but not enough where I couldn’t kind of control it… my mom came with me and we both had a great & relaxing time. Wonderful service all around - from greeting, to the actual mani-pedi, to the checkout. Seamless! Everything was so clean and pretty, their faucets for washing your hands are even fancy. Lol. It’s also the most in depth service I’ve had on my hands, even without the extras like the soak, massage, and hand warmers. Never have I had my cuticles done so nicely and my natural nails not cut all the way down to where I wouldn’t like it! (Which is why I didn’t do a mani again with natural nails back in the day). Anyway - it was seriously great & I’m very impressed. I’ll be back, for sure. I did check reviews before I even made an appointment and booked my time with Hannah - she was amazing. My mom had Ms V (I think that was her name) and she was also really good. I told her even when we go again that I’m getting Hannah, my mom can’t have her! 😅also, I was told upon checkout how the different nail applications work and the kinds of nail designs they can do… next time I’m definitely getting glitter and chrome. 💁🏼‍♀️ not bad for a girl who never gets to do anything to pamper herself. Of course, they are doing the work… they do it so well!

My experience was one of the most relaxing and comforting Experience I ever experienced before. The staff was so attentive to my needs and my nails came out as beautiful as I expected. Visit was so bad. They asked if I had a scheduled appointment & I said no ( which the sign outside said walk in are available ) she said she didn’t know because they were busy that day ( which I was fine with because I could’ve went somewhere else). She took me back there & I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to do my nails. The nails were out of this world hideous, if she couldn’t do the nail art I dont know why she said she could. Also the gel is bulky on my nail, rushed service is not worth your money!

I had my eyebrows waxed at My Day Nails and Spa on 3/8/2021. The wax technician burned my eyelids with hot wax, and when I complained, the owner Steve insisted that I was just having an allergic reaction to the wax and refused to refund my money. I visited urgent care on 3/10/2021 and medical professionals confirmed that I have sustained SECOND DEGREE BURNS to both of my eyelids. These burns have the potential to result in PERMANENT SCARRING. I have filed a formal complaint against this business with Virginias Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and have been advised to seek legal counsel. PLEASE do not visit this business! I would hate for someone else to have to experience the emotional, mental, and physical pain and embarrassment resulting from severe facial burns. Not to mention the ongoing medical bills involved in burn and scar treatment. These business owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Went in and was immediately seen at my appointment time. Took me a separate pedicure space that was empty and perfect for a relaxing Me Time pedicure treatment. I was able to sit back and feel pampered for an hour! I will definitely be visiting again and treating myself to such a pleasant experience. I also went on a weekday (a Thursday) so I think that was perfect to avoid crowds.

I got acrylics and gel polish, as well as the CBD manicure and pedicure. Very nice staff! My nails came out perfect and theyre the perfect length!The massage, paraffin, and CBD infused cream helped relieve the swelling and pain in the tendons and joints on my hands and feet caused by my autoimmune condition.I felt so relaxed and it was a lot easier to walk and finish my day.The prices were great for the quality of services that I received.I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them!

Im the one who walked out on services because it took 2 hours to get just a set of unpainted acrylic nails done. Then your husband messages me after I left my review wanting me to come back in and get the set finished for free. Which I respectfully declined.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Tim, my nail tech, is amazing!! He has a wonderful sense of humor. He makes you feel like a million bucks. The customer service is on point and they are military friendly.

The BEST nail salon in town! They have a lot of different services (pedicure, manicure, eyelashes, facial, waxing, body massage...), which is great for somebody wants to have a relaxing spa day. I recommend the Me-time pedicure (the 65$ package). TRUST ME! Its worth every penny.The owners and techs were super nice, they always wanted to make sure if customers were satisfied, also offered free drinks :). Their coffee was the best coffee I ever had, tastes exactly like Starbucks latte but smells wayyyyy better.They also took COVID-19 restrictions seriously (asking customers to wash their hands, wearing face masks, social distancing and sanitizing seats after customers leave 😲). I had been looking for a place like this for a long time.My nails turned out awesome. My pedicure was an absolute 100/10. They never failed me. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.LOVE THIS PLACE!

