I went into this salon yesterday and was so scared because of how ashamed I was of my hair. I haven’t had it professional cut or anything in at least two years. I’m a manager who just works, works, works and it’s so amazing that I went in there and Alyssa just completely transformed me. She may not have seen it but I cried when I left! It’s SO good. She did a balayage and cut around 6 inches and layered my hair and I’ve never been so happy with my hair ever like this. It feels beautiful to feel like yourself again. Thank you so much Alyssa. You gave me the confidence I was really missing lately and I feel like me again. You gave me a part of me back that I’ve been missing for so long. Can’t wait to come back.

Best hair salon in Chesterfield. Amber cut my hair and did an amazing job. I walked in with no appointment and they fit me right in. Very clean and very good prices if your looking for outstanding affordable hair salon this is the place.

I saw Cindys salon while out for dinner last weekend and have been desperate to find a hair dresser who can cut short hair. Melissa was wonderful. She cut my hair exactly as I asked with no problems. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will be returning in 4 weeks for a trim. Im so happy I finally found a salon with great stylist. This place is a hidden treasure.

Melissa did an outstanding job on my hair. I was in town from Louisiana for a little over 3 weeks and couldnt wait til I got back home to get my hair done. The cut and color were exactly what I wanted.

Whether or not you’re going for a cut or a dye, Charlotte is the woman you NEED to see at Cindy’s Hair Pros! She is just fabulous and I’ve trusted her three times and she’s never let me down! Leilani does a great job with my naturally curly hair!!! She cuts it dry so as not to make it too short after the haircut. She is always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable!!!!

Only issue I had was a couple expensive bleachings a few months back that didnt remotely resemble what I wanted. It appeased the mental breakdown gods though, so I didnt complain.Having said that, Cindys is still my go-to salon, because the staff is kind and attentive; you cant go wrong with a trim and deep condition.Its a cute little salon, clean environment, and I love all the Redken products.

I drivex45 minutes to come Cindys Hair Pros. I always leave with a wonderful haircut, but Cindy and the staff make you feel appreciated and safe.

Read all of the fantastic reviews for this place and gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed as this was the worst cut I have ever received. I asked for a medium skin fade and to clean up the top, but my hair was completely butchered with a high 1 (not even skin), and there was absolutely no fade. I ended up asking the lady to just buzz it all off to start over. I am not sure where the disconnect or miscommunication was, but I will never go back there ever again. The only upside to my experience was that all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I switched to Hair Pros about a year ago when my salon closed. I absolutely love it! The service is fabulous, the location is convenient, scheduling is easy and prices are great! I get my hair colored and cut with Jennifer and always feel great when I am done! Today, Rosemary gave me a great up-do and I told her it will be the first time I wont be going home to fix my hair after an up-do! Thanks, Ladies! I will be sure to keep recommending you!

My wife found Cindys several years ago when she had a place in Petersburg.Long story short, Cindy took such good care of her that since leaving the general area of her original area and ours, we now travel over 2 hours in 1 direction so that my wife can get the care, dedication and professionalism that she so much deserves.Hair Pros does an excellent job and really cares about their clients.I would highly recommend, based on my wifes high expectations, to anyone that wants the best value for the dollar and the best care one can expect at a salon.Thank you Hair Pros!!!

Went here to get a cut and tone my brassy roots. The toner darkened my hair too much and the owner, Cindy, took the time to color correct and cut my hair herself to insure I was happy. Great customer service.

Ive been going to Hair Pros for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. All the stylists are friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for after all (if you want a $7 cut and style its going to look like it lol). The prices arent hidden, they are at the front desk. If youre surprised by your bill after your hair is done, then thats YOUR fault.I will continue to go to Hair Pros and would definitely recommend them.

My daughter had her hair & make-up done here for prom. Positives: Staff was more than helpful, especially being I made the appointments only 2 weeks before prom & I live in a different state, but they were super quick responding back on Facebook. They also offer a military discount (thank you). Her hair came out exactly how she wanted it & looked awesome! Negatives: Her make-up though, definitely not the same. The foundation wasnt matched to her skin at all & honestly looked yellow/orange on her, the eyeliner wasnt even filled in all the way & there were obvious spots missing along her lash line, she didnt curl her eyelashes but never even asked her if she wanted them curled before applying mascara...I was hoping I could just fix it at home but the foundation was just so bad she had to end up just washing her face so her make-up could be redone.

I set an appointment with Jennifer based on a recommendation from a friend. I didnt ask her to do anything unusual....just spiff me up a bit and give me a little color. She darkened my hair in the middle of the summer....darker than my natural color. It was HORRIBLE!!! She gave me a shag haircut.....I looked like a 70s reject with a mullet. I have her a second chance, unfortunately. The second time around was no better therefore I wont go back. Jennifer is not friendly. The wash before the cut is my favorite part and she barely touched me....hair was still dirty after. Regular haircut is $30, $48 with a style which I did not know. All she did was blow it dry. It looked horrible. It will take me 6 months to get it back to normal.

Being new to the area I was looking for a new salon. I visited Hair Pros about a year ago, and absoutley fell in love! Lucy was amazing! There isnt enough works to describe my experience there. Everyone was so friendly! I got my hair colored, it was kinda costly at first but was cheaper in the long run because I havent got my hair done since August (I know that way to long) and I still have color, barely any has washed out (and I have well water.) I will absoutley be going back to see Ms. Lucy!
