Very rude customer service my wife received a call from a woman who happens to be a receptionist here canceled her appointment on October 6th and then accused her of missing an appointment when she had not scheduled an appointment prior and she is very close to her due date and she has to wait till the 13th now too get glasses. 13th is cutting it close to her due date hopefully she even makes it in to get glasses because of that woman being so rude and unprofessional Id like to get her name.

My husband and I had comprehensive eye exams by Dr. Fusco this November. He and his staff were very professional and courteous. They have a great selection of eye glass frames to choose from. Our glasses were made expeditiously and we are seeing clearly!! I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs.

I called every EyeCare provider in the area and this was the only optician who said they accept my insurance (Meritain). When I arrive the office manager asked me who told me that. Another younger lady with her said another person did. The OFFICE MANAGER said, “ Well, we haven’t billed them for YEARS because they don’t pay. Lemme see your card.”I looked around for ten minutes while she was on the phone in the back. I declined am fed up with rude customer service and asked the younger lady for my card back, explaining didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. The young lady began defending her boss, saying she wasn’t being rude. Yes, she was. I was not welcomed and will tell everyone I know not to go there. And to the young lady, a word of advice: be careful who you emulate. Don’t be like your boss. She set a terrible example.I also see why the parking lot was empty.

Terrible care and service. Firstly, made appointment for contacts exam and found out after the exam that they only did a glasses fitting. Secondly, the optician told me that she could not give me a PD measurement because that measurement varies with each pair of frames. No. That is a flat out LIE. PD is your pupillary distance and does has nothing to do with your glasses.Additionally I feel that the exam was perfunctory and possibly inaccurate. I have waited 2 years for insurance to pay for an eye exam and now I am not confident in the one I received. I will now pay out of pocket to have my eye exam properly redone. Im on medicaid so this is fairly big burden. Im so frustrated.

Highly recommend. I have been going there for 25 years and have had no problems. All the staff is very pleasant and courteous.

They were very professional and helpful I had never used my new insurance before and they made it super easy. No wait got in on time for my appointment cant ask for more my contact fitting went great. Thanks

Dr. Fusco is thorough and timely with his examinations. I appreciate that he double checks my eyes to ensure I have the most accurate prescription. The staff up front are cordial and friendly.

No wait time, and the Dr was quiet, thorough, and to the point which was nice! I will definitely be back.

Unprofessional. Overpriced. I would never recommend this facility to any family member or acquaintance. Enough said.

I had a Saturday appointment. Little to no wait to be seen by the doctor. Staff was courteous. Doctor was to the point during the examination. Wasted no time. I have not been back to select eye wear but from what I could see, they have a wide selection.

I paid to have my eyes checked and they told me I need two different prescriptions. One for sitting in front of the computer and a regular one. The company that makes the computer glasses I need, GUNNAR, is online and they need my PD measurement in order to make the glasses so I called this place back and they flat out told me they wouldnt give it to me unless I bought glasses from them. The lady was being a jerk about it too.

The ladies who work at front desk are extremely rude have attitudes.I have basically had to chase them down for my child glasses and contacts .They are unprofessional and I will no longer be a customer .I would give zero stars if I could.

I go to Dominion annually for checkups. They are quick and efficient and when I went in there not knowing if I had insurance they were able to find it and save me some money.

My daughter broke her glasses while vacationing in the area from Florida. Staff called our doctor and faxed release form for her prescription and glasses will be ready in an hour. 😁
