Ive taken a few of T4s Womens Only classes.I left feeling empowered and I retained that feeling and confidence. I highly recommend!

This school is amazing! My children have had phenomenal experiences - they are learning confidence, self-defense, discipline, fitness. I feel like everyone should have the skills they are learning. I feel much safer letting them go out into the world knowing that they can protect themselves. The instructors are professional and very knowledgeable.

Way over priced, a monthly charge was more then my car payment.

Very impressed with Alpha Krav Maga CT! If you are looking for top-notch self defense instruction, THIS is the place to go. All the instructors are very positive, and provide one on one feedback to students. Both of my children attend and I have witnessed improved focus, discipline and skill. I tried a program closer to home but there was NO COMPARISON to Alpha Krav Maga CT. I highly recommend their programs.

I have been in Law Enforcement for fifteen years. During that time I have attended a number of arrest and control training sessions and martial arts training. I knew that this was not enough. For some time I have wanted to supplement this training. After researching the options I decided to take the trial class at Alpha Krav Maga. During this first class I quickly saw that this was the answer for my family and I. Mr. Arute and his cadre of coaches at Alpha Krav Maga are very knowledgeable. These training sessions are challenging and fun. Even after a short time I have become stronger and am better equipped to protect my loved ones.

Just completed the Highly Violent Events/Counter Terrorism Seminar this weekend...a lot of information disseminated, all very pertinent to todays environment. Great mix of lecture and practical exercises. Instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. As a retired member of the law enforcement community, I can say that Alpha Krav Maga does give you real life training.

Alpha Krav Maga is great! Ive tried regular martial arts and self defense classes before, but none like this. This class gives you real life, potentially life threatening scenarios and the instructors talk you through how to get out of them. The instructors are very attentive and always offering suggestions on how to improve your stance and movements to gain better momentum. The strike force classes offer a great workout while the krav maga classes are more hands on instructional training. I would certainly recommend it!

My 9 yr old takes a school Krav Maga class without sparring in the Czech Repub, where we live. Jamie at Alpha was kind enough let her join a class. It was amazing to see how well he and his team worked with her limited English, got her sparring for the first time and made her feel good. After a bout she did well in I got the biggest hug from her I think I ever have. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After completing Alpha Krav Magas event on counter terrorism I feel better suited and more confident I could help protect my family if I was forced into some terror related event.Instructor Jamie Arute did a great job in explaining and demonstrating viable techniques I could use to survive if pressed into a confrontation with someone intent to do harm.Thank you Jamie for making this training available to civilians.Sincerely,Steve Fedewa
