Horrible. Utterly understaffed. Avoid if you can. Waited 45 minutes for a simple blood draw.

They put my phone number down for some other patients, and Ive been getting spam about an appointment for Beth.They have purposefully made their phone system absolutely impossible to call in and actually talk to a human at the office. Everything is automated, and everything that isnt is met with a Call cannot be completed at this time message.Im just trying to do the right thing so this Beth doesnt get her appointment canceled, its not her fault, but if Quest doesnt help me fix it, then thats whatll happen.

I am thoroughly impressed with the phlebotomist Ive seen the last few times Ive gone into this Quest. She is kind, professional, personable, caring, quick, and very, very competent. My experience is that these folks work hard to make it easy to get in and get out. Having the ability to make appointments is wonderful -- although I usually go in for blood tests without an appointment, and I expect some waiting, so I bring something to read. Its never been a horrible wait.

Had great service at Quest today. The lady drawing my blood was very nice and sweet. Waited 15 min right in and out nice and easy =)

Had an appointment at 3 got there early place was not busy so I was seen right away and actually left before my scheduled appointment time. Nurse was very friendly and did an excellent job drawing blood. Very pleasant experience and will definitely come back for any future testing needs.

Why do I wait in line to drop off something? How are all these places so terribly disorganized? I dont understand how this is still such a mess. I have to wait for people to get blood drawn to drop something off? I dont even get the courtesy of talking to a human, I get told by a machine to wait. Get it together.

This facility is the worst. NOT because of the workers. Not because of the location, well maybe because of the location, there is 2 people drawing blood compared to 10 people every 15-20 min. It’s impossible to draw blood fast and safely. The workers do they best they can as fast as they can but there is just tooooo many people who use this location. Highly suggest finding another location that isn’t as convenient or popular. A blood test on a Saturday morning took me over 2 hours from walking in to walking out.

My experience over the years with this place and staff has always been awfuland today is no exception. My doctor has confirmation that paperwork was faxed one week ago....staff couldnt find it!I needed clarification re: paperwork and I was told 4 times, we are busy, sign in and take a seat. Receptionist disappeared and never returned! I called my doctor and they faxed again. Then, I was told fax machine not working! Do you believe? Finally, one of blood drawers found the fax.I am waiting with a room full of people.Very slow progress...clearly, understaffed.If I were not fasting, I would certainly leave. Used to go to Liz up in Highland. ..unfortunately, they have closed. There was never any of this nonsense there...always efficient and polite. I will never use this place again....this is the facility that should have closed!

Im a big baby when it comes to getting blood work. Ive passed out before (not here) and been very woozy and lightheaded. I always get anxious before I go, but when I get there, I all of a sudden calm down because of the staff. Its almost like they sense Im nervous because they talk to me and keep my mind busy and make me laugh. Ive never been to a place with such great staff and people with so much compassion. (Or at least the two phlebotomists I have seen).

Only come here if you’ve scheduled an appointment—you can do this online. Wait times are abysmal for walk-ins. They’re using an iPad for check in with no staff support—so many folks are taking 2-3x as long as it should just to check in.Wait times aside, the phlebotomist was very kind and made sure to double check everything before I left, which I appreciated.

No one getting blood drawn, no one waiting but me. And yet I waited 15 mins after my appt was scheduled - I checked in 5 mins early - and I listened to the staff just hanging out in the back ignoring everything else going on. I dont know why I do this to myself and come to this quest when the wallingford one is so much nicer with competent staff.

Good staff who does a great job of drawing blood.

Very busy when I was there in the morning but they were very professional and were moving patients in and out at a rapid rate. Could use more help at times like this but how can you plan when your patients will arrive at a walk-in

Left work early to get much needed bloodwork. Pulled up at 3:42 and doors were closed and locked, they are supposed to close at 4. VERY unprofessional and annoying.

Seldom have to wait more than ten minutes, usually taken on time. Always personable.

I waited over an hour to just sign in it should not take almost 2 hours to get blood work. Every time I go to make appointment they are all taken for the times I can go . Very frustrated

Had an appointment and still waited 30+ minutes just to drop off urine. I won’t use them for drop offs anymore!
