I took my hearing aid to Live Better Hearing in Chester for repair and within about five minutes my hearing aid was repaired and returned to me.

I can best describe the service I get at the Live Better hearing place as personal and very satisfying. They have seen be anytime I call and say I am having a problem. The problem is usually my hearing is getting worse. Thus, they adjust the hearing aids at no cost. I would rate them as FIVE stars as I do not have any complaints and they always make sure I am satisfied before I leave the door.

My husband went here in march 2020 and was tested for hearing aids and since then it has been a nightmare it has been almost 9 months and my husband still has not yet gotten his hearing aids every time I would call them they said they would return my call and nothing poor customer service poor public relation does not communicate and gives you the run around very disappointed with this office and so for that being said my husband has went somewhere else and got his hearing aids and the ones they was gonna give his was gonna be at the wrong settings .So please be aware of what you are getting .

Katie McKenzie is always very professional and friendly. I like her a lot.