In retrospect I should have left when I walked in and there were 6 other ppl ahead of us waiting..but I didn’t and here we are. I am usually not one to complain but this visit was a really stressful experience. This was my third visit at this salon. The first time my gel nails started peeling the next day. Came for a fix and the guy did a good job. Decided to take my daughter for her fist nail salon visit and called to book an appointment. I specifically asked for a time that wouldn’t be crowded and for services that I figured would take an hour tops. I have a newborn at home so we had to be quick but I needed to spend some quality time with my girl. I picked a time from the options she gave. She also said she booked one technician for the both of us. My toddler was getting her nails painted and I was just doing a gel polish change on only my hands to save time. Both of these services are relatively quick, should have taken half an hour total but we spent 2 hours here! In those two hours, we had two different technicians service both of us. That’s 4 different ppl, really unnecessary during a pandemic. I don’t think anyone sat with us for more than 10 minutes straight. We were constantly left in the middle of our service for long stretches of time. My scheduled technician ended up doing pedicures for other clients even though we had an appointment. Had I been in a massage chair soaking my feet in warm water without a toddler, I wouldn’t have minded as much. Instead I was sitting with acetone soaked cotton balls on my fingers for an hour while trying to convince my child to be patient a little longer her turn is coming. My daughter is a pretty good kid and she was so excited for this experience, but expecting her to be patient after waiting an hour is unfair. I was then visibly stressed trying to get her to sit still with one coat of sticky gel polish on my own nails while I was left mid service for the millionth time. As expected, she smudged her toe polish and started being upset. No one fixed it. At one point I asked if the air was being purified because she kept sneezing from the dust and fumes. Her nose ended up bleeding while she was waiting for my nails to finish even though she was next to the humidifier. I chose this place because it seemed cleaner and safer than most nail salons and I was hoping we would be in and out quickly but it’s still too harsh for children. I am sad that my daughter and I couldn’t enjoy her first nail salon experience and that it ended up being more stressful than anything else. I’m sure in person feedback is preferred but no one asked us if we enjoyed our service or even apologized for the delay. My first visit the older white gentlemen asked me how everything was and made sure I was happy at checkout. This time no one bothered so a review it is.

Scheduled an appointment for 4pm, my appt was switched to 415pm, with no phone call or nothing just a text telling me my time was changed. I get to the spa at 415 and the wrong services were scheduled so I had to wait another 20 minutes or longer for availability. One lady walked in at the same time as me and was immediately serviced. When I showed proof of my appointment, I still had to wait. Whats the point of scheduling an appt if I have to still wait. I wont be returning.

TK was great! I called ahead to let them know that I was traveling and did not know what time I would arrive. Though it was close to 7:00, they still took me and gave me superb service. They are very nice and the customer service is above and beyond their call of duty. Thank you Hue and TK.

Customer service is great here! I went back a second time because the customer service was good but on both times, the nails I got done didnt last. I got these nails done few days and theyre already chipped and peeling.

My first time here and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment the day before super quick and easy. I got there early and I was quickly greeted and serviced. I got a pedi and full set with gel. Ally was my tech and she was soooo amazingggg and patient even helped me with my color choices because it takes me forever to pick one and she could relate because she takes a while picking a color lol so that made me feel great! My nails and feet turned out beautiful everything was clean and crisp she was very detailed and took her time. I did not feel rushed or pressured to add extra services . I am very picky when going to places and pretty much everywhere I love reading reviews to help me make the best decision and making sure I am receiving best customer service. Despite the bad reviews I seen the owner gladly replied back acknowledging whatever the case was or discrepancy. You cannot please everyone and some ppl are just negative out of their own nature for no reason or want drama or things for free so I take everything with a grain of salt. I was certainly please with my appointment and will be returning when I am back in town ...

