My wife loves this Spa and it’s personal touch; in her opinion nowhere compares. She has received gift certificate to others in the area, but none compare. Fran the owner is wonderful, I myself have experienced how caring a business owner he is. Recommend highly.

I was given a full spa day for mother’s Day from my kids. I’ve been to high end spas before and in my opinion, Skin at Waverly far surpassed any I’ve frequented. They went above and beyond for the special treatment while i was there (lunch and wine / flavored waters) but more-so the treatments themselves were best in class. Myra & Gina were fabulous and I will definitely return !!!

I have been going here for four or five years. I know its an extra but I love it and so fit it into my budget a few times a year. Gift Certificates are all I ask for Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary, Valentines Day.... Im so relaxed and refreshed from the facials with Isabel. She is very knowledgeable and each visit may be a little different depending on the time of year or my skin condition that day. She doesnt just do the same thing for everyone no matter what but takes so much into consideration and does not rush your time with her. Skin Care at the Waverly gives me my best Me time and I highly recommend a visit!

DisappointedI was looking for a great place to have a ladies get together and started my planning by looking for a spa with great reviews. This spa certainly had all great reviews. Upon speaking with a manager to begin planning for a larger group, I coordinated what services each woman would like to have done just as I was told to do. I typed up a chart and sent an email to the manager outlining the services needed and waited for a reply. Well, it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone. (I did send an email confirming that my first email was received and the manager contacted back saying they were busy and would respond when they had the time). I think not responding for 3 weeks is rude and unprofessional. I have since chosen another location, but am disappointed in how unprofessional this highly rated spa turned out to be. If you’re planning a larger party.... don’t go here. Clearly they don’t know how to communicate effectively.

I’ve been to many places and by far this is the best one. Great atmosphere, staff are very helpful. I go about once a month, as it is something I look forward to. Definitely a place I would recommend to my friends.

I had the most wonderful facial by Blair. It was the best one I ever had. She gave a wonderful neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage also. It was soooo relaxing, I almost feel asleep. Very comfy table, which was also heated. I so loved it.

Whenever I feel tired and run down, I come to Skin care at the Waverly. Frank and his amazing team know exactly what I need to have me feeling refreshed and looking my best!!! Whatever your skin care needs, I highly recommend.