I dont know why mine never turn out like everyone elses pictures. Giving three stars because the people there are friendly, they have some safety measures in place and seem to be clean. This is a repeat / third chance visit...because my first experience was good (gel manicure) but the paint came off the next day....and they redid them for free....the redo also came off two days later...but that time only on one nail. This time I thought well Ill try a liquid gel set to add some length and longevity...and this is what I left with. I have seen worse and I have seen better....but Im not sold that I will be back....I tried.

Mr. Rayne did my pedicure tonight and it was AMAZING!!! He was detailed in his work and took his time. The massage was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot of different salons and people. The salon was classy and clean. Customer was great as well. Definitely going back! I saw a lot of custom nail art when I was walking out I’m wanting done!

Beautiful salon and they are very nice people. I felt my pedicure was a little rushed though. She skipped some steps as well. It was the end of the day so she was probably tired and ready to go home. My toes dont look bad but I feel like for what i paid i didnt get the whole pedicure. Ive been there before and had a great experience.

Beautiful spa! Cleaned very well. I gave it 2 stars because my time was awful. I for a pedicure, armpit, and Brazilian wax. Pedicure was going great, I was offered water and a pastry, however the male tech began to pick at an ingrown that was not bothering me until it was bleeding. I have never had anyone pick at me feet that way, and he insisted that it come out (I personally believe there was never one there because I have never had a problem). I picked a sparkly silver and asked for another coat and he said no. The owner however gave me another coat and it made a drastic difference, one that the tech said it would not make.The wax was dreadful. She did not clean the entire area and I had to point out spots she left. It took her almost 45 min and by the second strip i knew she didn’t know what she was doing. She also double dipped the wax stick which is very unsanitary. I would not recommend.

In town visiting family and looked for a place close to Prince George for a much needed pedicure. My Day had great reviews so I booked an appointment with Grace. I got the Me-Time Pedicure and it was above and beyond what I expected. I didnt get to pick my scrub, mask, etc.. like it says but I figured it was because of the pandemic and maybe low supply. Grace had high attention to details and she makes sure youre comfortable during the entire appointment. I highly recommend booking with her! My SIL had the Express pedicure with Rayne and had a wonderful experience as well. I was disappointed in my MILs appointment with Vivian. I upgraded her appointment to thethe $40 Sugar Scrub pedicure. Its supposed to last 40 minutes and Vivian was done in about 25 minutes. I would have liked my MIL to have a better experience. I would recommend visiting this spa for your needs. It was professional and very clean.

This nail and spa is beautiful and the customer service is absolutely amazing. TK took care of me and took his time to make I was comfortable. I kinda was not thinking I went to my appointment with a dress on and he was very courteous and gave me a towel to place over my lap. My daughter enjoyed her technician as well. I cant remember his name but he talked to her and suggested nail polish colors to her based on her favorite color being purple. The refreshments were also a great perk. I think I will be planning a little girls day for my daughter and her friends. This is my new shop.

Hands down, one of the best spa experiences Ive had. I am still currently getting my nails done, as I type this. I came here on a whim. I am from the Hampton Roads area but my husband works here close at Fort Lee. Decided to get my nails done as I waited for him to get off to go grab dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The owner seems interested in each customer who comes in and will walk up and talk to you, ask you if youd like anything to drink or anything else. Also a plus, military discount! Definitely will be coming back! I dont care how far the drive is.

I must admit after reading some of the reviews I wasnt sure if I wanted to go however my daughter and I went and to my surprise I found my nail tech Vivian that I had been looking for after leaving a shop in Richmond. When we walked in Steve greeted us and offered us something to drink etc. He asked if we had an appointment and I told him no and he said no problem we will take care of yall with a smile. Me-Time pedi was awesome! Worth every penny! My feet feel like babys feet. Served with a snack and a drink. Also came with a warm wrap and hot hand mittens. My tech Linda was great!

My sister and I wanted to get pedicures done, but we were already in the Chester area and so we decided to find one nearby. After much consideration, we decided to come to My Day and Nail Spa.Upon entering we were welcomed right away. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and nicely designed! When I was picking out colors I was thinking, Was this it? and then we were ushered to the back wall to pick out more colors. Being OCD, I was happy to see that the nail polish was organized by color. Providing me an easy pick.Finally, we were seated in the pedicure chair and was offered refreshments and fruits. The staff came back with a tray of our can sodas. I didnt want any fruit. The owner was really nice. She told us that this salon been open for 7 weeks and once they get their ABC license they will offer alcoholic beverages.The only thing that concerned me is that there were no liners in their bowls for pedicures, because of sanitary reasons. Hopefully, this change will be implemented in the future. I do like that they used disposable pumice stones. Overall, its a very modern looking salon and people need to take advantage of their grand opening discount!

Ive never been to a nail salon and had amazing service. EVER. I have always left out with something wrong or feeling rushed. This salon was so Awesome and the atmosphere and service given was by far THE BEST I EVER HAD! I felt welcomed. I had to bring my daughters with me and this was my only free day. They accommodated us and I didnt feel like a burden at all. Steve gave my girls snacks, a charger, changed the lighting in the ceiling to their favorite color. So many colors to choose from as well! I will be back again and again and AGAIN :-) My nail tech Lee was so sweet and my pedicure was bomb. 😍🌟

Service was outstanding. Very kind people.

Pedicures were the worst me and my daughter ever have gotten. Paint smudged right off. Owner blames us. Says we got 6 coats of paint. Thats a lie. He also commented about our tip not being enough. He says women come in all the time and only tip a couple of dollars and men tip way more. I was very insulted. My toes look awful. Paint isnt as colored on bottle. My daughter had to ask for a top coat. She ended up spending $75 and had to remove the goopy polish that night. The next day I had a bruise on one ankle and a red burn on the other. We drove 30 minutes to get to this place because it looked so nice and what a disappointment. Its beautiful and clean inside but the owner needs better customer service.

Today was my first time at this spa, I made an appointment for a pedicure, and I highly recommend the jelly one! My feet felt so soft and brand new by the time the pedicure was over, I can’t wait to get my next pedicure! I came in with my 4 year old daughter whom herself got a mani/pedi and even after she ruined the polish by touching her clothes the tech did not seem bothered at all by this which I appreciated sooo much! She simply removed and reapplied, no biggie! They offered us something to drink and a pastry while we were there and it just added to that awesome feeling of being pampered!!! The atmosphere was very modern, clean and relaxing I highly recommend this place!!

Well she got her OWN nail and spa salon!! It is BIG and BEAUTIFUL!!! Just look at the pictures. If that doesnt work for you go there. Ive been following Hue everywhere. She is amazing! She hired staff that service the customers needs and wants. Not the customers money!!! The atmosphere is so RELAXING. It so pleasant and comfortable. You dont get the feeling of being rushed. So dont worry. I have done many reviews so I will not lie! Come and see for yourself. So many colors to choose from. Bring your friends. Have a girls or even a guys day out. Its worth it. My first visit with Nee was super amazing!! Shes amazing and attentive to details. Over the past year it has been by trial and error finding a tech to give my dipped nails the desired crisp shiny look along with longevity with no smudges and/or breaks forever until my paths crossed with Nee. Gosh shes amazing!! I will come back and make my appointments only with Nee!! The service and personality have been gracious and very accommodating from Steve and Hue. Thumbs up completely for my experience.However my daughters visit has been less than desirable. After raving about the new salon we could now call home my daughters first experience was less than desirable. She didnt complain because she knows I love it there and twice my nails have been completed to perfection. However my daughter came in for a full acrylic set , she didnt have an appointment and it was completed by Vivian. Her nails were done Dec 14th, she came back the following Saturday to fix a nail that had come off, the very next day 4 nails had come off... She waited a week to contact because of the holiday week, she sent back Saturday Dec 28th to have them repaired by Hue. Thank you.As of yesterday and today... The nails have come off and she decided to just take them all off and will go elsewhere. My recommendation for her is to go to Nee for the full set again but shes very skeptical at this point.

They do a really good job they take really good care of you also you are pampered like a queen
